I was 161.6 today I think. Or .4. I don’t remember. So far I’ve had a measured out cup of pumpkin spice Cheerios and a pumpkin English muffin without anything on it, and a a string cheese. I also went to Sonic and I got 3 unsweetened black berry iced teas and the black berry flavorings have 5 calories each. I’m not sure exactly what else I’ll be eating. Right now I have planned out a UK Kit Kat and a can of progresso chicken noodle soup without the broth for lunch. And an Atkins shake, a hard boiled egg, and another pumpkin English muffin for dinner. Then the string cheese I just had and another egg for a snack. So that’s 1295 calories and I’m over my protein goal, under my sodium goal, just barely under my carbs goal, and for once I’m under my sugar goal. But I have this recipe for huevos rancheros for my slow cooker that I may look into. But I may just stick with what I already have planned.

Well I’m going to make the huevos rancheros. I found my 5 ingredients slow cooker book and each serving has 200 calories. So I was going to have a candy bar but I decided to have a can of progresso soup instead which had about the same amount of calories but of course it’s a lot better. I dumped the broth out. I have an Atkins shake in the fridge and then I’ll have 2 servings of the slow cooker stuff for dinner. Then probably another English muffin or something. I don’t know. Without the English muffin I’m at 1,195 calories which is incredibly low. I don’t know but I’ll figure it out.

I was 161.6 at 4 and then I drank a Mountain Dew and ate the rest of dinner from last night and I drank some water and I was 163 at 6:30. I know it’s silly to think I actually gained that but I swear I did and in the morning I’ll be like 162.6. I got a couple diet and zero sugar sodas while I was out but then I forgot to eat until I got home around 1 and I had Greek yogurt and a string cheese. I just now had an Atkins shake. Dinner will be a pumpkin English muffin and something else. I’m not sure what else. I have about 170 calories left. I feel like I ate a lot today but I didn’t. I doubt the 163 was legit. But maybe I should just stick with the English muffin and not add anything else and just be at 1200 calories for the day which is where I am now.

I weigh the same but I did walk half a mile today and I was good with my food.

I was 161.2 today. Today I’m just gonna have 3 meals and zero snacks because I honestly am tired of food and too lazy to eat 3 full size meals and 2 decent size snacks. So breakfast was 2 Thomas pumpkin English muffins and 2 unsweetened blackberry iced teas from Sonic. I also had 2 zero sugar sodas. Lunch will be a chicken noodle soup bread bowl from Panera. Dinner will be an Atkins shake and a hard boiled egg. I’m at 1,325 calorie, 66 grams of protein, 218 carbs, and 2,625 mil of sodium. So it’s not the best overall. Especially the carbs part. But I’m just hoping to be at 160.8 in the morning. Maybe I can dump the broth out in the soup. Like I do with the canned stuff. Since my main issue is with sodium.

I’m thinking of skipping the hard boiled egg and just having the Atkins shake for dinner. I’d be low with calories at 1255 but I feel like the low calories will make up for the amount of carbs and sodium I’ve had today. Plus I’m pretty tired and not hungry anyways and the Atkins shake will just fill me up even more. So without the egg I’m at 1255 calories, 217 carbs, 2560 mil of sodium. So not a huge difference in carbs or sodium but I’m hoping that the 70 calories less makes a difference. I’m just hoping it will be one of those quantity vs quality days for me.

I’m not sure how to explain any of this to my therapist in the morning.

I didn't weigh myself. I walked again today but not as far and I've been good with my food. The only thing I have left now to eat that is simple is soup. So I worry about that.

I was 162.2 today. I really really just had it. I was literally .2 away from being 160 and the only difference was that I was drinking soda again after stopping it. So I threw away my soda collection. And I mean I had tons of it. I was in a complete rage this morning. I only kept like 5 cans I bought on eBay that I spent a lot of money on. Today I’m at 1350 calories, 79 grams of protein, 88 carbs, and 1075 mil of sodium. It was just so frustrating this morning. I’m past lunchtime but too lazy to get up to eat.

I had a nutrition shake and protein bar for breakfast, lunch was a bagel thin w/ some cream cheese, dinner will be half a veggie/turkey wrap. Not sure what my weight is, when I checked it last week it was 160 exactly. I'll check it again this weekend

At the doctors with heavy boots, jeans, and a hoodie I was 168. I had a lot of stomach issues though a couple hours before and I didn’t hydrate myself after. This morning at 1:30 I had a protein shake. Then I had a cup of Jif peanut butter around 8. I got a medium iced latte with skim milk and no whipped cream from Dunkin’ Donuts. Then I also had a string cheese. I had another string cheese about 1.5 hours ago and then about 45 minutes ago I had 2 Thomas everything English muffins. I have calories left for a cupcake pudding and a sugar free pudding. At least that’s what I have down. Then that equals to 1350 calories, 75 grams of protein, 163 carbs, and 1,795 mil of sodium. I’m over my protein goal and still a bit under my carbs goal. My sodium is pretty good. I’m not too hungry for the pudding right now. I’ve been drinking just water since the coffee.

I'm stalled. And I'm not sure why. I'm trying to lower my stress but it's difficult. And exercise is hard.

