I see Pdoc tomorrow. Thankfully the hallucinations have stopped since he upped Risperdal.

He’s really cool and happy he’s my Pdoc. But he’s older and I have a feeling he will retire soon

Just injected myself with Wegovy. Went better than I thought. Just hoping I don’t get headaches like last week and this week for that matter. It was a constant low lying headache that kept waking me up at night and I’d have to get out of bed to take a painkiller.

Self-administering injections is the pits. I was on a drug to help bone density that I had to inject daily in the abdomen for a year. I was so glad to be done with it!

Daily would be painful. Mine is once a week. When I was doing IVF I had to inject daily sometimes 3x a day. I’m worried that as the ml increases in my Wegovy so too will the price. I’m on 0.25ml of Wegovy for $260. Next month it goes up to 0.5ml of Wegovy. Yikes if it’s $500 I can’t do it. Not at that price.

Today is my 34th Birthday. I don't feel the greatest today and we're not celebrating due to weather ... so it's just another day. but that really is OK I suppose.

Ughhh my gp appointment that was going to be in person is now over the phone for some strange reason. She’s obviously not going into the clinic. I would have preferred face to face!

Boy, this painting class is level orange difficulty. On Tuesday she kept turning her back so I couldn’t read her lips and tonight she taught in the dark. So it was uber hard. She had a set up that showed her painting she’d say the names of which paints we’d be using and which brush to use. But I couldn’t see her lips. Thankfully my seat mate filled me in. Next week we paint our own individual pictures. She has all types of pictures but I liked the cute cats. But there was a rooster that looked fun. The tomato’s and blueberries looked tough.

I rarely feel deaf but tonight I surely did. It’s a lonely feeling.

Bad week for telehealth. I was snowed in for my therapy appointment so arranged to do a virtual therapy session. I signed on about 5 minutes early as I usually do. Apparently my therapist didn't know I was going to be virtual and didn't set up his prior appointment so that I couldn't sign in. So instead of going to the "waiting room" page I popped into their session. It was ok, things happen and the other person was ok about it but it really shook my therapist. Now I'm afraid of virtual appointments and I probably have at least a couple more this winter.

Woah that’s scary. You’d think the waiting room would be automatic?! I’ve never done a virtual meeting so I’ve no idea how it works.

Yeah, I always assumed it was automatic but it is not. He has to press some button or something. It's generally easy and smooth but this was a big hiccup. I felt so bad but I didn't hear a word from their end because I was too busy saying "oh no, oh no, oh no" and hitting the x box to close out, only to find you have to hit "end session" to close out of the tab.
