I’m going to try to eat goldfish for breakfast. Chicken and corn for lunch. And 3 pancakes and 2 waffles for dinner. I may not be able to eat anything but peanut butter and crackers again. Why did that old therapist have to tell me to eat those when I can’t eat anything else.

I had a Pepsi and an apple for breakfast. A can of corn and a can of tuna for lunch. A Skinny Cow ice cream bar around 1. 2 pieces of cauliflower pizza around 2. And a Coke Life at 4. Dinner was going to be a can of green beans to put me right at 1200 calories but I’m really tired and thinking of skipping it.

I haven’t eaten anything yet. I’m not very hungry. I’ll try to eat the usual canned chicken and corn. I’m running out of both but I have some tuna coming today and I have some green beans.

Walked about 2.5 miles with the dogs today, then 45 minutes on the bike trainer this evening and some stretching. Diet was okay aside from crackers I snacked on and a little bit of frosting I snuck. I threw the frosting out so it won't tempt me anymore. I'm trying to get back on a stricter diet for now and fewer treats. It feels weird to watch to try and lose weight during this time, but if I don't at least try to keep from gaining, when this is over I'm going to be in an even worse mental state. Going to start checking in every day here.

I’m going to have 4 plain Eggo Waffles for breakfast/brunch. 2 apples and 3 bananas for lunch. I think I bought too much fresh fruit. Dinner is going to be a frozen lasagna and a can of green beans. 1,217 calories total.

I got rid of a lot of junk food yesterday except for my Japanese and European candy and some single serving things.

I've gained 30 pounds since I last posted here. I stopped eating well and started consuming more carbs. Things are really out of control. I am on WW and trying to log my food. Some days are better than others. Exercise is hard now that I have gained so much weight.

Managed to ride the bike trainer for 45 minutes again today. Also managed to add an additional mile walk this evening, so that's a total of about 4 miles walked today.

Managed to keep a well balanced diet but I am kind of needing something for a snack before bed here. It doesnt help I had a cocktail with dinner and those damn empty calories will surely come back to bite you in the butt, wont they?

I just keep putting one foot in front of the other and doing the best I can with each meal. It's all I can do. Even small progress is progress.

I did a few walks so a few miles yesterday and I rode my bike for about 30 minutes. I ate mostly well until the evening and I was still eating healthy foods I just ate too much. That's okay, still progress forward.

I did my PT exercises this morning. My shoulder is feeling better after yesterday's work out. I did a little stress eating last night. But it wasn't too bad. I had a bowl of cheerios. Today I might cook something.
