awwww bunny wabbits are cute!. thanks..

well, almost finished avatar now. we've ordered the sequel (legend of cora), and it should be with us by tomorror along with a few other things we ordered (including some music we got especially for licia!)

um

fireworks are over thank god, and we have a while now before the next skeduled disaster (christmas). well, a couple weeks of, we hope relaxing?

don't think we have anything else to really comment on

life's just been, well, life.

not good, not bad, life.

just plodding along day by day

talking of voting (I know, seems a little ironic), yesterday we got a form through our letterbox which we bneeded to sign to register us to vote in the UK elections, which, I don't think is for a long time, but what a time to choose to send the form

we should probably add that, we never plan to vote, ever

don't understand it, and why vote for something you don't understand?

it's like being asked who will win out of this football team and this football team, when you know nothing about football

just some random views

end of another dull week

now for a dull weekend

We once voted for a satirical party made up of university students who had some very interesting policies, none of which made any sense. We did it because we had no interest in politics at that time but were eligible to vote for the first time, so wanted to see what it was like.
Our voted party didn't get in!

We are struggling. We have so much work to do - several hundred hours worth of assignments, essays etc that needs to be done by January. But I still can't do any of it. I had hoped the new t could help us contain stuff so I could get it done, but while emotional stuff has been contained there is the dawning realization that she CAN help us, and that is causing so much bubbling up inside. Have had so many flashes of memory, alters wanting to tell her stuff... its like this hope has been ignited.
I need to try to calm it somehow. Better go do some grounding exercises again.

Ant and Dec are awesome!
We are very triggered and switchy today. Lots of stress over here with earthquakes going off all the time an' all.
Thinking about how we need to do some work with two three year old alters who are disrupting things with their emotional overwhelm; knowing that doing that will mean they will likely come out with our new therapist, and just feeling stink about the whole thing. I like to be in control. Having three year old alters out is not 'being in control'.
Stink.

So triggered to day, waiting to see new t tomorrow. Inner ones are waiting after so many years of being denied by me and others they want to speak. They are clamoring inside, they have things to say that I don't want to hear.
*I* need to do study, its getting so desperate time wise and it is too expensive to fail, but I am going to at this rate.
There is no middle ground.
Thanks for this!

still extremely cold

actually some stuff outside has blown over it is that windy!

we just hope we don't have power issues.. last year we did, and nearly lost our christmas to a powercut (thankfully we didn't, but almost)

1 of our cds has been scratched, though thankfully we cleaned it the best we could yesterday, and it seems to be working at we'd say 80 percent perfection

just in case we needed a new copy, we looked it up (their have 1 left for £400!)

who in their right mind would sell a cd for £400?

unless it's some sort of trick. oh well. lol

we've been talking to scotch. they are good. told us they decided to close their account here (we have their email)
quiet and cold day here today

no plans

today we had a meeting (with, I guess, you could call them family services)

Possible trigger:

so they told us they are doing their best so that our family don't get our address of where we are living

but yes.. natrually it's freaked us out a little, that they'd come after us again.

*shudders in disgust*

Possible trigger:

e
it is still cold here and our fingers are almost numb to the touch.

Scary stuff, SS. No wonder you are feeling so switchy and losing time. Sounds like inner ones might be feeling a 'little' scared.
Do you know what things you might try to help you feel safer and more grounded?

We had third session with T yesterday and it was disappointing. Inner ones who have desperate for someone to hear them for like, six months, had been anticipating the session with a need to talk, but unfortunately we had to do *paperwork stuff* instead. And T is going to be away all next week.
On the bright side, its a good opportunity to settle the inner ones that need it, do some work to tuck everyone away as best I can and turn to course work. So I'll go with that.
Thanks for this!
