I am up early and just had my food. It was good, too. I had some veggies and tofu that I steamed. I have ordered some Oriental Spice which is very good on veggies. I hope to get it soon from Amazon.

My weight has been fluctuating but thankfully I am on the right path with it now. That can always change but it's good to feel good about where I am right now.
I used to have an eating disorder but I figured there's more important things in life than your weight

I've found that also but then I get so busy working on the important things it's easyntonjust forget to eat. Seems after not eating much for years & having 2 serious anorexia times in my life, my stomach isn't good at telling me that I'm hungry. It's getting better with the years passing but it is still a problem

My dietitian is threatening to send me to ED IOP if things don't get better in the next two weeks. I don't want to stop restricting, but I really don't want to go to IOP.

Oh wow, you know how FB brings back up photo memories from the past???? Well I had posted a picture of me on this horse tree just after moving here 9 years ago after leaving my bad marriage. I was still thin from the anorexia I had been dealing with for several years though I was finally eating better....ugh, I am not overweight by any means now. I'm at a healthy weight but in my own mind, I sure like how I looked then better than I do now. I was already at a point before seeing the photo of wanting to loose a lot of the over safe weight point I've gained.....that just makes it more real that even if I'm at a safe weight, that I want to loose again....I just have to make sure I do it RESPONSIBLY & STOP before it gets OUT OF CONTROL....that's the hard part for me.

I worked so hard to get where I am. I'm strong and thought I was great. Now I can't think of anything but starving myself or eating everything. But I know that if I starve I'll lose myself and lose the strength I worked so hard for. If I eat everything I feel terrible and gain weight. I don't know what to do.

What were you doing before that was working for you? You said you worked so hard to get where you are so what were you doing before? All I can suggest is that you try going back to what worked for you before since you were doing so good before.

Going through some stress & like normal it's causing lack of appetite. On top of that, I haven't done laundry in awhile so on Sunday I plowed through cloths not worn in awhile. Even though not overweight & at a healthy weight for my size those cloths looked horrible on me at this current weight. On top of all the stressful crap going on, I know that some level of weight loss is needed. Its too easy once I get started to go extreme so have to be very careful & conscious & make sure my wise mind is fully working

Got a job as delivery driver so im constantly on the road from 8 to 12 hours a day. So this has made it quite difficult to eat proper and due to the time sensitive nature of my job. Stress and the craving for junk food is quite hard to resist.

My hip is bothering me, feels like the bones are moving around and it hurts like heck. Gotto go to the doctor. My eating is going well, knock on wood, lost some more and that is good because I am obese and have b.e.d. For those of you with anorexia and bulimia please don't forget to eat, it's important to sustain. And here is a link for those with eating disorders that may help you:

It mainly has to do with handling stress. I can't seem to handle lots of stress without going insane (in several ways). There's been more stress in my life lately and it made me fall back into bad habits.

I haven't posted in a few days and I've been doing better. Lessened my stress a bit.

That's good you have lessened your stress some. There are many things you can do for
for stress reduction. Some good things are meditation, exercise, brisk walks, deep breathing. You can look up some good meditations on Youtube.com if you wish. I have a bad problem with stress, too.

I was looking for some basic information on nutrition and I found the Food Pyramid. I don't totally agree with it but it has some good basics anyways:

I'm new to the forums, and my eating disorder is my biggest issue. Today I had a massive binge, and that just put me in a huge spiral down, bad enough that I'm considering taking off work tomorrow and going to the emergency room because I don't think I can wait for a psychiatrist appointment. I need some kind of medication to control the impulses behind most of this. I've tried seeing several therapists, and they do no good. I was doing mostly okay until today's huge setback. Sorry this is kind of long, very few people know about my issues, so I really just need a way to get it out.

Feeling tired. I finally got a new counselor where I go for mental health care. I will see her next Friday. There should be some relief in that. Dealing with PTSD on my own has not been easy. I need to learn more coping skills and since I'm trying not to eat to cope I really need new skills.

Feeling tired a lot lately. I know it's the meds. but I like what they do for me. Maybe I still have some adjusting to do. Trying to talk about my feelings instead of eat about them.

Was feeling so misunderstood today. What an awful feeling and frustrating too! Tried to work it out and I'll see how that goes. Where is everyone at?
