I have gained a few pounds. I'm really disappointed. I think it's my meds. I'm just not sure what to do about it. I eat healthy foods. The only sugar I get is from my smoothies, and I only have it 2 or 3 a week. I eat grits twice a week. I don't like to keep track of my calories. I hate tracking. I just want to eat vegetables and grains and lose weight. Plain and simple. I don't want to be on a diet. I want a healthy lifestyle. Something sustainable. Not punishing. I have been really stressed lately. That would make it difficult to lose weight. I'll keep trying.

I’m up a couple pounds because of the dumb melatonin I took the other night. I said to myself on Monday night “I wonder if this will make me hungry the next day.”

But anyways today I got a coffee from Dunkin Donuts, then I’m going to have a grown up lunchable and an Atkins shake for lunch. Dinner is going to be another Atkins shake and some salmon. My snack will be a piece of cheese and a cucumber.

1,214 calories. Except I don’t know if they put cream in my coffee or not. So I could actually be 100 calories less then what I have written down.

Ate 1400 calories yesterday. Banana, Oatmeal, and milk for breakfast. Banana for snack. Tuna sandwich and orange for lunch. Tacos and refried beans for dinner. Lost 0.4 lbs from yesterday to today putting my total weight loss at 10 lbs since Valentine's day.

Today will be/already is harder. I had Oatmeal and a banana for breakfast. Half of a donut for snack. Lunch is going to be pizza and salad (it's a work lunch) I'm only going to eat one slice of pizza and eat the salad and I brought my own dressing. And then maybe some soup tonight or something with not a lot of calories. There's supposed to be cake at 2 o'clock break at work. I'm not sure if I can get out of eating that. We'll see. I might blow my calorie budget today trying to "fit in." Today is supposed to be the day I talk to my Noom coach about goals for the upcoming week. But we haven't so far.

Do not eat more than one serving of York sugar free peppermint patties. I couldnt find the gas warning on the package when it was full, but ha it magically appeared when it was empty, after 3.5 servings. I spent the rest of the day running to the bathroom. The good news is, usually after 3 such trips my butt is on fire. I must have healed it? Maybe i can have a colonoscopy after all. Anyway, i also lost another lb. To the terlet.

No weight loss from yesterday despite having my lowest calorie intake day yet.

Not great calories though. Oatmeal and banana for breakfast. Half of a donut for snack. One piece of cheese pizza (work lunch) for lunch. Half of a piece of white cake for snack (work function). Soup and tuna sandwich for dinner.

Total calories 1252.

I haven’t been too hungry today. I’ve been distracted by my emotions and my books and also I really haven’t felt hungry today. Today I had a coffee Coke and then a coffee from Dunkin Donuts. I had a box of nerds gummy clusters. It was 270 calories for the box and it’s unusual for me to eat that type of candy. Then I had a prepackaged Cesar chicken salad for lunch. I had a piece of cheese around 2. Dinner is going to be an Atkins shake and 2 piece of frozen breaded fish. I have down 1,267 calories.

Thats how much my sugar free york mints were yesterday. 270 calories of bathroom hell.

Today i had a can of white and dark turkey for meal1. Meal2 i made 3/4 cup uncooked whole wheat penne pasta with 8 oz lima beans, some cauliflower rice, and 7 oz of tomato passata. Tasted like crap but at least it was substantial. Kitchen is probably closed.

Breakfast yesterday was banana and a yogurt. Snack was a banana. Lunch was tuna on whole grain bread and an orange. Dinner was a small pork chop, rice, and broccoli. 1199 calories. Lost 0.2 lbs since yesterday.

My weight is down 3.6 lbs. I’ve joined several virtual running clubs. I find it helpful to have motivation and support of other runners. It’s been raining since last night and it’s back cold again. I’m resting and getting ready for Rare Disease Day 2021.

I never ate them but they had this chip in the late 90’s called Wow chips and they had some ingredient in them that caused stomach issues and they had to put a warning label on them.

Sugar free gummy bears are infamous for that kinda stuff.

I got cheese fries from Sonic today. I ordered a medium cheese fries and then a small chili cheese fries. But they messed up with the chili cheese ones and gave me a second plain cheese. The calories all evened out though. Then I got a coffee from Dunkin Donuts. I had 2 pieces of cheese when I got home. Then I decided to up my calories a bit and I had a little bag of chips. Dinner was a piece of chicken. I have down 1,360 calories. It’s about 100 more then I usually eat. But I figured I’d try it out today to see how it works.

