I feel better today. The Rheumatism is loosing it's grip on me.

I feel a little tired. I'm afraid to go to sleep now cause I'll just wake up an hour later and it will still be dark. I prefer to wake up when the sun is up. The closer to noon, the better.

The weekend is here now for me. For some reason I wasn't feeling the very best after getting out of work. Once again it was very slow and someone was making remarks that wasn't nice.

Also I have been dealing with some pain that's off-and-on. The pain starts on my lower left rear end and gone down to the left side of my knee. Very painful at times but yet there are some periods when it's gone away.

I don't feel well!

Feeling so-so right now. Did my usual Saturday stuff. Doing the laundry and shopping was pretty easy as there was no waiting for either one of those two things this time. My sister called while I was out shopping. I didn't expect her to call at that time. I called back but just left a message. Today is my friend's 85th birthday. He called me this morning but sounded a bit depressed.

I feel okay today. I'm just very tired.

Doing better. I managed to finally store away all the Christmas decorations. My apartment will look neater now. I'll feel more like keeping up with the housework.

I managed to sort through a bunch of paperwork. I took care of some correspondence that needed my attention. I guess I really have turned a corner. I'm hopeful tomorrow will be a decent day. I can make it that, with a little bit of effort.

I feel sad, lonely and stressed out this morning.

Spent the morning doing my tax return. I'll be getting some refunds but not much. After that I went to a store to pick up a couple of items. I was lucky to find a perfect parking spot. Other than that, not much.

I controlled my depression pretty well today. I was able to ignore her for a lot of the day. Then I just decided to start reading again. I still have books from the library. Right now I’m kind of anxious and panicky. But I just need to control it. Everything I’ve had issues with is hidden. And I’m under all 37 pounds of my weighted blankets. I’m going to clear my mind and do deep breathing and try to sleep.

I am feeling OK (enough).

It was very slow at work all morning, but after lunch it was pretty busy for an hour and a half. I was feeling pretty good emotionally during the period of after lunch when it was busy. Though I got irritated when I had some unexpected work to do right at the time I was heading out the door to go home for the day.

It hasn't been easy recently, but overall I'm ok. Thanks to many of you.

I'm doing better this morning. I got lots of rest last night.

I feel a bit better and prouder than usual today.
I did stuff that I wouldn't have done before, not that it was particularly difficult. But hey, it's the little steps that help .

I don’t know what I’m feeling. It doesn’t seem to be straight up depression. But it doesn’t seem to be much of anything. I’ve exhausted two out of 3 of my support sources. The last one is to go to the hospital. I keep pushing that one off. I’ve been pushing it off for weeks. I already got one huge issue taken care of today. I’m at a loss. If I go everyone is gonna think it’s because of what happened today. And I don’t want them to think that because it’s not true.
