Apple Care reinstated! My bank flagged the transaction as fraud so I had to text them that it was really me.

Caleb should be leaving soon. I talked with him before I left the mall.

Oh, how exciting! I’m with Luna, the show is moving so fast! Yay to a prequel. I’ll be looking forward to that. Thanks for the notification I don’t have Reddit.

I feel really good today. My moods and anxiety are both fine. I went to the grocery store and I found the new Sprite Tea. I got it in both regular and zero sugar. I also got some Liquid Death tea and this 4 pack of strawberry rose bubble tea.

But yeah I'm not fretting about killer fungus and I'm not getting angry about anything.

I also feel a lot better physicsally. I've only been on the iron for 3 days but my psych doctors nurse said prestiq withdrawels can cause flu like symptoms. So I'm thinking that may have been part of things.

My psychiatrist said it’s okay to be on both the trileptal and the lamictal. So I might not even have to go through with tapering off the trileptal. If a low dose of Lamictal works out I might not have to make any more changes. My trileptal is effective to an extent. It’s just the anger and irritability due to low level depressive episodes and the impulsive manic behavior when I’m manic. Such as the overspending. Those are the things I need help with. Obviously with both a combo of therapy and meds. But I’m hopeful that this works out! It would be a relief if after I get up to the 50mg to not have to make any more changes. Cause that might work well enough taken in consideration the effectiveness of the other meds I’m on as well. We’ll see how it goes though. It’s only day 1. I’m just terrified of getting that Lamictal rash. Hoping that doesn’t happen.

My depression is not good, but I guess I'm managing as best as I can. I stopped making the situation worse for myself and I'm having 2-3 light meals - way better than before.
@Blueberrybook , although psilocybin might not have helped my depression, I saw and felt some things that have turned out to be helpful. It wasn't any big insight or revelation, but it's helpful. It's ok though, I took a risk and I tried.
I'm glad that you are thankful you tried the trial. I had that feeling of understanding certain things and God showing me a few truths while I was psychotic twice. For me, that feeling hasn't dissipated over time, the feeling that some element of what I saw/heard/dreamed/hallucintaed whatever was true. It has been comforting to me.

@raspberrytorte Sorry about your feelings with the negative entity. It is odd your pdoc would have you taking as high a dose as 200 mg Seroquel in the daytime. That would definitely make me fuzzy and no doubt some days half asleep. I take 50 mg in the daytime and a large dose at night (300 mg). I want to cut the nightly Seroquel to have more energy in the morning, but I hate tinkering with things at a pretty darn good time of stability. I'm sorry you feel you cannot talk to your pdoc. That really sucks.

@Blue_Bird I hope things go well with the Lamictal for you. I am on both Lamictal and trileptal and have been relatively stable of late (though overspending is still something I have to work at; I'm better than I was but I could do better than I am). I take 200 mg Lamictal 2x a day and 150 mg trileptal 2x a day. Initially I was on 300 mg trileptal twice a day with the Lamictal, but it made me dizzy, so the pdoc said to cut down on the trileptal. For me, Lamictal has been one of the best meds I've been on for stability and as a bonus it helps my peripheral neuropathy too. I hope you can find the right dosages to work for you.

@LadyShadow I pray you will hear back about getting the right job soon. I know it is hard to keep putting yourself out there. Your picture is beautiful!

I've been having a good day. I took a power walk, showered, had breakfast, read with the SAD lamp. I drew a couple of pictures but mainly focused on painting (all in the Creative Corner Forum). I think my cherry turned out pretty well considering I'm a novice at watercolor painting. I watched an episode of Shetland on Britbox and will probably read some this afternoon, maybe play around with my iPad, but my reading concentration has been really good lately so I may just read. We're having baked potatoes for dinner tonight; I just have to remember to get them cooking early since they take an hour to bake.

I hope everyone enjoys their weekend!

I really like portraiting fruit in art. It's also one of my favorite things to draw. It happens to be the first section in my step-by-step watercolor workbook

I thought to myself this afternoon, what if my feet just hurt? And thats why I get worn out walking around stores. This happened in 2014 when I worked at a grocery store. My feet hurt so badly I could barely do the job. Then I got these gel inserts and everythIng was fine

So I picked up a pair from Walgreens and I'll see if it works the same.

Love your cherry.

I cook potatoes in the microwave when mom and I had baked potato. Just set it to potato setting. Works for sweet potato too. Do corn on the cob too, you nuke it in the husk and the husk and silk just slide right off.

Apple care is messed up! I spent an hour on the phone with Apple trying to fix it. They are calling me back Monday morning.

Yesterday was lovely with my daughter and we went to a cafe, had lunch and I took her for a small grocery shop afterwards. Told her I couldn’t really do a very big shop because I’m saving for my wedding and she respected that. I got the most gorgeous picture of my son and daughter that I put on facebook. I’m such a proud mamma of my 2 beautiful kids!

Off to the hairdresser on Sunday morning. Grey roots be gone. I’ll feel so m better afterwards!

@Blueberrybook I don't think it's a muscle relaxer, but I could be wrong. One main use of it is to help with movement caused by Parkinson's. I saw your shoe question too: I absolutely love the Nike Pegasus line. They are a bit pricey though. I'm currently trying out the Nike Revolution because they are much cheaper. So far, so good. But, all I've done in them is some walks and day to day use.
