I had a chicken breast and some cheesy potatoes for a late lunch yesterday. Also a biscuit and a candy bar. Then I slept through dinner which was carry out pizza. I weighed myself this morning and I was 171.6. Not bad. I was expecting 173. I don’t think I ate that much yesterday. I had a couple pieces of pizza and some fries from last night at 1AM. Then I had a chicken thigh and 2 rice cakes for lunch. I had a soft pretzel from Sams Club around 3. I probably won’t eat for the rest of the day. I have 1,413 calories down. Although the pizza was at 1AM. So I may actually lose weight tommorow.

I had some ketchup cheetos, a cookie dough protein bar, and a pink velvet iced latte for breakfast. My mom always did say I had an iron stomach. I plan on having a couple eggs for lunch and then 2 cups of a mashed purple sweet potato for dinner. I also had a coffee Coke. I have down 1,188. So I need to add something to make it to my goal.

Yay, i finally registered a loss! Just 3 lbs. 260. Ive started exercising on my tiny bike peddler, its really more of a pusher. When i start it hardly budges an inch and i have it on the lowest resistance, but by the end of the hour we are both warmed up. Im not quite breaking a sweat yet. I am eating 2 meals a day, plus natures bakery brownies. Im not really awake for 3 meals. I guess im kinda doing intermittent fasting, cuz i eat between 3 and 8pm? Trying to concentrate on beans, veg, canned fish, soup / pasta, potatoes, fruit. And coffee! Oh and peppermint tea, whuch is supposed to help with digestion.

I've been ill today. I haven't eaten much. I've been trying to hydrate with soups, tea, coffee and water. I'm hungry now but I'm not sure what I'll have. Maybe chicken noodle soup.

This morning I had a cookie dough protein bar, a coffee with Coke, and a bowl of dark chocolate protein oatmeal for breakfast. I just had a sumo orange now. Lunch will be a dragon fruit and a Weight Watchers breakfast TV dinner. Dinner will be 3 hard boiled eggs and 3 cups of a purple sweet potato.

Weight steady, yay. Exercising-biking every other day - i am too pooped out the intervening day. Last night i tried making a menu plan for the next month, based on the staples i have on hand.

I rewatched Hi-carb hannah's youtube 8 month old video. I heard it differently now. She also advocates the half-whatever, half-veggie plate. The example she shows, the main part is already half veggie, but whatever!

I forgot to eat a 3rd hard boiled egg yesterday. I also didn’t eat the sweet potato. So it was more like 900 something calories yesterday. So far today I’ve had a cookie dough protein bar and a can of overstuffed Chef Boyardee ravioli. I need to eat the sweet potato tonight since they will go bad and are expensive. I had a couple drinks so I am at 1,136 for today. Not sure if I’ll add in anything or not.

I feel really bad. I've gained all the weight back that I lost this month. I don't understand it. I wonder if I had too much sodium from all the soups I've been eating. I haven't really gone crazy on anything except one day with smoothies. I just don't know what to do anymore.

Today I had a protein bar and a coffee Coke. Then I went to Taco Bell and got 2 loaded nacho tacos, and a soft beef taco. Dinner will be a bag of Birds Eye vegetables and 2 hard boiled eggs. 1,170 calories for the day.

I was losing weight until I increased my Effexor. I think that is what caused the weight gain. I will talk to my provider about it. I hope she will see me soon to do something about it rather than making me wait until my next appointment.

I’ve been taking my geodon at normal times and also switching up other meds. I’ve been hungry these last couple of days but I will gladly gain 15 pounds (and that’s saying a lot) just to have my pre March 2020 stable self back. I’ve been so unstable as a result of meds prescribed last March.

I lost 3 pounds. I'm just up and down. I wish I had a steady weight loss. I'm changing my diet as much as possible. I quit buying the foods I love. I'm not sure what else I'm supposed to do. I'm not physically capable of exercise. I guess just let it go. I hear you're supposed to accept where you are before you can make any changes.

I’ve actually lost 2 pounds since yesterday. So I’m 171. I don’t know why I lost weight, because I was so hungry yesterday. But I know Saturday night I had a ton of water. So maybe yesterday’s weight was just water.

Today I had an iced latte and another drink from Dunkin Donuts. Then I had a chocolate rice cake with chocolate peanut butter for breakfast. Lunch will be 3 cups of purple sweet potato, dinner will be a Weight Watchers TV dinner. I’m going to have some Almond breeze vanilla honey milk for a snack tonight.

About 1,270 calories today.

Today I ate Macdonalds Big Mac fries and two apples pies....I also had cottage pie at 700 cals and sandwich at 546 cals and yougurt and apple at 300 cals and nuts at 400 cals so gonna gain weight after todays binge.I had lost too.Back on strict diet tomorrow and exercise too.

