Just got my blood work done. My ride came like 40 minutes before expected and I had literally just woke up and got ready 10 minutes before. Glad I was up and ready in time.

Bb I don't think that's wise, you've tried to do that many times before and it never ended well

I just want to be on less meds. But I didn’t stop them last night I took them. I just get urges to stop them now and then because I don’t like being on as many meds as I’m on

Have you tried ever discussing this with a T? I can’t say I’m happy about being on meds but I know I need them to succeed in life, without them I would I would be trapped in a world of my own creation.

I have an appointment with my primary care doctor at 1pm today. It's just a followup about two of the meds he prescribed. But I'm wondering if he'll have the bloodwork results in by then, I got it done this morning at 9am, idk how long it takes for them to process them. Maybe if he does have them then I can find out if I'm pre-diabetic or not, don't think I am but want to be sure since it runs in my family and the meds increasing the risk of type 2 diabetes. He also tested cholesterol, thyroid and something else, I forget what

So I just talked to my doctor and he did have my blood work results from this morning. Cholesterol is a little elevated, but kidney, liver, electrolytes, thyroid etc are all really good, my diabetes risk is low, I'm not even in the pre-diabetic range thank God, I was really worried about that due to family history and the APs increasing the risk too. So yeah, he said everything is good, to just keep an eye on the cholesterol/work on diet/exercise, and then I can see him again next November for another annual physical unless I'm having any issues before then

I couldn't fall asleep without heart palpitations so I put 0.25mg of clonazepam under my tongue and fell asleep immediately after that. I think it's because of the walk yesterday (I was out of breath). I'm really out of shape. The olanzepine makes me eat more as well + the stimulants don't help.

When I exercise more, the palpitations go away but if I'm out of shape and then do it, they are back when I try to fall asleep.

I meal prepped some turkey/veggie wraps for the next two days.

Each one is one wheat tortilla, a tablespoon of Greek olive hummus, shredded carrots, cucumber, 2 slices of deli turkey, avocado, lime juice, and salt

I think making things ahead of time is helpful because by time it's time to eat I don't feel like cooking or making anything

You hike a lot which is cool

I'm trying to get in better shape as well, I'm trying to walk a lot more and spend less time laying down. APs make it so difficult with the intense food/carbs/sugar cravings, that's why I'm trying to cook more/meal prep more. Because if it's not in the fridge and ready to go chances are I'll end up eating something quick and unhealthy like poptarts or chips or something

Yeah today I'm going on the last hike before it gets really cold. I should have exercised more this summer. I regret not doing it - I will in the spring - and use my mountain bike. I'm just scared of the bears so I'd have to bring bear spray.

I've been trying to plan things so I've been looking at all of the stuff I wrote down - Meditation is one of them and I can only do that in the morning when I'm not so tired. I'll try to do spiritual practices with Buddhism etc..

Then I'll learn about cryptocurrency - Cuz my brother is doing it now (+ investing) and we talk about the same stuff related to this. We both want to make enough money to retire our parents.

Lately I've been learning about world corruption which I find productive but it's ruining my mental health.

I'm going to try and fit in reading the keto/fasting book in the mornings after I take the Vyvanse.

So I’m reading this book about OCD and making fear hierarchies, and exposing yourself to your fear more frequently in order to lessen the fear over time.

One of my fears/strange obsessions is food and choking. So I either don’t eat, only eat specific foods, or drink smoothies. I think I need to expose myself to eating food more often. Like solid food.
