Well my weight hasnt changed in a couple of months, but i am feeling better. I got a grocery Shipt today and made an amazon order. Getting fruit, tons of veg, potatoes, and two boxes of natures bakery brownies and bars - much cheaper from the store than from amazon. No bread, and aside from the natures bakery stuff, nothing "bad".

So i am back to tracking on WW (weightwatchers). I feel like now i KNOW what i want to eat, what satisfies me, what i like, what i crave. Sometimes its something as simple as having a second orange in the morning if the first one was small! In the past, i would deny myself the 2nd orange on the basis it was "not on my diet", then go on to eat poorly the rest of the day! Well, this morning the orange i happened to pull out of the bad first was not huge but it was pretty big, and i was like, yeah i think one will do! My fresh veg today will be sugar snap peas, cooked veg will be steamfresh brussels sprouts, a russet potato, im having coffee now, and idk - maybe a noodle soup with chard later. And an apple and or a tangerine. I had a can of tuna last night so i will probably skip any meat today. Maybe just some "nooch" - that nutritional yeast stuff? Im starting to really like it, its starting to taste really cheesy to me, where real cheese is suffocating.

I had an ensure shake today. I’ll probably have one more of those then a piece of toast and maybe a clementine and that’s it. I didn’t eat breakfast today because I slept till 12.

I’m getting a blender next month so I can start making smoothies

I found some Amy's Pad Thai. I had that for lunch. It was good and not too heavy. It didn't take long and I was hungry again. So I had some beans and rice. I also use Nutritional Yeast. I prefer real cheese. I use the Yeast to get enough B12 and the rest of my B vitamins. I'm not sure what I'll eat tonight. I may have rice and vegetables with a Stir Fry sauce.

I ate 2000 calories again today not enough to gain weight but not good for losing either.I really have to start losing cos my blood pressure is very,very high.
It is so high that I feel very ill.I had to get medication to lower my blood pressure from the doctor.Worried about side effects but have to take them cos my blood preesure is so high I could have a heart attack or stroke.So it's still really important that I lose weights.

I had potato salad this morning. It was too heavy. I wish I would have had something lighter. It was also too many carbs. I'll focus on more vegetables and fruit for the remainder of the day. I'll have some protein as well. I bought wraps for my turkey and cheese. That will be less carbs than bread.

It is an improvement that for the last ten days I've eaten under 2000 calories a day,but I need tobe under that to start losing weight,at least down to 1500 calories a day and no more,it needs to be.I'll give myself until next Monday to start getting calories down to 1500 a day.Fingers crossed thatI can do it.I really need tolose weight to get my blood pressure down lower.

Still 170.4.

So far today I’ve had a banana, a small chili cheese fries from Sonic, and a diet Vanilla Coke from Sonic. Lunch will be soup, crackers, and another banana. Dinner will be 2 eggs and oatmeal.

I have down 1,192 calories.

I just stepped on the scale. I lost another pound. So that's 9 pounds total. I am very happy about that. I hope things continue to go this well.

I lost more weight. So this week I've lost 5 pounds. I'll take it. I feel really good about that. I'll just keep doing what I'm doing. I would love to lose 5 pounds a week. But I'll accept 1 to 2. Just 3 more pounds and I'll be at my first goal.

I've eaten a little more than usual these past two days. But I'm maintaining. I've just been really hungry. My knees hurt less. So I'm seeing some benefit to my weight loss.

I am normal weight, although usually my natural body type seems to be on the thin side, so it's more than I am used to. At the same time, I am definitely out of shape due to all the restrictions we have been under. 132 days of strict quarantine last year where you could only leave the house 2 times a week for all reasons combined made it impossible to get out and walk. Now we only have lockdown restrictions on weekends and going out for exercise is permitted without using up the one weekend permit we get. So, I have been getting out for walks at least 4 times a week lately. It definitely feels good. For now I am walking a bit over a mile a day and will bump that up soon. I am also buying non alcoholic beers so I have cut down on normal beer consumption, which is probably good for the waistline. Non-alcoholic beer has fewer calories. I figure I just turned 50 and maintaining weight is supposed to get harder with age, so I figure I need to start making some changes in the right direction.

