I kind of pigged out for breakfast today... but I shouldn't be hungry for a while, so that's good!

@Crazy Hitch

I will! I hate seeing my GP because she knows my diagnosis and treats me like a crazy person. 🤪 But I will if it means I can get referred to a dietitian because obviously I'm doing something wrong.

In good news though, I'm okay with my weight now and think I look fine. I mean, obviously losing weight would be ideal, but I took a long look in the mirror and decided I'm beautiful just the way I am right now. 😊

Today will be my cheat day. I’m going to have 1 cheat day a week. For my cheat day I will eat a slice of lemon meringue pie. My absolute favourite!

How is everyone doing on their weight loss journey?

I had apples with peanut butter, cheese, grape tomatoes, a cucumber, and a plain bean burrito today. Kind of pigged out again. I've had the munchies real bad though. Not good!

I'm trying intermittent fasting. From 5PM-6AM. I last had a zero sugar soda at 6 and I'm just drinking a sparkling water now. Idk if that counts or not. I know I've had a lot of luck before with intermittent fasting.

I had 1/2 cup of chili for breakfast. For lunch I’m having an egg wrap. Which is 2 scrambled eggs with Italian mixed cheese wrapped up in a flour tortilla kinda like a burrito. Dinner I’m not sure yet. I think I might have plain oatmeal with raisins and a piece of wheat toast with butter.

I’m really trying to rein in my binge eating cause it’s become a big problem. So I’m working on that. Eventually I can improve the quality of my food but right now my priority is not binge eating.

And I’ve been exercising. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill today with an incline of 7. Plus I took a 25 minute walk outside this morning. So far I’m at 8,103 steps and it’s only just now going on 11am.

Go @Blue_Bird! I have to reign in my binge eating too, particularly right before bed. For some reason I'm always starving right before bed! I don't know why. It's annoying though. Anyway, you're inspiring me to start exercising again and get strong 💪 I wish we had a treadmill. Sigh. How much did you pay for yours? Was it very expensive?

I didn’t buy it, it is my supportive housing buildings property. We have three floors, so three laundry rooms and each laundry room has a treadmill in it

I’ve just eaten 2 eggs on 1 slice of toast for breakfast which is a lot for me considering I never used to eat breakfast. Hopped on the scale and I’ve lost a very very tiny amount of weight. Nothing to write home about…..

I eat fine, it’s the excercise I need to do that stops me from losing weight, that and the AP. My back seizes up anytime I do stuff. I really need to go back to the Y and do the water arobics, but it’s too early in the morning. Minnesota winters are not fun in the early mornings, it’s cold and dark. I need to be joyful about cleaning and make it into a fun activity…..bah humbug. Like the movie Madagascar I need to , I like to move it, move it, attitude.

Raspberry im on seroquel now but only 25mg I’m on latuda which works really well for both my daughter and myself but it’s not weight neutral for either of us.

My overall weight loss has been SO slow. It’s been 4 weeks and I should have lost at least double what I’ve lost in a month. It’s too slow. I think there’s something wrong with my metabolism seriously. I would go see my gp but she’s away next week. She might not be a fan of ozempic because there’s a multitude of side effects….plus there’s probably a shortage with diabetes people needing it first. I’m at a loss. I have been SO strict with this diet,,,

I did 30 minutes on the treadmill today, might do some weights later. I'm trying to stand more throughout the day instead of just lounging around

I'm down a couple pounds because I haven't gotten coffee in a couple days. Or gone to Sonic. Those drinks really add up. On my wallet too. I've been eating a lot of chicken dunks Lunchables without the Oreos and Ritz crackers.

Yay! I made it another night without binge eating before bed! 😊 Today I ate fruit, walnuts, vegetables, and vegan shepherd's pie for dinner (think normal shepherd's pie, but tempeh in place of the meat, and soy milk in the mashed potatoes instead of regular milk). With chocolate/peanut butter mousse for dessert (made with tofu) but I only had a little bit of it.

I'm not too worried about my weight anymore. I mean, I care, but it's not something that's constantly bothering me. I'll lose weight. No problems.