I lost 2 more pounds. It's coming off now that I've cut back on the pasta. I had some noodles this morning but it was portion controlled. And I make sure to have fruit or vegetables at every meal.

I’m back to 169. Today I had the usual iced coffee. I got some potato wedges too. I had a breakfast TV dinner and 8 crackers for lunch. For dinner I had a can of Spaghettios with franks. I’m being told stuff about dieting that I don’t believe. I believe it’s all calories in calories out. You can eat a thousand calories of only Doritos and twinkies and lose weight. 3 thousand calories of broccoli you will gain. It’s about quantity not quality. Not saying it’s good to eat just a thousand calories of Doritos and Twinkies. But I strongly believe in calories in vs calories out. And I don’t believe in starvation mode either. I lose fast on just 800 calories a day. I will not believe anything anyone tells me. And yeah 169 pounds is not a good weight for my height. It’s not bad, but I can lose 29 pounds and be totally fine.

I will follow your quantity calories in/out up to a point, then i will say quality will override. You cant take a race car (or race horse) to the track on poor quality fuel, because poor combustion will clog up its filter and it wont run.

The filter being the human liver. That is where weight loss happens, as fats are turned into sugar and vice versa. You dont want them recycling in there forever. I think thats why fat people get nonalcoholic fatty liver. Hey i could live on cupcakes, but my liver cant anymore. Lately all my effort goes into not upsetting it! So i try to give it "single" foods - oranges, potatoes - that it doesnt have to figure out wtf it is.

Lets see how this mind trick works for me!

I don’t know. I just know my diet has always been bad basically my entire life and for the past 5 years I’ve been under 200 pounds and I rarely eat vegetables or fruit and I very rarely exercise. Basically all I do is just eat less calories. My therapist is trying to tell me my frequent infections are from my bad diet. I’m not saying that’s not true but I don’t really get it.

But yeah I see your point.

My liver was messed up when I was 236 pounds but once I got down to about 200 it got better.

Today I had some peanut butter and a Mountain Dew for breakfast. For lunch I had a hard boiled egg and a dorayaki. I’m going to have a bag of steamed vegetables in a bit. Dinner will be a little can of spaghettios and also a cup of Almond breeze vanilla milk.

I'm maintaining at the moment. I had Pad Thai this morning with vegetables. I was craving the noodles. They weren't really good for me. I'm hoping the vegetables helped. I might make a smoothie this morning.

Yesterday i had a big ramen for lunch with a box of baby spinach and arugula stirred in, then later i had 2 packs of bachelors tomato cup of soup. Also oranges and brownies and bananas and coffee. I showed a little weight loss today, maybe a lb or two? Its hard to see and the needle wiggles a lot. I have really cut down on the tagamet over the past month so i am happiest about that. Like maybe once a week now.

I am trying to wait to see what i FEEEEEL like eating for my first meal. I eat a couple of oranges and maybe coffee, then just try to not overeat, or else it messes up my whole day. Pretty pathetic.

I got chipotles last night. But I didn’t wake up when my mom brought it home and I didn’t get up until 9:30 to eat. This morning I had my second quesadilla left over from last night and an iced coffee from McDonald’s. I’m trying to eat a sumo orange right now. I don’t know what I’ll do for dinner. Honestly nothing sounds good and I’d hate to waste $60 for the Cheesecake Factory just to eat a couple bites and get then get full.

Either way my therapist made it out so she’ll be right when I see her next week. If I don’t go to the doctor then that means I’m not taking care of myself. If I go to the doctor and I’m ok then that means I have an ED and still am not taking care of myself.

I ended up being incredibly low on food today. I had the quesadilla and coffee around 8AM. Then I had an orange at 1. For dinner I had about half of a mashed purple sweet potato and a little can of spaghettios. Now I’m having 8.5 Oz of almond milk. So total it was about 1,060. I have never not splurged on my birthday. I think there’s something very wrong with me. I just don’t feel right.

I treated myself to a steak burrito bowl yesterday. I had it with veggies, brown rice, beans and guacamole. It was a nice treat. Today I feel fine. My knees feel good and I feel lighter. It's easier to get around. I'll have more veggies and beans today. Later I will have some deli turkey and cheese. I figure steak once a month is fine.

I had veg with starch for both meals yesterday, no protein, so dang i was hungry last night! And no beans either, i guess i should make sure i have beans if i dont have anything else protein-ish. Im thinking of (canned) chicken mushrooms and potatoes for breakfast. I need to unpack some amazon food deliveries and wash some pots and pans today.
