Those kinds of days are just so difficult. Occasionally, I can later get past the mood, but often not. Hopefully, things will improve for you.

I like to take pictures without filters too. I hate all those Instagram snaps with those bizarre filters that completely change a person's look. You're better off without a filter imo.

Ugh, yes, that is how I feel about the beach, especially if we don't go to the small local one but do Galveston instead. Water here tends to be warm most of the time except winter. The Gulf of Mexico just tends to be a warm ocean in this part of Texas, at least.

I hate when we drag a ton of things along, sand everywhere, and my daughter & I sunburn easily.

The chance of rain is high today again. I can't remember having so many rainy days in a row here. It's been going on 2 to 3 weeks now, except for a few days. Most of it is light rain, but it's still not exactly the norm.

You know, all I ask for is a ****ing call in the morning. Why is that so difficult for my husband. He always says he's busy then by the time he gets off work I'm asleep. I'm sick of this ****. What's the point of being in a relationship if you don't talk?

Did a lot of housework and laundry. Went to a farmer's market because the local Humane Society was bringing dogs out for adoption. When we got there an hour from opening all the dogs were gone except one, and she was too young and hyper for us (and our cat). Kind of bummed.

Thankfully there is dinner in the CrockPot so I don't have to stand up for very long, as that hurts. But I have to put everything away after my husband mopped. I guess he doesn't know that I'm in pain quite a bit from vacuuming, sweeping, putting dishes away, and doing laundry, plus moving things around so he can mop.

I found a few slow cooker recipes online. I'm trying this one today: Acid-reflux-friendly-recipe-crockpot-chicken-barley-stew/ I hope it works out.

A dog would've been nice, but we also have to consider our cat. She's 8 and kind of set in her ways. Still hoping to find a dog eventually though.

Your comment about dumping cans in the crockpot reminded me of her.

As a gift one year, I got this cookbook from my husband and he knew I would laugh so hard when I opened it! Just the way she is...hilarious to watch.

Ive been out all day since 8. First church, recorded the choir.... Then went to )unch and a haircut with n3. My friend from starbucks' wife called to say he was in the hospital. A few days before hed fallen and hit his head from low blood sugar and the emt told him he had to regular "real meals". He kept complaining about his head and decided to take vicodin. I told him that was a bad idea. He didnt think he should call his dr. So im glad he finally made it to the hospital. Hes 75 and is always on the go. I think he should retire.

This is the second time I've taken expired meds by mistake. This time around, it was klonopin, even though I really, REALLY didn't want to take Klonopin for my agitation. Now I feel worse knowing that I took expired s***.

It expired 8/29/2018, so... Not too far off. I think I'm fine. About a month ago, I took Ritalin that expired in April 2018 and was fine.

I'm just going to go through my PRN meds and toss the old ones so that this never happens again. I'm a huge idiot.

No need to worry. My pdoc is also a pharmacist and she's told me that meds last for years as long as they are kept in opaque or amber bottles (I assume the same is true for the green bottles a few places use). It's not good to stockpile meds or anything but all meds "expire' a year from when they are filled and that's just an arbitrary thing. You can of course check with your own dr/pharmacist.

I agree with BeyondtheRainbow. If the meds "expired" less than a month ago, chances are they still work. And anyway, nothing bad will happen if you take expired meds. They just might lose their efficacy slightly. So maybe the klonopin won't relieve your anxiety as much as a non-expired dose will. But considering it expired so recently, it probably will.

Just saying Hi...it's been a while.

I continue to be depressed (another 15 days and it'll be 12 months that I have been depressed).

I see my pdoc in another 10 days, likely for another med adjustment.

I'm doing lots of physical work - I'm cleaning out the house of a relative with my son and wife. We rented a big disposal bin, the kind you put on the driveway, and it's almost full.

Meds are fine farrrrrr past the expiration date. As long as they are not crumbly or discolored they are ok

I have Valium that’s probably over a year past date and it’s perfectly good and works the same.

Big Pharma WANTS people to think meds expire will just cause people to toss it and get a new prescription.

Recieved my wife's new brakes and I put them on today. I was not feeling well but I made myself do it. It took me 4 hours when a normal job would take me an hour or two at the most but I have never worked on this style of disk brakes before. My acid reflux was really kicking in to day and I think my ulcer is back and I did end up getting sick. I am proud that I was able to get off my lazy butt though and get her brakes done.
