Caleb got mad at me which made me cry and he’s pushing my calls to his non voicemail- he never set it up.

I bought my cat two new toys. She tore her favorite one to literal shreds! One is lambkins but tiny for a cat and a crinkly banana that has catnip.

I’m sitting at a restaurant waiting for noon- I’m meeting my peer support person next door then.

Considering not going to the movies tonight, I’m having a really hard time pushing myself to go out due to anxiety

I finally went and got my blood work. They took 4 tubes of blood. The guy who was older then me came in a couple minutes later and left pretty fast and he gave me this interesting look.

But at least its over. I'm really not sure what he is looking for that he needed so much blood for. But the results should be in later tonight or tommorow.

I put on a reality TV show for today. My niece and 9 year old nephew are coming over this afternoon and I'm kinda drained today.

Today is a really good day. I woke up really late but I managed to get going. I am so sorry @Blue_Bird that you're having anxiety and that stopped you from going to the movies today. I hope you enjoy the rest of your birthday!

I feel so much better today since I took my night meds on time again last night. It's ridiculous how awful I felt yesterday. I can't even skip one night or physically I just feel sick with something horrible. I am not pulling that stunt again any time soon!

Today has been great so far. Pecan let me sleep in I took my walk, showered, and I had to schedule appts. to see the neurologist and a podiatrist--I have a toenail fungus my PCP used to treat but apparently no longer does so I have to go to a specialist for that too. It pretty much has me wondering what my PCP does for me these days except write out referrals for specialists! Anyway, it was amazingly slow at both places to schedule appts. It took 30 min. to schedule 2 doctors' appts.! Good grief!

I read with the SAD lamp, had fantastic concentration. I'm making gumbo for dinner tonight, so to make things easier on myself & cut up the sausage & chicken and stir fried it, cooked the shrimp and chopped onion & green bell pepper and minced garlic. I painted an eggplant that turned out quite well. It was a lot of fun mixing the blue and violet and indigo paints to create the color of the eggplant; it just made a very pretty color that was quite satisfying for me

Last night i watched the 1995 version of Jane Austen's Persuasion on prime video. It was quite yummy! Then i downloaded the kindle and started reading it.

I dont know how it came up on my phone but im glad it did!

I just don't feel good today. I've been in bed binge watching a TV show and listening to music. My mom says I've been acting a bit sick. I took tylenol so nothing hurts right now. I have yellow rice or red beans and rice for dinner. Not really sure on food again.

I took a 5 minute nap or dozed off I guess for 5 minutes. At first I felt better but then I felt worse.

Possible trigger:

I tried to eat some crackers and water and I threw up a good amount

I took some dramamine and now I feel mediocre but not terrible.

I’m proud of myself for taking a shower this morning. Feels like a huge accomplishment because it’s so cold! If I wasn’t going to work today I probably wouldn’t have taken a shower but I must if I’m working. Today is the only good day on my timetable so I’ll just embrace it!

Thank you everyone! I had a good day, I painted with my two friends over video chat and that was a lot of fun. Holding off on the movie for now. Might go next week. But still going to the aquarium on Saturday. 🐟

Two big extra bills threw my finances into a whirlwind! Another one was poised to come out followed by another smaller 5 making them all bounce!! I already cancelled Amazon Prime and they gave me a credit on my credit card and I had that moved into my checking account along with some money my mom loaned me so now nothing will bounce and all my bills will get paid! Next month there won’t be over $200 extra bills like this month! But I WILL have the vet card that I’m going to use when I take the cat for her annual. I have 6 months interest-free to pay that off though!

Had a pretty good day. I over slept and wow, the dreams were weird and disjointed. Not at all like a movie which is how most of my dreams are. I took off for hobby lobby to get a frame and they were 50% off! Great! Then went to play games and socialize. The one woman who I’m getting to know better, she and I plus another woman sat and talked after everyone else went back to there apartments. It’s nice to be able to talk freely.

Found out that the movie they are playing tomorrow is Minecraft! What fun. I don’t know if I’ll be back in time to catch the beginning. But I like Jack black, so I’ll catch what I can. I have the second of three classes tomorrow.

My eyes feel so puffy and gritty. I use drops all the time but man, I think my eye dr is right I don’t close my eyes completely when I sleep. My eyes are so dry.

I threw up the dramamine and I've pretty much given up eating.

I called my GI and the receptionist took notes and was kinda rude but said she would tell the doctor.

I feel kinda down right now but I took one of my old stomach meds that works better then my current one

. I'm just trying to get through the night.

I do wonder if its the iron pill that is causing me to lose my appetite. I tried eating some popcorn and I wasn't hungry. Even soda isn't appealing. I've been drinking Liquid Death iced tea and water.

Tommorow I am going to take my meds properly and not all at 7AM like today.

Just battling with all sorts of demons today. The day started out good because I slept kinda late, but I don't know, just feel evil around me. It's really hard sometimes. I had a really good time at my pregnant church friend's house, we did our study together and had a good discussion. But when I got to adoration, just everything went downhill. I saw a really cute guy there, and I beat myself so much because I was thinking, "you ugly fat b*** why the hell would he look at you?" Just evil bad thoughts. I just hate myself so much.

Glad everyone had a good day, I hope these bad thoughts leave me soon.

Thank you Scooter! The breakfast was phenomenal. My family (I only have my sister ) doesn’t really celebrate my birthday so it kind of is a downer sometimes cause I have no one to celebrate with since our mom passed away back in 2016. My mom always made my birthdays special in some way. But I got myself an ice cream cake and some gifts for myself.

But I got to video chat with some friends from this forum and paint together today. There’s a large group of us that met here on the forums over 10 years ago and we’ve been friends ever since. We have a group chat on Snapchat we all post in everyday all throughout the day. Anyway, yeah they’re really good friends of mine. None of them post on here anymore but we have stayed in touch through Facebook and Snapchat and instagram and video chatting /painting over all these years. They’re some of my best friends. I’m grateful to have them and have found them on this forum.

And I’m grateful for this bipolar check in thread too and everyone here
