Even though I had more calories yesterday than what I am shooting for (1566) I lost 0.4 lbs from yesterday to today.

Today I’m doing good. I had a coffee Coke around 4 and then I had a lemonade and half a breakfast wrap from Starbucks. The wrap was kinda odd so I didn’t finish it. For lunch I had a lite Cesar salad kit, a piece of cheese, and 2 small cookies. Dinner will be a cucumber, another piece of cheese, and 6oz of pork tenderloin. I have down 1,240. I’m just maintaining right now at 169 but I hope to be 168 tomorrow.

I got a coffee and a medium potato wedge from Wendy’s this morning at 7:45. I didn’t know I’d be consuming 640 calories before 8AM. I didn’t know the potato’s had so many calories. But anyways I had a piece of cheese half an hour ago and I’m going to have a salad kit for lunch in half an hour or so. Dinner will be the leftover pork tenderloin from last night. Nothing too exciting today to eat. I have down 1,190

Yesterday I had whole grain toast for breakfast and canteloupe. I had a banana for snack. I had whole grain spaghetti and a slice of whole grain bread for lunch. I had a banana for snack. I had pork chop for dinner with boiled potatoes, carrots, and broccoli. I also had Diet Dr. Pepper, Iced Tea and Water to drink. Total calories 1073. Gained 0.2 lbs from yesterday. Sheesh. It seems like when I eat a little more calories I lose a little more. But I am able to buckle my belt on a tighter notch so I am getting more sculpted and less, well, round.

I’ve noticed the same thing. The other day I had 1,380 calories instead of 1230 and I lost like 2 pounds the next day.

I’m still at 169-170. I’m wondering if the large iced coffees I get every day and the zero sugar soda I drink a lot of is the issue. I just had tea and water today. My calories equal to 1,225. I got some stuff from the grocery store I was out of. Salads and cucumbers and I got a couple oranges and some bananas.

I had whole grain toast and cantaloupe for breakfast yesterday. For snack I had a banana. For lunch I had pork chop and asparagus. For snack I had a banana. For dinner I had homemade chicken noodle soup. For dessert I had Rocky Road ice cream. Total calories 1319. Total weight loss from yesterday to today 1.6 lbs. Finally broke through my week of not losing weight. Can now buckle my belt 2 notches tighter. And my ring isn't as tight on my finger.

I put on my jeans yesterday, and tried to tighten the drawstring for the first time. Hey! I found out its not a real drawstring, its just decoration in the front! I havent put them on in a while, so i do think thats equivalent to a notch or so. I used to just pull them on and go!

Slumber, you are eating such a varied and healthy diet! Its so normal! I always thought the Noom looked good when Amberlynn Reid was doing it on youtube, with all the snacks and stuff. People say its a lot of reading, but i also do a lot of reading online about different starch solutions and intuitive eating plans and whole food based stuff.

I do go off plan once in a while, but find i go right back to healthy eating, while i try to figure out what is causing my cravings. I just had the BEST breakfast - stale oatmeal with stale dried berries and stale sliced almonds. I guess i was missing the stale nutrient! i dont eat breakfast until i can "hear" what i am hungry for.

Unaluna, I am really liking Noom. There's nothing that you can't eat. You just try to stay within the color guidelines. Green, yellow, red. I like that I don't feel deprived. I can have ice cream if I want it. Tonight I am going to have a hamburger. It's in my calorie allotment, I can have it. I don't have to say no to red meat. Or no to ice cream. Obviously I don't want to eat ice cream or Hamburgers every day, it wouldn't be healthy but it's okay as a treat. The reading really isn't too bad. It's less than 15 minutes a day. I do it in one sitting but it could be broken up. It is really about having a healthy lifestyle. Not dieting. Dieting doesn't work for me. Just exercising doesn't work for me. So far I have lost 11.6 lbs on Noom. In approx. 3 weeks. I say that's pretty good. 11.6 down, a zillion to go feels like. But I signed up for the year version so I am hopeful I will be able to keep losing for that whole year. I'm in a group with someone that is on year two. She loved it so much she is back for more. I like being able to eat anything I want. I like that nothing is off limits because that is life. It's not like I'm never going to eat cheesecake again. I mean, c'mon. So it's been a helpful tool for me to lose weight, so far. So far I'm pretty pleased.

I've gained a little bit of weight. It's because I've been eating out more. One meal wasn't so healthy.

Happy International Womxn’s Day
Unfortunately, I feeling worse than yesterday and was not able to participate in any awareness runs or walks. This sinus infection has my throat sore, I feel very fatigued, runny nose and my Hereditary Angioedema decided to flare up as well.

I'm just maintaining by the way I eat. I need to cut out some animal protein. I lost weight when I ate less meat.

I had a chili cheese dog, an English cucumber, a can of Mountain Dew, a Cesar salad kit, a caffeine free Coke, and dinner will be a crab cake. I have down 1,245 calories. I may add in a some vegetables. I went on an 18 minute walk this morning, and then a 6 minute walking test at the doctors. First time exercising in a couple months. I’m doing good with no coffee or zero sugar soda and Splenda or other artificial sweeteners. I seem to have issues with all that stuff.

Tuesday, I purchased an air fryer. Me and my teenager are very excited. Wednesday, I walked 1.24 miles it took me 30 minutes. I’m starting to pull through this sinus infection. I’m excited and nervous about meeting my new immunologist tomorrow.

I plan to purchase another pair of sneakers tomorrow from Fleet Feet.

I’ve been super hungry lately but I’m not putting on weight. I’ve been maintaining between 169-174. Today I was 172. The nurse I was working with yesterday nicely suggested weight loss without me bringing it up first. So not sure why my old therapist thought I had anorexia. I told her I didn’t but she didn’t believe me.

So far today I’ve had a couple snacks from my Tokyo box, a Pepsi, an iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts, a pack of Nerd gummy clusters, an orange Vanilla Coke, and a cheese quesadilla meal from Chipotles. I’ll probably have a small steak for dinner. I’m hoping to get in a walk today.

I’m getting a procedure done in a couple months and I don’t want to lose or gain any weight for right now. So I’m going to maintain right around 170 give or take 5 pounds. That’s actually the weight I’ve been at all year. So I’m hoping it won’t be an issue.

Today I’ve had 4 sodas, yeah a lot. I also had some cherry cheddar cheese, a little bag of popcorn, and an English cucumber. I am getting carry out tonight so I’ll probably have half a burger and some tater tots. Not sure what my final calories will be, I’m at 1,016 right now. I’ll probably be close to 2000 which is maintenance for me.

I took a 20 minute walk this afternoon

I was 172 today. So far I’ve had the rest of my burger and tater tots from last night, and 2 Cokes. I plan on having a salad kit for lunch, some carrots for a snack, and an egg for dinner. I’ll be right around 1200 calories for the day.
