Oh no Have you eaten? Possibly sugar levels?

If not sugar levels, try taking a long hot bath and possibly put some soothing music on

Aw glad you feel better!

Just had a scare, my 2 pups escaped the back garden, went out there and couldn't see them until I went out the front and there they were bolting down the road. So in my pj's I went bolting down after them Caught them though as they were sniffing around a front yard of a dog owner we know down the way. My heart feels like it's about to jump out of my chest! Now my hubby is securing where we think they got over. We have a side alley leading to the drive and think they got behind the bush but anyway home safe and sound now

Thats such a horrible feeling!! When our dog was a puppy I was walking him at the park on my own (bearing in mind he was a little s**t and didn't respect me at all!) and he just bolted! Wouldn't come back so I tried walking away thinking he'd follow eventually. He didn't, he ran home across 2 roads too!! Needed a drink after that lol

Hanging in there so far today hoping, so hoping the downward spiral doesn't start again. I'll be around off and on but I HAVE to reduce the amount I'm around here as a precaution.

I agree with that now, but at the time I would have been happy enough without him lol He's a lot calmer and nice now though don't think I could ever have a puppy again, so much hard work lol

Made it through my shift. Tension has really built up....hopefully it'll go away overnight. If not, I might be in trouble.

Maranara you are doing so well. I know you are in a bad place but you keep working and working (something I haven't been able to do). I guess the only concern is that this long stretch of work for you could keep working you up until the point where you lose total control, but you may know how much you can handle before you say enough is enough.

I talked to one of my supervisors today. She said she didn't see how I could work this so much; that she can't work more than two or three days without going crazy. She urged me to take the time off and said I wouldn't get in trouble for it...so it's now up to me to take it. The only thing holding me back is my own guilt...I need to let it go and do what I need to do for my health and sanity.

Oh then pls do! Otherwise you may get to the point where you aren't of any use to yourself or work....take her advice and slam that guilt

Did this today:

Mackinac Bridge Walk - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It was f***ing freezing up there. I live 4 hours south of the bridge and forgot that the weather up north is usually colder than down here. I'm very glad to be home.

All I want is someone to be here for me AND NO ONE WILL. They pretend they will but then they just drop off the face of the earth. And they all ask me why I hate myself. Well how about because no one can stand me.

Good weekend. Nice 4 days off... Always nice to get several days off to really get rested up before returning to the grind.

Got out a bit, nothing special really, took the boys to lunch, went to the grocery store. It was just nice to do all that and not be stranded without a car, relying on cabs to get anywhere

Now I have an itch to get out more. I don't have any place to go. Left for a bit without the kids just to get out. Ended up at Target to see if the cute girl I used to work with was still there but chickened out while there and left without really finding out o.O lol

Decided it was time to get a haircut and look normal again :/ My hair was in my face, long. got it cropped short and it feels good to actually feel like I look decent again.
