I was 155 this morning. These low calorie TV dinners and other prepackaged snacks really seem to work for me. It’s like Jenny Craig or nutrisystem but without the high prices.

Today I had the usual string cheeses I had when working. My coworker was drinking something from Starbucks that looked good. So when I clocked out I stopped at the drive thru and got a grande that had 140 calories. I had a mini lasagna for lunch that had 340 calories. For dinner I’ll be trying something new. spaghetti tacos Basically I’ll be cooking a spaghetti and meatballs lean cuisine and then putting It in a couple stand and stuff taco shells. I saw it on a TV show. That will have 400 calories. That leaves me with 160 calories. I might have some rice crackers.

156 this morning. I overate yesterday, but mostly on calorie dense items so it doesn't show on the scale right away. Anyway, I am trending down, which is good to see. I whine about how I can't seem to get out of this cycle of rolling forward and playing catch up but I do catch up and the goal is a deficit.
Tomorrow I will exercise, early and long, and probably clear my rolled forward amount and then get back to the *IF* I can eat normally for the remainder of he day. First I will have to see how much damage I do today...

I was 154.6 today. I’m under a lot of pressure and I’m dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety from work. Maybe that’s why the scales changing so fast.

Today I switched it up a bit and instead of the string cheese I had a laughing cow cheese/breadsticks snack thing that had 100 calories. For lunch I had a prime rib Cobb salad from Denny’s that had 810 calories. Give or take. You can never be exact on those types of things. Dinner will be a stuffed pepper that will have 200 calories.

I was 154 today. A couple more pounds and I’ll be at a new low. There’s still a lot of stress and pressure from work. I had 1200 calories exact today. I was going to go out to lunch tomorrow to slow the weight loss and I have the day off from work.

I finally pushed it too far. I rolled over so much into tomorrow that i will be rolling into Friday first thing tomorrow. I weigh in the morning also. I will probably have bounced back up to 159.

157 this morning. Through a miscommunication, we have way too many bananas, so my plan for today is bananas all day. I did also just have cream of wheat when I had my meds; bread or cereal seems to help make sure I don't get a sour stomach.

I weigh 172 somehow, gaining the weight over a several day period. Since I could not use my stolen phone, I ended up eating more than I usually do. This included pastries. Still this is a big weight gain inside of a week. I would have had to be eating over 3000 calories each day. I find this difficult to believe. I will see what tomorrow brings.

I did eat some ribs with a thin coating of BBQ sauce sauce through the week, but only half slabs. I applied it only once while cooking it, with no extra when I ate the ribs. So maybe that will not matter as much. I am going to need to watch my calorie intake from now on in order to not gain anymore weight. I also will begin to exercse again.

I was still 154 today. I had a cheat day today. I went out to lunch and got some frozen custard and I had a mug of mint hot chocolate with milk. I wasn’t very hungry for dinner.

I have my meals planned out for tomorrow. It will be around 1200 calories. I bought something called an açaí bowl. Does anyone know what that is? It sounds good. You heat it up according to the directions. It seems like some sort of sweet thing but only 210 calories for a decent size serving.

Good burn at the gym this morning, but so much rolled forward that I will still go over again early today.

Tomorrow's weigh in will be interesting. I feel like I have not been in good control of what I eat lately but have seen a slight trend down (maybe; could be timing making it look that way).

Donated some more baggy shirts and pants yesterday and picked up a couple of pairs of slacks while at the thrift store. One pair has a 30" waist. I tried on two pair of 29s. I was able to button them and breath, but the pockets were pulled open a little making it look like they were pants I was outgrowing. Sizes are all over the place. i donated a few pants that claimed to be 32" but were a lot looser than just 2" too big. I bought one pair of dress slacks that claim to be 32" but fit reasonably well. i need those for the company Christmas party.

I weigh 168 now. My weight dropped four pounds overnight. Water retention? A full colon that now has been emptied? Inaccurate scales? Who knows? I will exercise today. I have become incredibly lazy since pausing my exercise.

I didn’t weigh myself today, but I will tomorrow morning. I had a couple laughing cow cheese breadsticks dippers that had 100 calories each. Lunch was a can of chef boyardee ravioli. That had 460 calories for the can. I tried the açaí bowl. It was not what I was expecting. I thought it was supposed to be like frozen yogurt or something similar. It was this warmish glob of fruit in syrup. I did not like it. So I had to figure out another snack. I had 3 white cheddar rice cakes and a fun size peanut butter snickers that had 245 calories total. For dinner I had a small cheese calzone that had 300 calories.

So total it was around 1,205 calories.

