An hour left of work. No call from T yet. See this is why I would have just wanted her to wait until Saturday now. I'm waiting and waiting for something to happen that isn't happening! I tried calling her on my lunch break but she didn't answer. She's probably in session. So now we are playing phone tag.

You’re really not overreacting...you asked for help from a professional and they aren’t providing it.

I was horribly pissed off that I planned to go to bed at 1am but ended up waking up, venting all over the internet about my problems and then finally drinking two shots of wine after 1 1/2 zopiclone, 1/2 a diazepam, 1 1/2 alprazolam, 400mg phenibut and 5mg olanzepine.

It was mostly the olanzepine and two shots of wine that stopped my agitation and put me to sleep. I ended up falling asleep at 4-5am.

I was lying there this morning in bed and said "I'm not taking the vyvanse" and would just rather have a dull understimulated boring day or just sleep - But I couldn't.. I started to get really bad akathisia so I had to take it.

Now it's almost 4pm and my day is wasted, I can't call my therapist or make an appointment with my psychiatrist. It's too late.

I'll try to ignore this mess and just think positively.

that's it. I can't deal with the weight gain on the APs anymore. I'm talking to my doctor on Thursday about stopping them. Hopefully she agrees. I'll deal with whatever symptoms if any come back by myself. I should be fine on just my mood stabilizer and ADs.

That's a big decision @Blue_Bird, but hopefully you can stop them without a lot of symptoms. I know I'm scared for my PCP appointment because I don't want to know how much weight I gained from when I went to Rexulti 4 mg from Rexulti 3 mg and I know I gained some but I don't want to know.

I've been putting neosporin on my acne spots and it seems to be helping. They haven't cleared up completely but they aren't as red and sore. I need to ask my PCP for something better than the cream she prescribes me.

I use Clidamycin/Benzoyl Peroxide Gel. I've been using it for 6 years. My acne started when I was 12. So I've had it for half my life.

It works as if I don't have acne. It's 60 dollars a tube and I use one every 3 weeks but my disability covers it. Insurance did before.

Yeah any doctor can prescribe it

It's not like a pill form just cream. I would never take a pill for it cuz they dry up the kidneys and such.

Also, if you're looking not to go see another doctor for that, which might get expensive, you might just try benzoyl peroxide face wash. At least where I live, there's this stuff you can find at the grocery store (non-prescription) that is called Clean & Clear. It has 10% benzoyl peroxide. The only downside to it is that it can ruin towels and stuff, so use with caution... It has never ruined any of my clothing, but it kind of bleaches towels. I also found this stuff on Amazon.

Gonna have to take a 1g phenibut rescue dose because my mom is sensing that I have apathy. It's her fault.

Maybe I shouldn't. But the she'll say "What's wrong?". I should say "YOU are what's wrong". But she manipulates me and says she doesn't remember things.

I think I might post the message to my dad that I wrote last night. I can't keep taking phenibut to live in her histrionic fantasy land.

She wants me to go on a hike with her and her girlfriends tomorrow. I don't want to go. If I was on phenibut, I wouldn't have a care in the world and I'm able to tolerate their crap.

The only reason I'm able to hike with them is because I take phenibut. And they bring wine on the hikes too and smoke marijuana and act like idiots.

Perhaps that would help your level of functioning. I know psychosis has been debilitating in the past to me. I remember distinctly when I was taking Abilify it didn't help with the psychosis. Of course that could be different for you. I remember Zyprexa being the best for psychosis for me. That or Risperdal...

Also, do you think you could go to the grocery even briefly to get enough stuff for a few days?
Yeah, I have headroom still on the AP. My appt. is in a couple of weeks.

Yeah, the food issue right now is mostly budgetary right now.

You pick three things that are fun to you or used to feel fun and do them all at once. You’ll need to pick three different senses to appeal to. So let’s say you goto a beach, you’ve got the sound of the surf for ears, build a sand castle for touch and bring a picnic for taste. If you’re on your bike, make sure to bring some favorite tunes and maybe a snack. If you’re at home you might want a scented candle or incense with some music and a coloring book. Get the idea? Somehow combining the senses together like this is a huge mood boost. Now it’s best to do this as you slide into depression not while you’re at rock bottom...basically it works as a preventative.
Thanks, Sometimes--I will check that thing out. Never heard of it.
