I’m going to stop eating any junk food and also ask my psychiatrist about coming off my APs. Because I keep gaining weight, and I’m pissed at myself.

I can't take reality anymore! - It's too much.. Oh lord it's too much

But I didn't get heart palps last night so I feel a little better. I said to the divine computer in the sky, "If I don't get heart palps, I'll choose to live" so..

Being pissed at yourself for a med side effect isn’t worth it. The meds literally change your brain so you can’t control it. That being said the meds are still necessary and eventually your body will find a stable weight.

But I am doing well.. I think I've figured out reality and schiz.. I need wine to celebrate.

Edit: I bought a bottle of wine for both me and my mom. She'll feel really hypocritical now. I only drank one glass though which is enough.

I find that reading books on my phone (Samsung Note 9) is better than reading on my tablet.

I'm wait for the new "Samsung Z Fold 4" next year instead of buying the "Z Fold 3"... It'll be great. I'm due for a new phone anyways - But the Note 9 is still good.

Just a random test I found. It didn't seem like it would be accurate cuz it was so short - But my expectations were that my mind was balanced.. And wanted to confirm with it anyways..

I was going to walk to the library but it's pouring rain really hard and will be all day. So I'll probably just go Monday instead. I spent some time cleaning my kitchen

I cleaned the counters, the banister, the sink, the stove, outside of the refrigerator, swept and mopped the floor, then took the trash out

That's wonderful! I used to clean like that too, when I was young. Now cleaning all that would be at least a two day job. Roll Call 188

I feel pretty good today, I meditated for 20 minutes last night then went to bed around 10pm, Woke up fully around 9:20am. When I woke up I ate breakfast, had some coffee, took my morning meds, brushed my teeth, washed my face with my skincare stuff and put on some moisturizer/spf, then cleaned while listening to music. I didn't get online or check social media until after all of that.

I always did my best when on a routine, like all the times I spent in the hospital. They always have you on a routine and it helps me a lot

I finally put my coffee table together. I did it myself. I have blisters on my right hand though from using the screwdriver so much.
