I need help right now, and I dont know who to turn to

I don't hate you. Hell, I don't even know you. I've seen a few of your posts and you seem pretty thoughtful, and that's one of the main criteria I use to discern my friends. Sounds like your mind is playing a trick on you. Maybe you could give it a sarcastic, slightly condescending laugh. "HA friggin' HA."

When I feel sad, I like to go out by myself and be alone in a crowd of people. It makes me feel independent. Sometimes I just pamper myself with popcorn and Family Guy reruns. You could always go to YouTube and watch clips if you get bored.

Otherwise -- talk to me.

(((((((((((((((((((((((x BabyG x)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) I am sorry you are feeling so bad about yourself. I certainly don't hate you. You are a very kind and compassionate person. I hope you can share this with yourself too.

Thanks guys, sorry about the vent. I was just feeling bob and I needed to just get it out.

I dont generally hate myself... just sometimes when I cant understand my behaviour. I just wish that I knew what it was. I wish I had a label, instead of just feeling like a freak. It's like theres two sides to me sometimes, and Im there just wavering in and out between the two of them. Its frustrating.

Feeling alot better now tho

Let us know if we can help make sense of your mind. My new self-help plan is: (1) See how your suffering operates (2) Find the source (3) Create a plan.

Don't say there's nothing else. There always is! You don't know me but sometimes those are the safest people to talk to. I'm here for you and definitely do not hate you.

Keep your hands busy doing something positive, and try to laugh at something.

Stay strong.

I throw this line to myself a lot of times, mostly because I hate knowing I failed in most aspects of my life. ;[ But BabyG, hang in there.

What Edahn said is right. And yes, you have to help yourself too ;] There is ALWAYS something that can help you...

What's the "THIS" that you're talking about? Depression is clear, but what's the source, in your opinion?

'This' is me triggering off all the time, with no reason at all.

It's like I turn into a completely different person... I feel irritant, I dont want to be with those around me and all my opinions change about everything. 'This' is my bad side of me who I cant control

Well that's definitely workable. Maybe "controlling" is that wrong way of thinking about it. As long as you think of that person as a different person who you need to control, you're always going to be in "conflict-mode." That's just going to push you deeper into anger.

Maybe you can try working with that person, with patience. If you feel like that person inside you is all upset and irritable, ask why and see if you can help them. Being nice TO MYSELF has helped me tremendously in fighting lots of problems and things in me that I don't like. You can practice by being nice to others in the meantime. It'll really help.
