Thanks for the hug! AND ... HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

Thanks so much!

I just woke up from a horrendous nightmare. I won't even describe it, it was so horrible!

It's odd that with the higher dose of Seroquel XR my sleep is even more disrupted. Perhaps I am having mixed features. Maybe. My behavior definitely did include some hypomanic/manic bits.

I guess I drank too much yesterday, too. Normally I am sure to drink very little, but it was more than usual.

Seems my symptoms were only a blip, maybe not even a BP blip, I just don't know. I will, however, stay vigilant.

Glad you got some sleep

Happy mother’s day to all the mothers out there

I hope you all have a wonderful day

As for me-- my mom needs a new car. It failed the legally required annual car inspection and it would cost $2400 to fix, but the car is from 2007, so she’s just going to get a new one. No sense in spending $2400 on a car that is probably only worth $500 at a trade-in.

But this means my parents are down one car. So, I have to drive my dad to work everyday until they get a second car. They’re trying to get a new car this week.

Btw, for those who don’t have car inspections... The state requires us to get the car inspected every year. If it fails inspection (safety inspection, emissions inspection, etc), you legally can’t drive it. And it’s obvious if you don’t get your car inspected because there is a giant red sticker on your windshield that says when your inspection was last done. The sticker is about the size of a cell phone and has an expiration date in huge numbers. Also, there is an expiration date on your license plate.

I took my meds last night and went to sleep. As much as I despise sleeping I always feel better afterward

Rough day. I wanted to wish all the mothers, daughters, sisters, and all wonderful maternal women a happy Mother's Day. Maybe we as children forget to say I love you often enough, but this is a day to help remind us of how much we appreciate you.

Im just fooling around on PC and flikr. My eldest (22 this year) is taking me out to eat today. He doesn't want to go early because he worked late but the time he wants to go- after church on Mother's Day- is going to be slammed. Oh well. My 17 y\o just told me to take it as it comes. How can he be so wise?

Happy birthday @BirdDancer and @Jennifer 1967!

It was my sister's birthday on the 10th - the third one without her.

I called my father, who is still in the psych hospital. The operator was obnoxious! In any case, after a struggle, I finally got through to him. He seemed clearly disoriented. He didn't remember that today is my birthday. I can understand that. However, he slurred his speech and was sort of confused. I told him it was my birthday and he said "How old are you? 43?" I simply thanked him for thinking me so young, and corrected him. He was off by more than a couple of years. I emailed my sister telling her he was disoriented and/or sedated. It sure would be nice to know why. Simply that he was just woken up at 10:30 am? That his medication is sedating? Cognitive issue? Had he been very agitated? Who knows! I don't even know what medication(s) he's on. I don't know if my brother knows (the main contact). My brother is the least knowledgeable about psych meds. Frankly, someone in the family SHOULD know. Don't you think? Especially for a 77 year-old man. My husband knows all (or almost all) of my medications, though maybe not the exact dosages.

It's rainy and depressing today. I woke up feeling so angry, but I've since calmed...sort of. I have zero interest in anything. We do have some mandatory chores to do. I need to help with them. Me being sick is depressing my husband a bit.

Happy Mother’s Day to those who celebrate it.

My daughter works this weekend but she gave a cute teddy bear on Friday and we chatted for an hour. She also texted me this morning. That was cool.

Happy Mother's Day to all of the amazing mothers here!

I'm having a nice day so far. My children are in good spirits and I'm feeling the love. I also wished my mother a happy day today. She and I didn't speak for a lot of years and we are finally finding ways to reconnect. It is nice to be able to celebrate her again.

Happy birthday Jennifer and BirdDancer!

It's the 3rd mothers day since my mom passed away. I've just been sleeping on and off throughout the day, it's chilly and rainy here
