Thanks for your concern. I am doing better now. I went for another walk with the dogs and tried calling my sister again. Still no answer but I do feel like the worst has passed. Thank-you for the reminder though. I've gone to the ER before and it was helpful. They didn't make me check in but just say and talked with me for a while.

Please stay safe, go to the ER or reach out to your sister if you need help.
I always feel horrible after a party or any event with a lot of people. I like being there but it takes a lot of energy and I know I feel bad afterwards.
You need time to recover from the stress.
Good to hear you are feeling better, walking in nature also helps me a lot.
I also have two dogs :-)

Angry and sad.
I'm going for a walk with my daughter and dogs to calm down.

Yes. I have had this issue all day but after the evening I had I can't risk another crash. I laid around the house all day until around 1pm. I kept making excuses to stay in. Thankfully I HAD to go to the laundromat. On the way there though I stopped by a store and bought a small plant to put on my bedside table. Thinking more fresh oxygen would be a good idea.

Anyway, you should do something... Anything. Need suggestions?

Can you go for a nice walk in the nature? Or to a place you love, a bookstore or library... (those are my favorites)
Usually getting out of the house and move helps me a lot.

Then I start to think about the conversations this week.... enough! PuzzClar screams!.....
Sorry but most places are closed. This doesn't help. Tempted to call and talk with someone but don't know who.

There goes the walking idea. ... as it starts to rain hard

Take a walk, bubble bath, do your nails or toes, pull weeds, go to the mall and shop or people watch, read, read to someone, yes! A bookstore, crosswords, jigsaw puzzle, go to a movie, find a meeting, make a list, brush your teeth, meditate, gardening, wash your car, bake something...

Google things to do instead of_____. You will find long lists. Then make your list of the things that you would most likely do. Keep the list you make close to you.

Sometimes if I can't decide I just walk out the front door and see what happens from there. if it's ok

You can still call them now to talk about things--and you can keep them in mind and call them next time you need to speak to someone.

I'm going to the pdoc's today. I did some personality tests last month and now he's going to give me the results and advice me on what to do. He had already diagnosed me as BPD a couple of months ago, and had already adviced me to do DBT (both individual and group therapy). Let's see if he confirms that all today.

Meanwhile I'm worried sick because my nephew (2 yrs old) had to go the ER last night and he's been admitted to the hospital because they don't know yet what kind of problem he has. I so hope it's nothing serious, but the little guy has a rare disease so every time we're worried sick.
