I just ordered a Burger King whopper and fries and comfort ate it.It was good the fries were nice and hot and chunky and freshly cooked and the burger was hot too.I really enjoyed it so I am not worried about the extra calories today,I needed something.

I looooove potatoes. I cant believe i deprived myself of them as long as i have. Not any more! I think the heat is a big part of it too, like you say.

I’m back to the plan my dietician and I worked on. I’ve just been going too long without eating and it was making me feel sick and unable to get out of bed. So I’m back to oatmeal and coffee for breakfast. Soup with no broth with 4 crackers for lunch, and 3 eggs for dinner. Also Jif to go peanut butter too at some point during the day.
I also did 17 minutes on my walking machine this morning.

Today I had some udon noodles and a cherry Vanilla Coke for breakfast. Lunch was 2 soft beef tacos and one loaded nacho taco from Taco Bell. Dinner is going to be an egg and 3oz of a ham steak. I have down 1,258 calories. I did 36 minutes on my Gazelle walking machine this morning. I’m thinking of doing another 24 to make it an hour but my stomach is really off right now probably from lunch, my shot this morning, and all the crap I took last night. So I’m waiting a bit.

I got REALLY manic about two years ago (2-3 hours sleep a night) & was speed walking about 4-6 hours a day. I also joined Weight Watchers (now known just as WW) & got really compulsive about using as few daily points as I could. I lost about 80 pounds in six months. About six months later, after a long depression, a period of sloth & having my APs kicked up, I gained back much of what I lost. I've got to do something about losing weight again. Today after almost passing out in the bathroom, I had a frozen soft pretzel from Sams Club for breakfast. I crave those a lot and it’s difficult to avoid them. So I’ve started eating them for breakfast so I won’t have to fight with my thoughts later. Then I had an Atkins shake and a bowl of dinosaur oatmeal for lunch. I had a can of Hormel ham around 1:45. My heart was pounding really bad but I didn’t get it because the ham had protein and I had eaten today. I’m going to have 2 scrambled eggs for dinner. I did ok on zero coke today. I only had one can. I might have a can of caffeine free later. My new hoodie came and it fit perfectly. Hollister hoodies actually fit my ridiculously small stomach although I’m still a small in those. They don’t hang off me like other brands do.
But I am eating so I’m not lying in bed like I had been.

I seem to be just maintaining at the moment. That's okay. I've been eating a little more than usual because of stress. It's been healthy stuff.

I had a cherry Vanilla Coke and a medium chili cheese fries for breakfast. Then I had a box of SpongeBob macaroni and cheese for lunch. Dinner will be 2 eggs.
Yeah for sure not healthy at all. But still only 1,230 calories.

Im so excited
![]() So now my tummy is full but i dont feel stuffed, like when i eat plain millet. So this might be my way to the 50/50 starch/veg plate diet, all with shelf-stable foods. The cauliflower was toasted looking, so it wasnt bad, and i could hardly tell wth i was eating. But i could shovel it in, and isnt that what ultimately matters? ![]() |

I lost 2 more pounds. Three more to go and I'll be at my first goal. I've been hungry a lot, but I've mainly been eating vegetables. Yesterday I had half a bagel. I felt bad about that. It wasn't whole wheat. But the shopper made that substitution and there was nothing I could do. I ended up throwing the whole bag away. I can't have stuff like that.

Coffee made me lose the water weight from eating salty restaurant food. Back to BMI of exactly 18.5.... somedays more, somedays less.
I restricted a little but yesterday after a stressful evening class I had pistachios as a snack, bringing me to maintenance. I immediately felt fat and flabby and wasted the whole day body checking. I was worried that since I haven't had time to exercise, my muscle turned to fat. And even though my weight stayed the same, muscle had been replaced my a lot of fat, meaning I would have expanded. I feel pretty good. I feel like I'm losing weight. My knees are so much better. I'm just very tired. I know I got enough sleep. My protein may have been too low yesterday. But today, I ordered a steak burrito bowl. Hopefully, I'll feel better soon.

The extra protein didn't help me. I'm still very tired. I will try some healthy fats today and have some fruit. I'm not sure what else I can do. I'm trying to hydrate as well. Today I made portobello mushroom fajitas. They came out really good. I will cook chili with turkey today or tomorrow. So I'll get more protein.

I found out Benadryl makes you hungry and gain weight. Well that explains it. I’ve stopped the Benadryl. Yesterday I was super hungry because I forgot my morning med. today I’m doing fine.

It’s very challenging having rare diseases and autoimmune diseases that primarily revolve around regularly taking steroid medications. Regularly taking steroid medications directly cause weight gain.
I’m not going to give up...I will continue to be active on non-symptomatic days.

I've done a lot of cooking. I have turkey chili, cheesy rice with broccoli and cauliflower, portobello mushroom fajitas and alfredo pasta with spinach and chickpeas. It will last most of this week. It's all healthy stuff. I like it when I have food cooked. All I have to do is heat it up. And it all helps me lose weight.

I ordered groceries this morning. I didn’t have anything healthy at all in my house. So I bought salads and Lean Cuisines and cheese and some cucumbers. I got a little bag of chips and a couple small bags of candy from Walgreens. I had a Slim Fast and a watermelon Mountain Dew for breakfast. Lunch was at about 10:30 and I had a loaded nacho taco and a soft beef taco from Taco Bell. I had a pre packaged chicken Cesar salad at 2. I had some Lean Cuisine egg bites for dinner around 3:30 and then I had a mini babybel cheese just now. So 1,270 calories. It was a mix of not good and healthy food. I’m trying to take my therapists advice about eating better. Although I do believe in everything in moderation and if you don’t treat yourself and you cut out everything bad you will end up starting to overeat. I have an issue with this. So I’m trying to fix it. With these health problems surfacing I do need to watch what I’m eating. Kraft boxed spaghetti is ok but not all the time.
