Isn't Geordi La Forge the best in Reading Rainbow?!

Someone starts a new job today here?
I can't remember who it was but I hope it went well!

Seeing with your own two eyes that you're not alone in this and you have real people around you that all care and knows exactly how you feel. I've never met anyone in real life that has schizophrenia/schizoaffective. Not even in the 8 or so hospitalizations I've had. It makes me sad. It would make me so happy to meet you guys. Let's do this! The galleria is a perfect place. It's a public place, that feels better than meeting in someone's house. There's food, stores, ice skating, everything!

That would be really nice! So when should we plan this? Who all is going?

I would love to meet up with everyone, hopefully someday that will happen.

I've got to get a bunch of stuff done today, and I'm still in pajamas. I think I'm going to make a list of everything so I can keep focused. I think the first thing will be some wii dance, cause then I'll feel better about having a waffle as a second breakfast.

Fun fact: Nutella is like quicksand for bananas.

I feel very stable besides the little mania, but that's alright. I feel at peace. I don't hear voices or hallucination anymore. I feel good.

Yeah I am, I never have been on the risperdal shot. I was on the oral verson of risperdal then got switched to Invega Sustenna.

I haven't had any problems at the injections site, just usually it gets hard like a knot under where the shot was given for about a week

ohhhh i see where i said ive been doing good but am in psychosis.

well @bluebird
the thing about that is like i said overall ive been doing good but right now im having psychotic symptoms. that whole paragraphs i wrote out before this was right. im just recapping right now. overall is the keyword. overall ive been doing well but right now im having psychotic symptoms. and kinda bad ones at that.

i talk less about my psychosis here nowadays. idk why. i guess i figure everyone thinks im doing well and has heard so much from me before.

i need to open up more about my psychosis here a bit more. i talk a lot about my anxiety...

well lately i havent been able to tell the dreamworld from reality...ugh sometimes i dont want to talk about it because it hurts deep down inside and i just want to throw it to the back of my mind and move on. but yea i goto sleep and wake up and cant tell my dreams from the real world. they mesh.

i've had the knot as well. that is why i was asking. i am not on this shot anymore but for a few months after i stopped taking it the areas where i got the injections would develop the knot again and be hot and painful. it was almost like an abscess under my skin. i can still feel the knots where they gave me the shots

It happened to me after I started getting them in my bum too. Like the whole top of my arms swelled up. My cpn said this other woman she has got lumps under her arm like the ones you describing. My cpn has reported it to the manufacturers. She said it could be the thickness of the liquid and the size of the needle damaging the muscle but idk
Thanks for this!

I'm suing my doctor. Legally, it's considered abandonment and neglect.

Is there a connection with OCD and anorexia? Just a question. I have some strange habits.

Yeah I think it's the needle damaging the muscle, they use smaller gauge needles in your arm than in your hip/bum but it still causes lumps. I had a friend who, when younger, got insulin every day into her upper arms. It caused really bad lumps that never went away and now she's paranoid about it and won't wear string tops, etc. I'd keep an eye on it because it seems to be permanent. I get mine in my arm but I'm watching it to make sure it doesn't get bad.
Thanks for this!

Did you go to a solicitor? I hope you have a case because it's ridiculous with the amount of notice she gave you.

I'm obsessed with my weight. I am overweight.
I weigh myself often.
I try to only eat healthy like raw spinach leaves.
When I don't eat healthy or too much, I have a urge to throw it up because I feel disgusted.

Best of luck with it. I know this isn't the best time to be doing it as you've enough on your plate with trying to find a new service but just go for it and try to stay positive. And most importantly... keep us updated
