Hi Kit, have you ever tried a cream with alpha hydroxi acids? That's what worked for me, and I used to have adult cystic acne in my 20s and 30s. Good luck! Roll Call 167 :)

It really wasn't too much. The cross was around $20 from Amazon, and the chain was like $13 or something. It came out to around $35 with tax. Hope you can get one, one of these days!

I don't think so. I'm going to ask my Dr. next week. I have an appointment on the 17th. I just have some spots that won't heal no matter what. When I used to have different insurance I went to a dermatologist and I think he said it was cystic acne from the ADHD medication. Thanks Angelique! Nice to see you today! Hope you are doing good.

It's worth a try, I guess. It worked like magic for me and saved me serious money from not having to go to the dermatologist. ($200.00 per cyst.)

Thank you so much for your kindness.

I talked with my male bestest today, yay! We talked about a bunch of things. Hard to believe, his two other closest friends died in the past few years. Both from heart attacks. Now I'm worried about my friend. So good to hear his voice. It's been over 10 years, and I thought he hated me forever. He couldn't find me because I changed my number in 2013. After I moved away from Chicago. He said I should have tried to call years ago.

Just idk man. Have overloaded myself with so much. My chest pains feel different right now. Like tightness in the middle instead of just sharp pains in my chest, like usually.

When I say I have about 15 things going on. I mean it. No exaggeration.

I am so tired of quarantining. This is really weighing on me. These are the worst three or four months of my life, by far.

May I ask your age? Chest pain has many causes, but one of them is cardiac.

Slightly better day overall yesterday, less depressed and did write a chapter that was solid, so, that is a relief. Maybe I can do that again today. That would be nice.

Still kind of freaked out by the fact tha tI am not psychotic at all right now. How can it just stop completely like that? So weird. Not complaining, that is for sure.

Hope everyone has a nice day.

A little over 5 hours at work today and then I can go home and start my three day weekend. I so need a break. I want to just sleep and sleep and sleep but I know my Mom won't let me do that. Sleeping feels better than being awake. Being awake hurts too much. Being asleep I can be numb from it all.

I just talked to my doctor. Instead of coming off meds (she thinks that’s a bad idea) she’s adding metformin