Crazy, crazy overboard again yesterday by the time it was over. This morning? 157 again. Still need to try to make up for a bunch of rolled forward food. I ate a lot of calorie dense food late day, so the weight in my gut and the calories in my gut are very different things. I did leave yesterday ~375 over and I may do the same today and/or tomorrow to get back to an even start on Monday. I might go to the gym tonight also.

EDIT - Little bit of TMI...
OMG moment in the bathroom this morning. There was a *lot* more than usual in my gut and it wasn't floating; definitely over a pound lost in the space of a few seconds. I may still be trending slightly down.

I was 155.6 today. I’m kind of confused. The last time I weighed myself on Thursday I was 154. Then I had my cheat day. Then yesterday I was fine with my eating. It’s just not how things usually work out for me. I know I had a lot of sodium yesterday. I also just went to the bathroom for the first time in awhile. My mom said the weather might be a factor since it’s pretty cold today.

Anyways today I am watching my calories again. I have 1,215 written down. I’m also logging my sodium. Tommorow I’ll weigh myself and see what happens.

Way over again today, maybe/probably. I am definitely way over now, but about to go to the gym. I rented a movie on Google Play and downloaded it to my phone. My plan is to watch the entire thing on the ARCTrainer. I may take an "intermission" and do some upper body circuit work if my legs get too weak, but I am probably up to it. We'll see...

I think I will weigh again in the morning just out of curiosity. With the large "event" in the bathroom this morning, the overeating today and then a big long exercise session it will probably be a somewhat meaningless weight. My guess is low.

I was 154 exactly again today. I’m really hoping tommrow I’ll be below 154. Today I have counted out 1,200 calories exactly. 2 meals and 2 snacks.

My goal is to be 150 by Thanksgiving. I think I can do it.

155 today. Logged about 1000 calories from watching an entire moving on the ARCTrainer at about 80 steps a minute on a resistance setting of 45 (3 of 3 bars) for 2 hours and did some resistance circuit training. I still ended up over for the day with so much rolled forward from prior days but this time I didn't roll it. The 155 is a bogus low spike from dehydration, but I am probably still holding the line at 157. Raking, mowing and house cleaning on the schedule today.

I still weigh 168 pounds. I have no idea what that spike up to 172 was about a couple days ago. So far no exercise. Still I need to do some exercise. Perhaps I will go to the fitness center for the purpose of the exercise itself and not to burn allot of calories. I have nothing better to do today anyway.

Typo in earlier post - I watched an entire movie while I did ARCTrainer last night.

Got a fair amount of exercise in today blowing/raking leaves, mowing and cleaning. So far, sticking to calorie goal reasonably well. Night time has been my downfall lately though.

Decent cardio this morning - 45 minutes on ARCTrainer. Cut circuit training a little short.

Doc visit to ortho; he suspects a tear in shoulder that has had some pain. X ray found cysts (not scary kind) on the bone which can cause pain when muscle slides over them. I have to get an MRI to see if there is a tear and if so, how bad.

I was 153.4 today.

I’m not sure exactly on my calories today. But it’s around 1200. I went to Taco Bell and got grossed out after a couple bites. I calculated those bites at 200 calories. I’m not sure though. I might be way over. I went to Burger King then. Dinner is a piece of grilled chicken.

It might sound like a cop out, but I am discounting today's reading of 160. It's a spike because I went a little nuts late last night and there was salty stuff in the mix. When I make a fist, I can tell my fingers are swollen. OTOH, even seeing it on a spike was not in my plans. I keep saying I am committed to fixing this and then don't and that worries me.

I was 152.2 today. I did not mean to lose 1 pound and 2 oz in a day. I think I just really overestimated my calories yesterday. I think 1200 calories might have actually been more like 900 something. So I decided to have my cheat day today. I give myself one a week. I went out to eat for lunch. I might skip dinner though since lunch was big and I’m still full.

I’m freaking out about this loose skin thing. But if an 84 pound weight loss caused no visible loose skin issues then should I be worried about an additional 17 pounds of weight loss if it’s done slowly?

I am starting again for weight loss and diabetes control to follow the Eat To Live program with Dr Joel Furhman MD....lose weight and exercise more by doing extra walking...starting Sunday,18th November.Wish me luck!

I didn’t weigh myself today. I will weigh myself tomorrow. I have had 580 calories so far of my 1200 calories. I can be at exactly 1200 by using 5 and 10 calorie bottles of diet Snapple if I am a few calories short and just figuring out other snacks and meals that will fit in. It seems to have worked out well. I am eating a variety of things and I am not denying myself any food.
