So I thought my mom might be having a stroke....she was suddenly having issues falling over and having vision issues.....apparently it’s just side effects from her chemo pill 💊. So she just has to stop that. But her cancer has recurred so she needs regular chemo again....

I am so sorry, SP, but that is much better than a CVA. My MIL is dying of uterine ca. I feel w you.

Thanks bpcyclist......yeah it’s totally better....I just wanted her to goto th doc yesterday in case it was something worse but she just went to bed....stubborn....she wouldn’t even call a nurse line to check the symptoms.....

True yes that’s what I meant. Physically, it’s a depressant. But in some people I’m assuming can make u sad too literally due to the effects of the CNS.

Went to a farmers market for my mom to get ground beef and more Guatemalan coffee - Bought also poppy seed bread.

I was gonna get fruit as well but there was like 15 people in line so I left.

Yes that's cuz alcohol is really flexible with the brain - The brain recovers easily from alcohol which is why there's a strong rebound (hangover) so tolerance builds really slowly..

Lots of walks with your dogs, water, meditation/mindfulness, healthy food, sitting by the fan/air conditioner, no cigarettes/less vaping, reduce mental stress to deal with physical stress, no googling symptoms only ask the doctor, etc..
