Got just over 10k steps today (was called in for a shorter 5 hour shift, so not as much walking as an 8 hour shift).

Also just completed an evening workout - a cardio and abs routine from FitnessBlender. It's one of their exercise videos made specifically for people who get bored easily, and no one exercise is ever repeated. Keeps things fresh and it was a solid routine overall. 35 minutes total including the warm up I added.

Got over 12k steps today. So glad that the weekend is here.

Also just finished a lower body tabata/strength routine. Intense exercises for short periods of time, several times. It definitely had me feeling pooped by the end and I had to modify a couple of exercises. 44 minutes total. Still, it's something I'll come back to at some point and hopefully I will have improved! Will not be surprised if my legs are sore tomorrow.
Hugs from:

Just finished a good morning workout. Today I chose a total body routine that was low impact, along with a lower body pilates routine. Despite the fact that they were both "low impact" I broke a good sweat. Lesson learned: low impact does not always mean it's easy. 43 minutes total and my mood has definitely been boosted.

I had a busy few days, but that only means I forgot to post my update here, which I'm thankful to say doesn't include any skipped days. I'm slowly building up to more intense exercises. In the interest of not losing my motivation, I may add small, short cardio workouts to the evenings, just as a gentle nudge towards eventually upping the total time spent in motion through out the day.

Today I got around 12.5k steps total.

Also did an upper body weight lifting routine that left me quite sore! 31 minutes total.

Late evening workout last night. I wish it didn't make me wired for the night, because working out at the quiet hours is oh so nice.

Just finished a nice afternoon workout. Did the 26 minute low impact routine that I really enjoy, along with a pilates workout afterwards that focused on the lower body. Broke a decent sweat for the workouts being low impact, but I also need to keep in mind it's super hot outside right now so that may have contributed to the sweat. 41 minutes total.

Just finished a 27 minute long stretching/pilates routine. Feeling a bit more awake and ready for work, although I still wouldn't mind going back to bed.

Got over 16.5k steps today.

Not doing anything else workout-wise for tonight. Just trying to take things easy. I'll try to do something in the morning to give me energy before work, perhaps the low impact workout I like?

Just finished the 26 minute long low impact cardio workout that I enjoy. Definitely got the body warmed up but my brain is still a bit tired. Hopefully I'm not dragging too much at work.

Today I got around 11k steps. It was an aisle maintenance day meaning there was less walking, and more of staying in the same aisle. No additional workouts today, heading to bed soon and hope to do a morning workout to get energized for another day of work. Thank goodness for the weekend afterwards!

Half hour on an exercise bike this evening. I'm encouraged by the fact that I'm less bored these days when I work out. Boredom has been one of the biggest problems in the past.

Just finished a morning workout. I chose a 27 minute long low impact routine from FitnessBlender that I hadn't done for a while. I can tell I'm getting in better shape because it used to make me sweat and feel more tired, and today my body just got warmed up and I -barely- started a sweat.

These used to be workout routines for me, but now they're like very long warm-up routines which I'm fine with. The low impact routines are perfect for getting my butt up on work days.

Got around 11k steps at work today.

Also just finished a 29 minute long low impact workout, although I changed things up a bit. It comes in the form of 10 different exercises, done 2 rounds through. I did the first round as is and for the second one I replaced the moves with ones that were more lower body specific (squats and deadlifts w/ weights, various bridge exercises, pilates leg lifts, etc.). Tomorrow I'll likely work on upper body/core.

Yesterday was an unplanned rest day, spent much of the day in bed and didn't feel too well mentally. I honestly felt like going back to bed today as well but I pushed myself to do a workout, and I'm very glad I did.

Just finished the low impact cardio routine I enjoy, plus a lower body pilates routine. 41 minutes total. Although I'm still feeling anxious and sad, I'm not feeling as bad as before I worked out and that's what matters.

Friday was an unplanned rest day for me too, due to similar issues. Made it to my gym yesterday though I really didn't want to go. Working up the gumption to go today. I know I'll be glad I did.

Got a late workout yesterday. Today and Friday are planned off days (though Friday will include lots of walking). I'm starting to be less worried about days I don't workout. I'm a little more confident now that I won't abandon the routine if I miss a day here and there.

Forgot to post yesterday evening, oops! Got over 14.5k steps total, but didn't do any additional working out.

I just finished an upper body/abs weight lifting routine. Got me nice and tired and a bit sweaty. 32 minutes total.

Just finished a morning workout, chose the 26 minute long low impact cardio workout that I really enjoy. Got a decent sweat going, surprisingly, and felt nice and relaxed at the end while doing the cool down stretches.

Definitely a great workout for before work, after work, on a day off, whenever honestly. A 2/5 on the FitnessBlender difficulty scale and burns 122 to 225 calories depending on several factors (age, weight, effort put in, etc). I'll post the link again because I'm sure I've done it before.

Got over 18k steps today, busy day. No other workouts besides that though, unless you count meditation (exercise for the mind I suppose!)

Just finished a good morning workout. Did the 3 mile walk with Leslie Sansone and added a quick FitnessBlender cooldown stretch at the end. 47 minutes total. Got a good sweat going and definitely feel more awake than before I started.