I’ve just quit trying to eat when I’m not hungry. Which has been a lot of the time. If I’m not hungry then I don’t make myself eat to get to my 1200 calorie goal. I just simply can’t do it anymore. Yesterday I had about 830 calories. I ate a bowl of soup yesterday around 11AM but that was all I had until midnight when I woke up to eat a hard boiled egg. I had a Pdoc appointment yesterday evening and he asked how my appetite was and I just bluntly said “I haven’t been hungry.” His only response to that was asking if I was taking my meds and I said “yeah.” So I have no idea what he thinks. But so far today I’ve just had a few crackers. My stomach has been so off lately and I can’t tell if it’s physical or anxiety or both. I’ll sometimes get a low grade fever so I think it may be something physical. But my Covid test was negative and everyone else in my house feels fine. So I don’t know what’s going on. But I just refuse to eat now when I’m not hungry.

I’ve been 170 since the 15th. I get so close to 169 and I eat low cal all day and then the next day my weight goes up to 170.2. Then it stalls for a couple days at 170.2. Then goes to 170 exactly. Then etc etc etc.

I made gumbo this morning with just vegetables and rice. That will last a couple of days. I plan to cook beans and rice and I'll also make a vegetable Pad Thai. I'm still mainly focused on vegan. I'll have a little animal protein each day. Last night it was turkey, cheese and crackers.

My husband bought a stationary bike to give us another exercise option. I gave it a try today and did 20 minutes. The only problem is the seat is not so comfortable. I am looking to buy a gel bike seat cover, which should help.

Still 170.2. I walked all over the mall yesterday for 45 minutes and I ate 1,210 calories. I have platitude a couple times at 170 while losing weight. It usually takes a few weeks to get below. I’m going to skip eating soup today and see if that helps.

I'm afraid to weigh myself. I feel like I've been eating too much. I did a little stress eating this morning. I had cheese, crackers and turkey. So it wasn't too bad. Still not good though. I'm eating just vegetables for the rest of the day.

I ate a chocolate bar and a bag of chips around 2:30. I just considered it lunch. I had a breakfast TV dinner around 10:30. Dinner will be a hard boiled egg and some frozen vegetables. With the stuff I drank it will be 1,287 calories.

I’m wondering if I’ll finally go down tomorrow since I switched up what I ate today but still ate low cal.

I finally stepped on the scale. I'm up 2 pounds. That's not bad. I guess it's normal weight fluctuation. I ended up having a tomato and mozzarella panini. I was stressed and wanted comfort food. Once in a while is okay. I'll do better the rest of the day.

I finally got down to 169.6. I think the soup was the issue. I think even the noodles had too much sodium. I didn’t have any soup yesterday. I had some Doritos this morning for breakfast but I got so involved in my book I didn’t stop to read until 10. It had been about 20 hours since I legit ate. But I wasn’t feeling too much hunger. I got a pretzel dog and a small cheese fries from Sonic. Then I got involved in my book again and I haven’t eaten since 10:45. I’m just forgetting to eat today because I’m distracted. But I have down that I need to eat 3 hard boiled eggs and a weight watchers TV dinner. I have logged in 1,190 calories for the day. Which I know is too low.

I feel fine physically but I think my move is stressing me out so I’m not hungry.

I cooked a veggie casserole this morning. I also cooked Pad Thai with vegetables. Those have been my meals today along with some beans and rice. I need some animal protein, so I might have a turkey wrap tonight. I feel like I had too many carbs today. I had lots of noodles today. I was craving it. The good news is I've been keeping busy around the house.

Today I got an iced latte and another drink from Dunkin Donuts. It was 500 calories total. I had 3 rice cakes close to 10. Lunch at 11 was a can of Hormel ham. I had a little pack of Planters peanuts and a caffeine free regular Coke around 12:45. I got involved with a new book and I didn’t put it down until I realized it getting late. I had a couple hard boiled eggs and a caffeine free Coke Zero for dinner. I didn’t actually have a hot meal today. I try to eat one hot meal a day. My calories were 1,280. I was trying to go up. I don’t think the quality of what I ate was necessarily good. 650 calories in drinks. But I ate protein for both lunch and dinner. Peanuts have some protein too.

I lifted a ton of heavy stuff today. I also made tons and tons of trips up the stairs getting ready to move and have carpets put in. So I moved around a lot.

I woke up at 1:30AM and I really needed to eat. So I had the yolk of a hard boiled egg because I couldn’t peel it for some reason and I was about to pass out from not eating. I also had a little bag of Lays chips. Then I got coffee and another drink from Dunkin Donuts around 7. If I can get down to the kitchen I’m going to have 2 eggs and a pack of Planters peanuts for lunch. Dinner will be 2 pieces of cheese pizza. 1,285 calories today. I wanted some steamed vegetables but I don’t want the house to smell bad when the workers are over.