Oops I overate today and I ordered pie and chips fish cake and battered sausage and I ate it all.I plan to eat cheesecake and banoffee pie tomorrow too.
Come Sunday I'll be back on a calorie controlled diet though combined with exercise !Clap clap cheer!

I also have to give up diet coke and lemonade as it contains cancer causing asparteme which all gives me numbness in my arms and feet and definitely is harmful to the body, why must I have it?

A lot of diets have planned for "cheat days". I do them too. Or just days where you plan for more carbs and less carbs, instead of the same number of carbs every day. I have ordered some yums for tomorrow, but also plenty of fresh veg. I have canned protein on hand, also starch and freeze dried veg. But tomorrow, I WANT SUSHI! And pie!

I accidentally miscalculated yesterday and I thought I had a large coffee because I usually do. Then this morning I realized I had ordered a medium. So instead of 1,360 calories yesterday it was 1,290 calories.

Today I had this little snacking plate for breakfast. Like a grown up lunchable. Then I got an iced coffee from Wendy’s. I had an Aero candy bar for lunch and an apple. I’m going to have a cucumber in a bit. I’m getting Denny's for dinner and I plan on having the sirloin steak with vegetables. About 1,263 calories for the day.

I decided to get the turkey sandwich and cheesy hash browns last night for dinner and just eat half of the sandwich. For breakfast this morning I had the other half of my sandwich and half of the cheesy hash browns. Hash browns don’t reheat very well. Then I had this Japanese ice cream in the shape of a fish, a piece of cheese, a chocolate Aero candy bar, and a Gatorade for lunch. I got 2 iced teas from Sonic and dinner will be a piece of chicken. I have down 1,280 calories. Minus whatever I didn’t eat of the hash browns.

It's been a while since I weighed myself. When I got on the scale this morning, my weight was still the same. I am happy about that. Mainly because I've given up on dieting. So I guess the way I'm eating is an improvement. I didn't gain weight. I just wish I could make it past this barrier. I haven't been below this weight in months. I wish everyone here the best!

Ive been eating way too little and got way too hungry. Altho it was nice to see a lower weight! Anyway i bought a bunch of veg and some chicken buillon. What was interesting about this latest overeat was that my thinking around it was very different. It wasnt like my hunger was pulling me into a dark place. It was more, i was walking my hunger? Like you walk a dog, instead of the dog pulling you off your feet. Anyway, still a feeling of conscious choices and abundance, not fear.

Weight Loss and Exercise #3

Rare Disease Day 2021 (Feb 28th) was nice.
I like awareness walks and runs. I ran for my rare diseases. I ran for my teenager’s rare diseases. I ran for all BIPOC with rare diseases. I ran for Ahmad Abrey, Finish The Run. Total run 1 hour and a half.

Yesterday I had oatmeal for breakfast and a banana. Then I had El Pollo Loco for Lunch. For dinner it was spaghetti with whole grain pasta, and a small salad. I also had a hot chocolate with a little bit of whipped cream. Calories 1279. Lost 0.2 lbs.

Today will be a little harder. It's my Dad's birthday so we are going to have cake and potato salad (I don't know what else). So I might go over my calorie limit today. I purposefully ate little for breakfast and lunch to leave myself more calories for dinner.

I've had oatmeal for breakfast with a banana and some strawberries. For snack I had a banana. For lunch I had a small piece of chicken (about 3 oz), asparagus, an orange, and a banana. So far I'm at 586 calories. We'll see where I end up tonight.

Didn't lose any weight yesterday. Only ate 1287 calories. Was doing good losing weight. Now I seem to be in a bit of a stall.

I didn’t eat anything yesterday after 12PM. Then this morning I got a hotdog and a diet cherry Vanilla Coke from Sonic. I got a Mountain Dew while I was out running errands. For lunch I had a can of chicken noodle soup without the broth and some potato chips. Dinner will be a couple eggs. I have down 1,120 calories I have to figure out something else to add in. I seem to have lost my appetite the way I did right after Thanksgiving before I lost the 18 pounds. It’s just a specific type of feeling I get. Like no desire to eat but not feeling like there’s something very wrong with me. Maybe I feel like it’s safe to lose weight now that I’m not being treated like I have an ED. I told my new therapist about my weight loss and she was really happy for me.

I've been eating well. I cooked today, so I got a nice meal with vegetables. I'm hungry this evening though. I'm not sure what I will have. I'm out of my turkey, which has been my go-to food lately.
