I hit the 25 lb lost mark yesterday and maintained it today (my weight often varies in about a 3 lb range so consistency is a good sign this is real). I have hit this once before then went back up 6 lbs after a med change. So I'm hoping this time it sticks and I can move on to my next goal of 30 lbs/less than 200 lbs. It's weird that I lost this now as I've eaten more junk than usual this week as well as being over my calories several times because my schedule was off while I was dog-sitting and I ate at unusual times but I'll gladly take it! I've been on this diet for 9 months now.

My vitamin D is pretty low according to a blood test I did today. I looked it up and it can cause you to have a tough time losing weight. Taking vitamin D pills may reverse that and make it easier or cause weight loss.

I just don't know why else I can't lose weight. I mean it makes sense to me at least. Today I've had 1,472 calories. I need to eat something else.

Today I got hungry around 9:30 but I didn't really eat a lot overall. I had a Coke at 2AM A small pack of graham crackers at 5:45. A drink from the coffee shop at 6:30. A plain double cheeseburger and 1.5 chicken tenders from Sonic around 9:30. And 10 Goldfish at 1:20. I have down 1,683 calories. I don't know if I'll eat anything else.

I did 1,300 calories out of my 1,600 calorie goal today. My FitnessPal has me on a goal of 1.5 pounds per week, and I've successfully lost 8 pounds over 5 weeks so it's true to the app. The SlimFast in the morning to replace breakfast really helps as well.

I do about 300 calories of cardio at the gym twice a week and it's really been helping. Working out at home is pretty hard to discipline myself to do. I bought the JustDance game that works on my Playstation and have a camera to track my movements, but I am yet to try it. Tomorrow is supposed to be a rainy day, so it would be a good day to start.

I think the reason I am not losing weight as fast as I would like is because I needed a stricter steadier exercise routine to burn these calories and really work up a sweat. In the past, when I was younger, that's how I shed a lot of the pounds I used to carry.

Today I had a lot of calories in drinks. I had a couple sodas and then a coffee drink. I still stuck to my 1240 calorie goal. I just now had a 270 calorie can of soup and my sodium level is still ok for the day.

After getting over some constipation I am now at 201 lbs. So 28 lbs lost. Next goal is 199. That's only 2 lbs but it's been a long time since I saw 199 and that's a big deal. I actually added 100 calories to my daily limit because I was losing weight and going over frequently the last week or two. When I signed up for the weight loss app it told me 1400 calories but I never hit more than 1200 since I stayed at that. Now I'm at 1300. I will try to stay around 1200 but not stress if I go to 1300.

I randomly was 3 pounds less this morning. I've been pretty careful with what I've eaten today. I had an Uncrustable and I tried some new kind of ramen and I had IHOPs new maple Pepsi. So I'm at 540 calories so far. I need to eat lunch.

I have not checked in in awhile. I have been doing a lot of exercising. Today at the gym:

- treadmill walking with a video of a walk on a Hawaiian island 42 mins
- upright stationary bike, also with a scenic route, with a few short sprints (can sprints be long??) 26 mins
- recumbent elliptical with leg press added, 21 mins
- arm bike. Just 5 mins because it was very hard pushing against resistance

In total, 52 green minutes and 33 blue minutes.

Followed by 15 minutes in the sauna and a short hot shower.

I hope it will help me sleep well tonight.

On Sunday, I am trying a free class at ROWHOUSE. I will post my impressions afterwards.

Did about 1200 calories today. No exercise though, but I really watched the calories.

I am doing good today. I haven't had any soda for once and its making a difference on my stomach. I did have a bottle of Starbucks oatmilk chocolate frappuchino, but that was fine. I had a glass of oatmilk and a small sugar free blue raspberry milk shake. To eat I've just had some Doritos and a pouch of tuna. For dinner I plan on having some chickpea mac and cheese. I ordered groceries today and I got a bunch of beef jerky. I know its a sodium bomb but its good protein and I like the taste. Especially the Jack Links beef terriyaki kind.

Today I had a serving of ranch Takis, a pack of Quest protein peanut butter cups, a pouch of Starkist tuna, and a can of Reeses iced coffee for breakfast. Lunch was a couple sugar free drinks and some beef jerky. I am around 1,413 calories, 99 carbs, and 127 grams of protein. Although my sodium is pretty high. I've also puked 3 times. The first and last time was kind of a lot. So I'm not sure what the scale will say in the morning.

The 4th time was a lot too

The scale will move. It takes time. The simple rule is if you are burning more calories than you intake you will lose weight

Pigged out today with homecooked food, that's why I backtrack on the scale every week. Took my GOLO pills though, and they seem to be working. I think I might have had 1600 calories today, no exercise. Scared of the scale tomorrow morning.

I went to a free trial rowing class at ROWHOUSE. I learned a lot but did not like it well enough to justify the drive and extra money, even at the discounted rate through my health insurance.

I got a bit chewed out about my weight by my doctor. But he was also kinda confused where it came from. So he is ordering some kind of test where I swallow a pill at 11PM and go to the lab at 8AM to get bloodwork. He says I need to be doing both cardio and weight lifting. He suggested I join a gym but I have an at home one and my VR thing. I don't think I'd do good at an actual gym.

I started a daily vitamin. My doctor told me to start one. Not sure if it will do much with my weight but it may help overall with my health so I have more energy to work out.

I haven't eaten yet today. I had a sugar free blue raspberry sparkling water with whipped cream and a blue coconut vanilla diet Dr. Pepper but no food yet. So I'm at like 200 calories. Lol.

Did really well today. I've lost a whole 11 pounds since late February, which isn't too bad! I am on the right track. Didn't do much exercise, but I did 969 calories for the day according to MyFitnessPal app.

It is a hormone blood test. The doctor is being careful and looking from various angles.
Can you do weight lifting with thr VR headset? I am asking because I have never had one and do not know anything about them.

The scale moved down this morning but I do not know if it is for real.

I went to an all treadmill class at Orangetheory fitness this evening, getting 12 splat points.

6 blue minutes
27 green minutes
12 orange minutes

128 avg hr
150 max hr

Feeling really good after the class. I was at the steady pace of 3 mph and changed the intensity by changing the incline.

Afterwards we did some really cool stretches.

I don't think I can do actual weight lifting on the VR. But I have a ton of different weights and kettlebells and an ab roller and a jump rope and some resitant bands. I have a pull up bar too.

My weight was pretty low today. The lowest its been in 10 days. Of course I couldn't keep anything down yesterday and I didn't eat much in general.

I think I'm just going to use my VR headset as soon as my mom wakes up instead of putting it off until the afternoon. I feel ok now so its probably a good time to use it.
