Yes... my intergration of 4 of my alters came unglued.. a techie term there... and yes... it can and does happen... it may be temporary... or we may just decide to stay this way...

life is easier to manage separately... really..... which is why we came "unglued"... so that we could manage some issues in our life...

so it does feel good to be separate... yes it does.. I have so missed this wonderful feeling..

and yes... my T would have a royal fit.. if he heard me talking like this... "integration" is suppose to be "everything"... in my T's eyes...

but.. hey.. it is my life... not his... and this feels soooo good...

my integration came "unglued" my integration came "unglued" my integration came "unglued"

love to all the care... ((((((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))))))))))

it shouldn't be about what the t wants anyways - it needs to be about what you want as long as you are safe. integration is not for everyone and they are finally starting to find out that having "one" individual may not even be the best idea for that person.

hugs to you - kiya

thank you...

I am so much more comfortable.. with the "unglued" integration.... I am less anxious... and feel better equiped to handle situations because I have the alter that knows how to effectively deal with it now...

experiencing the integration... and then... coming apart... gave me a very unique opportuinity to experience both.. and to make a choice...

This is just for "me"...

I encourage anyone that wishes integration... to "go for it"...

and I don't have an opinion... only for me...

so pls.. let's not start a debate...everyone here I am sure has an opinion.....

Everyone is different in this world. What works for some may not work for others. I have a lot of respect for you. You are doing what you feel is best and where you feel the most comfortable. If this works well for you, then no one should question it or try to make you change it. Not even your T.

Are we not all a "work in progress"??? Constantly changing, even if only small changes that are not always visible at first.

Many good thoughts and much love being sent your way!
