I had a Pepsi, a Mountain Dew, an iced coffee from Wendy’s, 2 pieces of Brie cheese, a piece of Gouda mini Babybel cheese, 5 frozen chicken rings, a pint of gingerbread Halo Top, and heat and serve garlic cheese. I’ll probably skip dinner. I have down 1971 calories. Which is all counted pretty accurately. My maintenance calories is 2,300 according to an online weight loss calculator I used.

173 today. Yesterday I was 175. For breakfast I had a Mountain Dew, a matcha lemonade from Starbucks, a piece of Brie cheese, and a small orange. For lunch I had another piece of cheese, and a little ice cream cup. I’m going to have a salad kit in a bit. My snack will be an English cucumber and a bottle of kombucha. Dinner will be a can of spaghettios. I have down 1,310 calories.

I’m trying to maintain my weight but I’ve been upping my calories to 1500-1800 a day and I think that’s just causing me to lose weight. Before I was eating 1200 calories and feeling deprived all day and then I’d end up eating a lot at night. Now I’m eating a variety of things and losing. I do want to lose but I also don’t want to lose too fast right now which I think I may on a 1500-1800 calorie diet.

Yesterday I had 1,915 calories. I was 173.6 yesterday. Today I was 172 exactly. Maybe I really wasn’t eating enough before. Today my calories equal to 1,336 give or take a few.
So far today I’ve had a Mountain Dew, a medium cold brew coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts, a small orange, a piece of Brie cheese, and a Coke. Lunch will be some heat and serve garlic cheese. Dinner will be homemade turkey soup, and I’ll have a cucumber as a snack.

174 today. It seems like I’m maintaining just fine.
I had a small potato wedge and a coffee from Wendy’s this morning. 2 Mountain Dews, a Fanta, an entire bag of baby carrots, and a piece of Brie cheese for lunch. I had a block of heat and serve garlic cheese this afternoon. I have down just under 1800 calories.

I lost about 3 pounds. So I feel good. One more pound and I'll be at my first milestone. I haven't been eating as much lately. I just haven't felt like eating.

I've lost 14.4 lbs since Valentine's day. Like Mountaindewed, it seems like I lose a little more when I eat a little more. More like 1500 calories. I was sticking pretty religiously to 1100-1300 calories but yesterday I was at 1625 calories and I lost 1.4 lbs from yesterday to today. So far today I've had two hard boiled eggs, a piece of watermelon, 2/3rds of a banana, a tablespoon of peanut butter to dip the banana in, and a beef burrito. I was starving at l0 so I decided not to deprive myself and got the burrito. So far I am at 671 calories for the day. Lunch will be a small piece of chicken, a little rice, and some asparagus. I don't know what dinner will be. Trying to hit 1400-1600 calories today.

I had a trenta pink drink from Starbucks, a quesalupa with no sour cream, and some cheesy potato’s with no sour cream, from Taco Bell. All before 9:30. I haven’t had anything else to eat. I think for dinner I’ll have 2 cans of chicken noodle soup with the broth drained. I have down 1,270 calories.
Today I really went through the storage rack I use as a pantry and I donated the majority of the stuff I panicked bought last year that I didn’t end up eating and that’s just been sitting there for over a year. I also donated a lot of soda. It’s pretty empty now. But I still have my cupboard in the kitchen with the stuff I am eating. That cupboard is pretty full. I don’t want to move a ton of food while I’m moving.

Yesterday I was 177. Today I was back to 174. Yesterday I ended up eating some oatmeal and a can of soup for dinner instead of 2 cans of soup. Then I had a cosmic brownie around 8. So it was 1,610 calories. Still not bad. I think 1600 is just about what I need to lose weight consistently. Although I am still trying to hold off for a bit.
Today I had a cosmic brownie at 2:30AM, and a can of orange Vanilla Coke and a large iced coffee from McDonald’s around 8:30. I had a cucumber and a couple small packs of these cereal snack things around 9:30-10. The cereal packs had 50-60 calories each. For lunch I plan on having some cheese and another cucumber. Dinner will be oatmeal and a can of soup. I have down 1,230 calories. So I may add something else in. Maybe a bottle of kombucha.

