I'm afraid to step on the scale. But I do notice my knees and legs are less painful these past couple of days. I hope that means I am losing. I added some meat back to my diet. I had a serving of tuna casserole yesterday. It was good. I ordered some dairy products from the store and I'm going to start using more olive oil. Today I plan to have salads, beans and rice and more tuna casserole.

I think the british do a better job of brainwashing their citizens about getting their 5 servings of fruit and veg a day than the US does. I watch the british weight loss shows on youtube and its like thats ALL anyone ever talks about, but americans, hardly ever.

I was wondering why it was bugging me so much that people werent mentioning the 5 a day here, then it hit me, that was why - ive been british brainwashed!

Ive been starting and ending my days with oranges and tangerines. It makes my breakfasts and dinners lighter, i think.

My diet is going good and for the last three days I have been consistently eating under 1500 cals a day, normal small size portions, three meals a day and tiny snacks.
I am exercising more than I used to too.I will see what exercise I can do tomorrow, couldn't go for a walk today as it was below ) the temperature outside and freezing. If it's the same tomorrow I am going to do a couple of workouts at home and try do 259 steps an hour up and down the stairs.Exercise makes losing weight easier.I have a med and diabetic review on the 13th and a health check on the 22nd.

I’m down another 6oz. Today I haven’t been very hungry but I know I need to eat. I’m currently waiting until I get the energy to eat my 3 scrambled eggs which are now cold and sitting in the microwave.

I swear my dietician was super skinny and understands you can eat a low calorie diet and not have an eating disorder. because she didn’t harp on me at all the way other people have about protein and meat and stuff. She said 140 is a perfectly acceptable weight for my height.

She doesn’t get why I’m not hungry and losing weight so fast, but neither do I.

I've been craving carbs. I had mac'n cheese last night. I had pasta this morning. I haven't been exercising.

I lost another 4oz so I’m now down another pound. I think it’s my Xanax to be honest. I feel ok I just don’t have much of an appetite. My energy level is fine. I had a Slim Fast at midnight. Then I had a cup of Jif to go crunchy peanut butter and a bowl of Quaker Oats strawberries and cream oatmeal for breakfast around 8. I was not in the mood for either. For lunch I had a can of double noodle Campbell’s soup with the broth drained as usual and 6 Chicken N A Biscuit crackers. That was around 12:30. I just had a banana now and I plan on having the usual 3 eggs but probably not for another 1.5 hours. Probably should have saved the banana for dinner since it was so filling.

I am really having to push myself to eat so I don’t end up IP or get switched to another therapist. Honestly I’m not even drinking soda everyday the way I used. I have 5 cases of the new watermelon Mountain Dew I got on Monday and I’ve had 3 even though 3 cases are zero sugar. I lost my cravings for soda as well. I like iced tea though. And Wendy’s coffee

I wonder what my cholesterol is looking like with all these eggs every single day.

MD, the oatmeal could be offsetting the eggs. Also within the egg itself, lecithin in the eggwhite aids in processing the yolk cholesterol.

Some people have problems with eggs, some dont.

I’m just doing what my dietician is telling me to eat and when. But yeah probably.

Breakfast was a packet of mini cookies, lunch was an Ensure shake, dinner was a spinach salad and some chicken nuggets

I had a Slim Fast for breakfast around 2AM. Then I got a coffee from Wendy’s and forgot to eat before group. Then I had some peanut butter and a glass of orange juice during my break. For lunch I’ll have the usual soup and crackers. Then dinner will be the usual 3 eggs. 1,264 calories. My dysphoria is really freaking me out right now so I am not hungry at all right now and I will not be eating anything else besides what I have written down. The other day I was thinking of getting Chinese food today. When my dysphoria acts up that’s when my “ED” acts up. Still not sure I have an ED though.

Im also down another 6oz. At Thanksgiving I was 187. Now I’m 171.

I did get Chinese food last night and it helped because I majorly needed to actually eat.

Today I had a Mountain Dew at 1:30. Then I ate just a banana for breakfast. Then I got a diet cherry Vanilla Coke. Lunch was the usual noodles from soup and 4 crackers. Dinner will be an Atkins shake and an Ore-Ida Crack an Egg. I have down 1,208 calories.

