That’s amazing! If I have to I can lift a heavy object around 50 lbs. I could not imagine being able to lift that much!

I want to workout everyday but I don’t know if I can handle 2 days in a row. I’m considering doing every other day. I wore myself the **** out today physically. Between the working out and being up moving around all day from 5am to 5pm. I’m just laying here right now, and my muscles feel weak, maybe from pushing myself too hard today

Rest is important! Especially if you’re doing same or similar muscle groups and cardio. Every second day is awesome and there’s nothing wrong with it.

What I do is go to the gym like five or six times a week, but I do different things every day. Like one day I’ll do legs, then another day I’ll do arms, or chest/back. I mix it up so I’m not working the same muscle groups every day so they get to rest in between.

I just have a crest spinbrush…they’re like $10 if you feel like trying electric out without the expense.

Yeah that’s a good idea , Oral B’s are expensive. Probably not ready to invest that much money in a toothbrush yet. I just found Colgate floss tip, it’s a pair of two electric toothbrushes for $10. And it’s probably an improvement from manual brushing

I'm in a cloud. Of reality. And all of the podcasts I've listened to, past many years.. a long time..

I've exercised my mind - Why? Cuz it's how it should have been. I get it.. All of what's happening. It's simple - But people are delusional.. They are

In psychosis. And I've explained this, here - Documented all of my thoughts. Hopefully not for nothing. To help myself, and allow my stars to collect hydrogen, condense, and shine.

You are my stars. Shine pls - Heal from illness like angels, thrive in life.. And shine light to the rest of the world...

We may be in the dark, but in this dream - The nightmares aren't real.

I took my max PRNs last night and some melatonin and got a good 6.5 hours of sleep last night. Felt good to finally get some rest, and no nightmares.

I feel like the naltrexone works too. I don't know if it works that quickly or if it's placebo effect or what but I didn't feel the need to drink yesterday. Maybe it's just because I had DBT and I knew I had to drive in the middle of the day. I was kinda tempted when I saw some vodka at home though, but it was more of a want than a need. I had some SI but I didn't want to SH too which was interesting because my pdoc said it can help with those urges too.

Todays gonna be a good day

Sooo tired. Not sure if I should try and go back to bed or drink a cup of coffee. I feel like it's too late to go back to bed.

I turned the Dyson fan on cold - Went to sleep at 2am, woke up 11:30am (10 hours!). Refreshed too - Crazy, nice, restful dreams.

This is a song that would be a lot easier to play on my soprano but I played it on my tenor because one of the strings snapped on my soprano. There’s a lot of far reaching notes. The much smaller neck on the soprano would enable me to reach easier but the tenor is what I learned it on. I’ll get replacement strings for my soprano soon.

I rearranged my living room and it feels entirely different. Moved all the furniture to different spots. It feels nice. I was getting sick of looking at the same layout for over 3 years. I don’t know how but it feels so much better in here now

My weightlifting belt came but it was too big so I’m exchanging it. It was super easy even had prepaid return shipping.

Went and checked out a gym today. Basically the same model that’s taking over at my last gym location. It has all the basics but really… I think I’ve outgrown a commercial gym. It has machines and weights but I maxed out on some of the machines and barbells already. There’s not too much room to grow with certain exercises.

So I’ll sign up to this one gym for at least four months. See how that works out.

Also, I’m considering buying a bike. I’m a little worried about riding it in traffic but if I keep to the quiet areas it should be fine. Big concern is where to store the bike. There’s not too much room in the house.

Anyway, thinking about it. I’ll decide soon.

Annnnd I’m considering winter time joining a tennis club. And I want to get back into crocheting while watching TV.

So gym, tennis, crochet, and video games should keep me busy all winter long so I’m not depressed by my surroundings. Hopefully.

My hip is slowly but steadily healing. I went for a 2 mile walk yesterday without pain. (Tried a run in the AM but it hurt after 10 minutes). Can't wait to get back to my 10+km runs ("Slowly, MuddyBoots. Slowly!")

Do you need a credit or debit card, or do they let you pay cash in person? I've been wanting to order in.