I’ve also stalled although I haven’t moved around much at all. I’ve been eating the same stuff for days. Greek yogurt, usually peppermint, cheese, English muffins, and Atkin shakes. I did grocery shopping since I was either out or very low on everything I eat. I have one everything English muffin left I’m saving for dinner and they are pretty gross. I got some plain ones but then I also got some Ezekiel ones today and also some Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread to try to switch it up a bit while basically keeping everything the same. I also switched out my mozzarella string cheese which I ran out of yesterday for some fancier types of individually wrapped cheese slices. I got another box of Atkins shakes and also a box of Atkins peanut butter protein bars too. The peanut butter bars have worked out well in the past. I’m 163 right now and if I can just get to 160 by Thanksgiving I’d be happy. That would be a 27 pound weight loss since last Thanksgiving.

Still 163. Well technically I was 162.6 at 3AM and then I drank some sugar free sweet tea and I had an Atkins peanut butter bar and then I weighed myself again at 5:15 and I was 163. Besides the Atkins bar I had a piece of cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread. Then I got some snacks at the gas station and I had a cup of fruit, a Jack Links salami and Colby cheese thing, and a little container of chips and Wholly Guacamole. Just now I had a cup of Kraft Mac and cheese. Dinner will be an Atkins shake and a hard boiled egg. I have down 1,345 calories, 64 grams of protein, 104 grams of carbs, and 2045 mil of sodium. I’m hoping I’ll have my sleep under control tonight and hopefully see some progress on the scale in the morning. My goal is still 160 by Thanksgiving.

I was 162.6 today. I had an Atkins bar and a piece of cheese for breakfast. I got a grilled cheese burrito with no chipotle sauce or sour cream as soon as Taco Bell opened. Then I had a small peppermint iced coffee with skim milk and Splenda. I had no energy for dinner so I just had an Atkins shake. I had about half a gallon of sugar free sweet tea. I’m at 1,225 calories, 65 grams of protein, 79 grams of carbs, and 2130 mil of sodium. Since everything I had to drink was sugar free I’m only at 9 grams of sugar and my cholesterol is also under for once. But today just wasn’t the healthiest quality or quantity wise and I don’t know what to expect from the scale in the morning.

Actually I think I was 162 exactly come to think of it.

I was 161.8 this morning around 3:30 then I drank a glass of sweet tea and I took a shower and I weighed myself at 7 and I was 162.4. I really need to stick to the one weigh in a day before I eat or drink anything or before I take a shower. For breakfast I had a piece of cheese and an apple pie Salted Nut bar. I got a piece of breakfast pizza and I gave the crust to my mom. I got a venti coffee but it was almond milk so it was only 200 calories. When I came home I had an Atkins shake then later for “dinner” I had 2 hard boiled eggs. I just now had another Atkins shake. So I’m at 1,316 calories for the day. Minus the crust from the pizza. I’m about to crash for the night despite it still being super early and despite me still having stuff to do to get ready for tomorrow.

I'm not able to exercise right now. My neck is hurting me, especially when I walk. I'm waiting on a steroid pack to arrive via FedEx. I'm using heat in the meantime. I'm trying to eat well. I'm staying the same weight.

I’m feeling kinda blah today regarding food. For breakfast I had 2 hard boiled eggs, a light and fit yogurt, and a single serve box of Raisin Bran cereal. It was the exact breakfast I wanted. I also had a can of Coke. Then I got tired but I got a small chili cheese fries from sonic mid afternoon. Now I’m just burned out a bit by everything and I am at 820 calories for the day with 546 left. I just want to sleep and I have no energy to make anything but I should probably at least grab an Atkins shake or something. My stomach just feels off right now.

Ive been doing pretty good. Just pulling up the Dominoes app on my phone makes my gall bladder twitch. Breakfast was an orange, and sliced potatoes with peas and carrots and some instant curry sauce. Lunch was vegetarian beans and sunflower seeds. Dinner just now was riced broccoli and a chicken protein soup packet over some black rice, and a can of pineapple tidbits.

I bought a teeny fridge on amazon. I need to set it up and start buying fresh veg. Maybe try to find a non-dairy yogurt that doesnt taste like poop.

I'm afraid to check my weight. I'm on the steroid pack. I've read that people gain weight from it. I've been eating a normal amount. No exercise though.

Today for breakfast I had a piece of Gouda cheese and a Chobani flips peanut butter dream Greek yogurt. I also got a medium strawberries and cream coffee I didn’t finish. Lunch was an Atkins shake and 2 hard boiled eggs. Dinner was eaten in 2 shifts but I had a plain Thomas English muffin and a little cup of Kraft macaroni and cheese. I have down 1250 calories but I’m not sure on the coffee. I thought the everything English muffins were The issue but The plain ones were gross too. So maybe I just don’t like English muffins in general anymore. It doesn’t look like the cranberry ones are coming out for the holidays this year.

I was 161.2 today. I’m going to eat exactly the same stuff as yesterday. But I had a small Irish cream something or other, either a latte or a cold brew, I don’t remember, instead of the medium strawberries and cream cold brew that I had yesterday. But I’m trying to eat exactly the same so I can be below 161 in the morning. My sleep has been under control lately so I think that’s why my weight has been getting better. I also think 1350 calories with my level of activity is too many calories. I think 1250 is better.

I still won't weigh myself. I ate some salted peanuts yesterday. I got them from the food bank. I didn't want them to go to waste. It was probably a bad idea. Today I have had rice and beans, yogurts and tomatoes. I'm not sure what I will have for dinner. Maybe just cheerios. I need the B12.