Breakfast wasn’t good but I had a good lunch and will be having a good dinner.

I had 3 small pancakes for breakfast this morning. I used sugar-free syrup. I was craving the carbs. Since then I have had vegetables and a salad. I'll have beans and rice later.

I was super hungry last night. I went and got a banana. But it took me forever to fall asleep and then I kept waking up because I was hungry. Today my meals are planned out better then they were yesterday. I’m having peanut butter and oatmeal for breakfast, soup and crackers for lunch, and oatmeal and 3 eggs for dinner. Yesterday I had a Mountain Dew at 1AM and then I ate dinner last night at 4PM when I usually eat dinner closer to 5. Today my calories equal to 1,237.

I stepped on the scale this morning. I gained half a pound. I guess that is not too bad. I was concerned that it would be more. I'm happy with that considering I've been eating a lot of carbs. I will try to eat more eggs, greens, veggies and soups.

I had some peanut butter for breakfast. Then a banana 15 minutes ago. I’m going to have soup and oatmeal for lunch. Then, a breakfast weight watchers TV dinner and 4 crackers for dinner. I have down 1,249 calories but apparently the broth I dump out of the soup every time has 50 calories. And I have not been subtracting that. So I’ve been way under my 1200 calorie goal for weeks.

I did some binge eating yesterday. I'm surprised it happened. But that was 12 hours ago. I'm still not hungry. I am sick of food. I will probably just eat some oatmeal later.

Last night I went to bed at 6 and I woke up at 11PM and realized I only had about 966 calories the entire day. So I fixed a breakfast Weight Watchers TV dinner. At 11PM. This morning breakfast was 2 bananas, a small cup of peanut butter, and a diet blue raspberry Coke. Lunch was my usual chicken noodle soup, 7 crackers, and an iced coffee. Dinner will be a weight watchers TV dinner and a bowl of Quaker Oats butter grits. 1,243 calories, although I never subtract the broth for the soup. I’ve lost a few oz since my last weigh in.

Even though I binged yesterday, I didn't go over on my daily calories. I was able to lose a pound. Today I've had cereal, a Mexican bowl and mixed vegetables. I've been doing chores around the house for exercise.

I had snacks last night. Some fruit and cheese and then later turkey with cheese and crackers. I am hungry now. I want vegetables. I think I am doing well with eating at the moment. I have some energy too. So I will probably work on chores.

170 today. I need to lose 30 to get to my goal of 140. I actually got out of surgery because my weight loss was helping things look good. My surgeon was freaking out in a good way. He was like “have you lost weight? You look amazing! Wow!” Today I ate 3 bananas for breakfast. Then I had the usual noodles from a can of soup and 4 crackers for lunch. Dinner is going to be a scrambled egg and a bowl of chocolate chip protein oatmeal.

I just weighed myself. I lost another pound. So total I have lost 8 pounds in 6 weeks. I'll take it. Things got better for me when I added some healthy fats back into my diet. I also added some animal protein. I guess I could have added protein in other ways, but a little turkey here and there isn't bad.

I am slowing down my eating, and i think this is helping my overeating. I havent had nighttime heartburn in a week, which is great! I am becoming more aware of wanting to eat out of boredom. I think reading about peoples discrete meals here is helping me change my day from one long continuous snacking episode from noon to night, to 2 meals and a snack. I had to change morning to noon in the previous sentence, who am i trying to kid?!

I am starting to FEEL a lot better.

I’m really hoping to be below 170 tomorrow. Yesterday I was 170.8 and now I’m 170.4. I had a coke this morning. Then I went to Starbucks because I wanted something different. I had a spinach and feta egg white wrap, and a bagel with avocado spread. I ate about half of both of them before my stomach felt funny. Then I had another Coke when I got home from shopping. I plan on having a banana in a bit and then 3 scrambled eggs and oatmeal for dinner. I have down 1,171. Which is way too low so I may have to add something. But at least the quality of what I’m eating today is good. Besides the soda.
