I had a Coke and an apple for breakfast. I got an unsweetened blueberry iced tea today instead of coffee. I had a Green Giant cauliflower crust pizza for lunch. The whole pizza had 580 calories but it was pretty gross. So far I’ve had 800 calories. I’m not sure what else I’ll be eating. I’m not really in the mood.

This is driving me crazy. Im not hungry, but i do snack out of boredom, so i am stopping that. And its making me nuts. Hunger is a good reason to eat, anxiety and or boredom is not. Ive spent the last year learning to tell the difference, now i have to - want to, can, have the opportunity to - put it into practice. Boy i dont like any limits on my freedom - but i totally transfer it all to food!

I had a 16oz Mountain Dew around 4 this morning. Then I had a cold brew coffee from Starbucks at 7:30. I had an Amy’s Pot pie for lunch. Then I had an apple about 15 minutes ago. I’m drinking a large black coffee right now. I’m going to try to have 3oz of chicken and a string cheese for dinner. Total it should be about 1,240 calories.

I got weighed the other day. I actually weigh less than I thought but I'm still considered obese. Everytime I try a diet plan it tends to fail but I'm going to at least try to cut back on candy.

I haven't weighed myself in quite some time. I'm just afraid to. I'm trying to eat healthy, at least one salad a day. I have plenty of frozen vegetables too. I'm still eating McDonald's. I had two breakfast burritos this morning. But to me, they are fine. Since I haven't been feeling well, I'm exercising less. Too much activity makes me ill. So I don't really need to limit my food at the moment. I'm trying to recover from an illness.

Today I had a good day I didn't overeat and I didn't eat anything with sugar in it.
I need these kind of days to become consistent.
If I ate like today everyday I would lose weight.

I feel like I've lost some weight. I'm trying to be mindful of what I eat. My legs feel good when I wake up. My clothes fit me fine. Healthwise, I am feeling better. I might be able to walk a little today. I'll see how it goes.

Because I've been sick, I'm less worried about what I eat. I needed ice cream for my throat last night and ate some. Because everything tastes weird, I did not eat a whole lot yesterday. For some reason, I am craving orange juice. I have a small bottle in the fridge. I may drink that today. I'm not really doing house work. If I exert myself too much, I feel worse.

Just ate a slice of toast with poached eggs,avocado and tomato for breakfast,finished off with sage tea.

I haven’t been counting calories this past week but I haven’t been eating too much either. I haven’t been finishing things or eating throughout the day or anything. And I’ve been skipping meals because I haven’t been hungry. Mainly lunches and dinners. Today I did count calories and I had about 1270. I had a couple sodas, 8 pizza chicken nuggets and dinner is going to be an Amy’s organic breakfast burrito. I cut way down on iced coffee from Starbucks and fast food.

I've been feeling lots better these past couple of days. I've been eating well. I'm still craving orange juice and ice cream. Lol! And chicken soup. I had a salad today and I did order from McDonald's But I feel fine. My shoes fit me and I can get behind the steering wheel of my car. I still won't step on the scale. I'm not sure if I will try to restrict myself too much. I've been watching videos on how to reach your healthy size by changing your relationship with food. I've just been maintaining. So I guess that is good. I've needed a lot of comfort food lately.

I weighed myself this morning and I’m still maintaining about 177. I look smaller though since I’ve converted a lot of my weight to muscle. It hasn’t been hard controlling my appetite for food I’ve just had this insane soda craving. I’d like to get to 173 by October.

I've been feeling healthy. I've been eating well and I keep busy around the house. So I'm always moving. I average about 3k steps a day. For me that is good.

I finally stepped on the scale. I gained 10 pounds. I will try to do better about eating. I will have to cut out McDonald's. I really love it but it's not good for me. Only thing I can change at the moment is how I eat. This Thursday I may get an injection for my back. I hope so cause then I can start walking.

I’m still maintaining about 177-180. After my surgery I’ll immediately lose about 10 pounds. Kinda looking forward to that.

I've been watching what I eat. I've been eating a lot of soup. I mainly trying to use them up. I plan to buy more salads and vegetables soon.

Still 180. I‘m not really trying though. today I downloaded the MyFitnessPal app and then this morning I downloaded the MapMyWalk app. I used both of them today. I did decently on both exercising and eating well. My meds make me ****ing hungry though. Ever since I fooled around with my birth control in November of last year my weight has just been ****ed. I literally maintained 155 for 2 years.

Want to eat healthier and cut back on sweets, tend to snack sometimes so will focus on eating healthier snacks.

The last two days I’ve been in a lot of pain. When weather fluctuations happen I get flares from my autoimmune illnesses. I have continued walking 15-20 minutes each day. My legs, shoulders, back and torso experience severe pain.

I gained 10 pounds again,slid off the track was eating cakes and chocolate.
Am back onto healthy foods again.I forget that I feel ill when I eat badly ,then I have to get ill to remember,
its a terribly vicious cycle.I should know being diabetic that I can't just have that cake,or chocolate bar,
that it will make me ill but that doesn't register,I have to follow the urge and satisfy the craving.If I carry on like that I
am not only going to gain weight I am going to kill myself.My liver or kidneys will just pack in!So I must get weight,eating sugars under control.

I have no idea what I weigh. They took everything off for my top surgery. And I was an H before. Then I’ve pretty much have had just broth and jello and other similar sick foods to eat since Tuesday. I skipped eating Monday. but I’ve only been eating between 800 - 1160 calories since. So I have no idea.

Yeah everything was fine for the most part.

I’m wondering if my visteril was the issue with my hunger and weight gain. I started it last December and I haven’t taken it in 9 days. Yesterday I only had 540 calories during the day. I had a can of broth and a TV dinner. I had a couple pieces of pot roast and some cranberry juice at 1AM but it was still only about a thousand calories in 24 hours.
