I just... ugh. I don’t have a choice in the matter. It’s just kind of dumb.

I feel paranoid today. And I feel super vulnerable to anything/anyone being even remotely critical of me.

I started doing a DBT skills book. It is helpful so far. I am going to try the exercises they suggest like the cue-controlled relaxation technique and the safe place visualization daily.

I also realized school and education are like my number one priority right now.

DBT is my most helpful skillset. Other than prayer and exercise, yoga and meditation.

DBT should be required for all people w scz or bp disorder. It is just ridiculous to suggest it is only for bpd or whatever. It is magical. She and Doc John should both win the Nobel Prize for Medicine, as far as I am concerned.

I've never watched The Office but it's on Netflix so once I'm done with Shameless and Schitts Creek I'll start watching it

My sister got put on prozac but she didn't take it. I told her not to.

She got prescribed Ativan too but my moms drunk friend stole it....

Her stressors have been removed so she doesn't get panic attacks anymore.. Still has anxiety though..

I really want to do the IOP program but not sure I can afford it. Well, they haven't told me how much it costs yet but I'm expecting a big number.
