If they’re breaded and precooked chances are they were fried with a little of oil or grease so that explains the fat.

Does Platos Closet make sure stuff is legit before they buy it? I googled one of the pairs of Nikes I got and they are over $500 on the secondhand market. I only paid $35.

The evening turned out really good. Grateful for nights like that where my heart isn't aching. Excited for How to Train Your Dragon tomorrow @Blue_Bird - also gonna write a review! Would be fun to see yours too! So sorry @Nammu that you had something else scheduled, there's always next week!

All this talk of shrimp is making me hungry, lol. I have a pretty good day planned tomorrow. I am hoping it goes well. I know all my whining can be a lot to take on here.

Today was a good day. I had more to do than I've had in awhile. I slept in, had some work emails to take care of, grocery shopped, and went to the volunteer meeting at my church. There is something this week I'll be able to help with. The people in this volunteer group seem to be wonderful humans. They're very welcoming.

Yeah but that’s an exception. Usually I air fry frozen pre-cooked plain shrimp- no cocktail sauce or anything.

What I’m saying is most precooked foods were cooked using some kind of oil AKA in fat so they collect that.

I woke up feeling fine. I worked out and I'm watching the Today Show. My anxiety is fairly low and my moods are fine. My physical stuff is fine for once and I am not a human garbage disposal today. Its kinda unsual to be feeling good.

I don't have any plans today.

So I canceled my appointment for my injection. They said they'll call back in two days to reschedule. Hopefully they will call soon. There's a lot of changes coming and I'm not a fan.H working, V moving, T leaving, new pdoc probably it's horrible. I have to miss my family reunion all for $75 a week more then we're currently making. now there's growth but that takes time. As of spring H has to quit work for school.in about 6 months unless they're able to supervise. So this is temporary.

Good morning! I slept great, around 9 1/2 hours last night. Planning on going to the movie theater tonight to see the new How to Train Your Dragon movie.

I managed to read for an hour last night and also got on the treadmill for 30 min. Today I plan on another 30 min on the treadmill plus a 30 min walk outside to the theater (15 min there 15 min back)

I feel pretty good. My anxiety is a lot lower. I’m not worried about my meds poisoning me anymore. My mood is good too. Not way too high or too low. Feeling good but level. I’m sleeping really good. Not going days without sleep.

I feel less reactive to things that used to trigger me. I saw something that would normally trigger me earlier today and pretty much brushed it off and went about my day and didn’t dwell on it or spiral into anxiety and panic.

My new shoes my friend got me arrive tomorrow! Yay! They’re the skate brand Vans.

I’m just enjoying a slow morning with some coffee and music right now

Plan on getting back to practicing my violin. I haven’t practiced in nearly two months.

Hope you all are well and hugs to anyone struggling

I don’t think they do but I could be wrong. I haven’t been there in a long time. But you can definitely for sure get some amazing stuff for low prices there. I’ve gotten amazing finds even in places like thrift stores or free clothing places. You’d be surprised what you can find

That’s awesome! I’m hoping to get back involved in the church again. I’m Catholic and went through RCIA in 2018. But fell away from going to mass a few years ago. Mainly due to anxiety. But I’m hoping to start going back soon. I miss the community I had with my RCIA group. I’d like to find a bible study group or something to attend.

I'm back to 4.5 hours of sleep for the past few days.

I've been having trouble with anxiety, so maybe that's what is causing it.

Nice weather, but it has become a little too warm

Thank you so much @Crazy Hitch and @Blue_Bird ! That makes me feel so much better. I am glad you guys are feeling better, @June08 and @Blue_Bird - I look forward to your review too! If you want to do a Catholic study @Blue_Bird let me know! I am working on a study on Confession with my good friend now, but she is SO pregnant and about to pop any day now! Lol. I hope you enjoy the movie later!

I hope everyone has a good day today. It is really warm here today too, but I am not letting it stop me. The CPAP says I got 8 1/2 hours which is great even though I woke up a little tired. I had a meeting for work and made what I needed to make this week so I am very happy.

About to go to the movies now, for the Bargain Tuesdays, then off to my Legion of Mary meeting to give my report and get my assignment for next Sunday. Hugs to those who need it today.

I don't know if Savers is a local thrift chain or if they're all over the country, but usually you go to a ski area and get a hoodie souvenir for like $80 and I got a Jay Peak hoodie that I wear to bed every night it's chilly in the apartment for $4. Jay's one of the east's best ski areas too. Same story with a Loon Mtn hoodie pretty much but I didn't get that one because I would rather ski down 20ft muddy hill in Florida after a hurricane than go back to Loon. Any time I want something I know I won't find anywhere cheap (like leggings that fit with pockets, especially ones with super cool patterns) I go to Savers. Just make sure you throw anything fabric from a thrift store that can handle high heat in the dryer on hot before you bring it in wherever you live (or somehow else treat it for bedbugs--I got a cool bag I wasn't sure would handle a dryer on hot so I put it in a plastic bag in another plastic bag all sealed up and put a bunch of lavender, eucalyptus, and peppermint oil in there on tissues and cotton balls and diluted in a spray and I'm just gonna wait some months and make sure there's no activity of any type).

I’m just waiting till it’s time to leave for my appointment. The bank is right down the street. Then I’m going to go fetch my chai that I’ve been out of for two days. Didn’t want to lose my parking spot. I fully expect to have to park in the back lot when I get home. But that’s alright. I’ve no plans to go anywhere.

My mountaineer uncle said to never try on hats in stores always treat them for lice. Guess he found out the hard way.

Yes definitely take precaution to keep away bed bugs. I had them back when I lived with my mom and they were a nightmare to deal with. Literally nothing got rid of them and the landlord did nothing to help so we got stuck with them for years, it was terrible. We tried everything. Thankfully I don’t have that problem in my supportive housing apartment now and if you do get bed bugs here they will treat the apartment for you.

That’s good you don’t have them there and they’ll treat them for you. Here when I had them management set everything up and paid but if they ever have to come back, they’ll set it up again but I will be financially responsible for extermination. I’ve been uber cautious since. Even if I got brand clothes they stay in the bag until I do laundry then they go in the dryer with everything else and I keep cloth or cotton balls with strong essential oil scents that supposedly keep them away from my backpack when I go out to, say, the library. I got a Swiffer so at least once a week I go around the whole studio and inspect the pad after to make sure I don’t see anything that looks like a shell, dead nymph or egg. Rearranged things so nothing is near the window and heater. Call me paranoid, but exterminators are expensive and I have no clue where the first one could’ve come from.

"Why not?"
"Because...because...I think it might be because if I knew I wouldn't be able to look for them."
"What, are you crazy?"
"It's a possibility I haven't ruled out yet,"