I ended up adding 2 bottles of kombucha, a piece of cheese, 6 little gold potato’s, and a cupcake pudding to the stuff I already mentioned. Then I had the soup for dinner. I’m at 1,415 calories and I took a mile long walk so I’m wondering if I’m still too low to lose anything. Especially since 290 calories were eaten at 2:30 this morning. But I was eating and drinking stuff all day. So whatever.
Basically I just grazed today and my dietician told me not to do that. I’m just trying to use up the food in my house before I move.

Today I had 2 hard boiled eggs and some whole grain toast with light butter for breakfast. A banana for snack. A small piece of chicken 3 oz, a 1/4 cup of rice, and 5 pieces of asparagus for lunch. Then I had a granola bar and half of a banana for snack. I'm thinking of a salad with cheese, and grilled chicken for dinner with light Italian dressing. I'm not sure that will get me to at least 1200 calories though so I might need to eat something else before bed. I'm only at 738 calories before the salad.

Today was better. My appointment with my new immunologist went good. All the news was not good but I appreciated that he thoroughly went over 5 pages of labs line by line. I do feel he’s very knowledgeable, it’s still important to me that all my providers not lash out like a narcissist when I decline a treatment recommendation. At the end of the day they need to respect my final decisions. It’s my body and I’m not willing to roll the dice on medications that have severe side effects. It turns out my Hashimoto levels are completely out of wack which is causing my two rare diseases to flare up. I have a lot of medical discussions to make very soon. I’m just trying to relax this weekend and take it easy. I’ve been restricted from running

Still 174. I had a banana and a Coke at 2:30 this morning. I had 2 more bananas and a coffee for breakfast. I had a 20oz Coke at 10. I just now had a pint of Halo Top chocolate peanut butter ice cream. I have no idea how they make it so low cal but so good. The entire pint had 330 calories. I plan on having 3 eggs for dinner. I have down 1,385 calories.

I had 1500 calories yesterday. I was thinking of getting take out last night but I for some reason was just in the mood for a couple pieces of cheese. But today I was 172.2. My goal is 140 by October.
So far today I’ve had 2 bananas, a piece of blueberry cheese, a giant cucumber, an iced coffee, and a 20oz Mountain Dew. I plan on having another piece of cheese, a pint of Halo Top ice cream, and 3 eggs. I have down right around 1500 calories.

171 today. I had 3 pieces of cheese and a Fanta for breakfast. Lunch was some fish and fries. I had a bottle of kombucha just now. I plan on having 2 eggs for dinner. I have down 1,425 calories. I am kind of stressed today so I’m not my usual outrageously hungry self. Plus I went down on a med which may be making a difference. Mainly it’s the stress though.
I went to the store and got all the produce and cheese and healthy ice cream and stuff that I was completely out of.

Yesterday I had homemade chicken noodle soup and half a sandwich on whole grain bread for breakfast, for a snack I had a package of Knott's Berry farm cookies and a banana, for lunch I had an orange and a beef burrito, for dinner I had El Pollo Loco chicken, rice, and broccoli, and for dessert I had See's Candies Scotchmallow one piece. 1262 calories. So far I've lost 15 lbs since Valentine's day.

171 today. I weighed myself really late this morning and I also only ate carrots for dinner and I don’t lose when I eat too little. So far today I’ve had some cheese, an iced coffee, and a bottle of watermelon kombucha. I’m going to get a chicken noodle soup bread bowl from Panera for a late lunch and have an orange for dinner. I have down 1,542 calories.

I was weirdly almost 173 yesterday. Then I ate a sandwich from Starbucks for breakfast, fries from McDonald’s and a turkey sandwich with hash browns from Dennys for dinner, and I drank a lot because I was out of my house all day. But I didn’t eat anything from 11-7.
