The high dose Cogentin completely dried out my skin. That's why I can't swallow properly.

I need to sleep really bad but I'm at my moms work. I'm sleeping on the floor idc.

I've been buying a lot of books on mental illnesses lately. Not help guides, but personal stories from other people who suffer from their illnesses.

I went to group today and it went well, now I'm just procrastinating, trying to decide if I should start my school work. Maybe I should just drop out of college.

What happens when you have too many problems/illnesses? Is it possible to get them all addresses and treated?

I feel like I have too many and I'm kind of like a lost cause. The therapist I go to only specializes in transgender/gender identity disorder as far as I know so most of what I have kind of gets neglected. If I get a new therapist then I don't have a special therapist for my main problem.

Hi guys, i woke up later today than ever. My head is really stuffy and time is moving really quickly. Tonight's my first time back to work this week and i stay till close. i hope everyone's feeling better than yesterday.

I just am having trouble getting myself motivated, partially because it's a History class which I'm bad at and am not interested in, and it's a really challenging class and I've been feeling lazy lately lol

You could always withdraw from that class if you're not interested surely there are other options like cultural anthropology or political science or something like that to fill whatever requirements you need.

Managed to clean the toilet and sink today after my appointment

Tomorrow, Ireland will vote on wether same sex couples can marry and have the same rights in our constitution as heterosexual couples. It's a huge deal and there's been some serious campaigning done by both the No and Yes sides. If this passes, we'll be the first Country to approve same sex marriage by popular vote. As I am a compassionate human being who believes in equality for all I will proudly be voting Yes tomorrow and if there's any Irish on here I would strongly encourage you to do the same. Wish us luck!

I read about this a week or so ago and wondered if you would be voting---I really hope it passes that would be a proud moment for your country.

i probably shouldnt have gone to group today. therapy was ok but then we got into talk about politics in group.

all the white people in my group hate obama. and my group leader was like "obama is muslim" and im just like "0_0". this is not the place. and then they most of them blamed it it on me for bringing it up. when the group leader asked me about school and i actually started talking about philosophy not politics. ugh. i was talking wisdom. NOT politics.

i just sorta wanna die right now. like not literally. but like this is why i never want to go.

I was denied disability benefits today. I'm so discouraged

The footsteps I hear the thing in the mirror what if is the same thing the devil tormenting me the beings in the sky or worse a creature they created. It's dark the curtains are closed so they can't watch me but it's not safe in the dark. Sorry need to get the thoughts out of my head it's so jumbled

Didn't impulsively get high again. Took me over half an hour to say no to myself but I did it...

I told my mom that I wouldn't mess around or take double my meds so there's trust.

I'm happy with the way I am right now but everyone says I still need med adjustment ect.. Fiiiiine. Leave me alone...

My psychologist said that when I'm stable, I can see someone who specializes in ADHD. He says that she'll make my treatment a bit better by adjusting the stimulants because I kept playing around with them.
