I cleaned the litter box, washed dishes and put groceries away. I also spent time taking care of my cats. They are starting to get along better. Tomorrow I will take out the trash and clean litter boxes.

I didn’t get much done today but had a nice, relaxing day overall. I played out in the sun with my dog and took my mom to a movie to get her out of the house. I’ll have to doubletime it tomorrow. My daughter is coming home for the summer next Tuesday and I need to do a few things to get ready for her.

Plans for Wednesday:

1. Bible study
2. Clean house
3. Workout
4. Pick up medicine
5. Cook dinner
6. Continue on workbook.

Warm wishes to all.

Thanks! No, I am not a perfectionist. When I chose my values in my teen-age years, perfectionism was not on my value list.

I have a Christian holistic approach (whole person approach physical and spiritual) to what it is to be human... I think that I, as a Christian, am to take care of my body (nutrition, physical activities and relaxation exercises). That is a way to honor God because of the body he gave me, to take care of the gift so to speak.

I have to live with the Psychological / Emotional wounds and scars life has given me. To me the structure of the day is a way to keep focus on other things than my problems as it, at the same time, is a way to honor God. Show him that I will use all available tools to stay as psychological healthy as possible to thank him for the life he has given me.

When I plan for the days, I look to my symptoms first and foremost. How much energy do I have to my disposition - will it be OK to do two tasks in a row or will that be too much for me? Have I set apart enough time to rest or to amuse myself? Sometimes I plan too strict and fail; if so I have to learn from that and try to make a more realistic plan next time.

I think that God is Love and that he is satisfied by my trying. He doesn't expect successes every day, only my trying. Only God is perfect (the way I see it). Even on the days when I am not able to do anything I am loved. We all are (the way I see it)!

My Christian holistic view includes, worship and prayers , of course, - try to keep the contact upwards ...

I am only trying ...

PS. I will PM you.

So my new plan goes like this (I will try to make it as realistic as possible):

Each morning: Swish and swipe in the bathroom.

Monday: Gymnastics early in the morning, (Work in home if time and energy). My priority for the day is Brunch with friends and sometimes volunteer work afterward.
Tuesday: Hiking in the mountains with friends
Wednesday:
Am probably tiered after the hike the day before. Will rest until lunch. After Lunch work in the home for one to two hours.
Thursday: Gymnastics in a group
. After that work in the home for one or two hours
Friday
:Walk in the neighborhood. After that work in the home for one to two hours
Saturday:
Masage 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off, until the whole body has had it's masage.

Each day after lunch I will do Autogenic Training while I use self-hypnosis about being mindful during the day.

Journaling in the evening.

(Work in the home will only be done only on Wedensdays, Thursdays and Fridays, one to two hours each day. That is: three to six hours a week. It is important that I remember that this is all the time that is to my diposition, so I don't get disapointed over too little done.

Evaluation once a week.

I have not felt well enough to follow my program (so there is nothing to evaluate).

I have written a speech to say in the Family / Relative gathering next weekend. I look forward to be at the gathering, but I am low in energy, so I think the best I can do is to try to rest as much as possible before the gathering.

Best wishes to all!

Today I got my shower and took out the trash. I was very tired all day and slept a lot. So I'm happy that I accomplished those two things. Plus they are hard for me to do. I treated myself to breakfast from iHop (delivery). I want to feel good this evening and not bad that I didn't do more. I'm going to try to play my game with my sister now.

Due to a confluence of circumstances, I am evolving to another level of understanding and therefore better managing my depression and anxiety. As a result, the majority of what I’ve achieved over the past several days is inner work. I did go to bible study and care for my pets and my family. I am grateful for this opportunity to move forward. I will start planning again tomorrow.

Warm wishes to all.

Something sad has happened! My body is very sensitive to changes. That means that changes (good or bad) might set me more or less out of function.

Because of that, I usually make a plan for what to do to keep my mood stable after expected variations not belonging to my ordinary life. I forgot to do that after last week's family gathering.

It has only been a few days since the gathering, but I have forgotten about time and about regular meals. Sad, but so it is ... (My head is full of thoughts running around).

Among my tools I have a crisis plan. I will start to use that from this moment!

May you all be well!

Thank you so much for support!

You know when you are in therapy, specifies the problems and the talking doesn't help, one has to sit down and find a way to help oneself. So I did many years ago. That doesn't mean that the talking-therapy wasn't helpful, only that the therapist did not have tools for the most fragile parts of me. I am still grateful for the therapists emotional support at that time.

It took a long time with trying and failing. I think that many people give up when they don't get exactly the help they want. I started instead to look for when (it happens) and what to do about it.

That's why I have some notes about what to do in situations that usually triggers this fragile inside of me.

This time I forgot to prepare for the days after a happy event.

In my notes I have written not only what to do, but the notes are also full of supportive and affirmative words (from my better self to the part of myself that doesn't cope so well).

Thanks again for your kind words!

I washed one load of laundry then sifted through all of my other clothes which I will wash tomorrow. I am feeling better. I lost another pound. I am going to remain on a diet for awhile. I walked last night and the day before. I am beginning to see reality as it is. Before, I was psychotic and could not differentiate my imagination from reality. I feel ok overall. I am still interested in becoming a real estate agent. I don't know if it is a good decision but don't have any really saleable skill for now. I will do what I can to survive.

I have to do some "things" in my home before I leave for the family gathering.

This time my plans when I come home afterward are:

- Relax for 45 minutes
- Hang up cloths and other "things"
- Food
- Read through my plan for how to take care of myself, now, when I stand at the border of staying focused or fall deeper into depression.
- Write a list to follow for the rest of the day.

I wish you all well!

I have been busy with cats and litter boxes. This morning I changed the sheets on my bed and did light housework. I have to take the trash out this afternoon and then I'll relax. Hope everyone is doing well!

I took the trash out and did a load of laundry. I am wiped out. Tomorrow more litter boxes. It's time to change out the auto one. That might be the only thing I do. I want a day of rest.
