Wow I think I need 15 mg olanzapine. My mood is so much worse on lower olanzapine. Yikes.

Based on what desoxyn said about dopamine to the pfc with olanzapine I’m not surprised….abilify works differently it mimics dopamine to some extent which may contribute to its AD effects in addition to the serotonin effects

I can't relax, haven't been able to relax since I got home a few hours ago and found out about that person doing that. I feel like I won't be able to sleep well tonight and will be up worrying about some random person calling the cops for no reason

It's making me feel paranoid

Paranoia is one of my big symptoms I deal with so this was the last thing I needed happening

Crying and shaking, don't know what the **** my problem is

Thank you! I feel kind of stupid because I feel like it shouldn't be that big of a deal but it's extremely stressing me out for some reason

Thank you everyone

Someone down the hall had the police dogs come to their apartment last night and then their boyfriend assaulted a police officer and also damaged the property. So that is the big story of the day, a lot bigger than what happened with me. So hopefully that will be what everyone is talking about today and not the whole situation with whatever the hell happened with me yesterday

I did end up sleeping last night, after taking some of my klonopin. Wanted to sleep in but woke up at 6, because I was nervous and worried someone would come talk to me or say I'm in some sort of trouble so I stayed up

I texted my care manager today about yesterdays situation and she said not to worry about it because the people in charge here know I'm a good tenant, and the call could have come from someone mentally unstable and there are a lot of mentally unstable people in the building.

I'm sorry that happened. Can you take a nap sometime today to make up for lost sleep?

I know it's probably easier said than done but when I'm stressed, sometimes lying down and setting a timer for 15-20 minutes and trying to nap is good for me.

Hugs bluebird….I know how you feel to some extent….that circling anxiety. You mentioned guided meditation, maybe you could find one on YouTube or somewhere free?

Thank you yes I can probably try to do that

I did go downstairs a few times just to kind of see the property manager and security guard, etc nobody seemed mad at me, they seemed friendly and really surprised about yesterday and know I didn't do anything wrong so that's good

I just bought these two cartilage barbells for my ear, I couldn’t resist, they’re so cute. One is a unicorn and one is a Christmas tree

I have a pdoc appointment next week (Thursday) so I faxed him my symptoms because I know I will probably have difficulty in telling him out loud. It was long, like three pages, but it was in paragraph form. Hopefully he will know what to do! I've faxed him some stuff before, and I always fax him my lab results and stuff, but I have also faxed him things that I want to bring up to him so that way when it is my appointment time I am not like, um........and not able to bring it up. I'm kind of scared about the appointment but that fear is probably unfounded. Who knows.

I'm excited about next week. Have an appointment with the advisor from my college on Wednesday. Then on the following Monday the 18th, I'm volunteering at that place that serves free meals to the community. I have an appointment with my therapist on the 19th and one with my psychiatrist on the 20th, hoping to have good news regarding school to tell them, and I get to tell them I volunteered so that will be nice
