I have a weight I’m comfortable at. I don’t stress myself about society’s beauty standards etc.
I was recently on two medication steroids daily for over a month. I’ve gained weight which is common. I regularly go walking. I have not been able to this week because I’m dealing with a wisdom tooth and it’s been raining all week.

My legs were painful this morning. When I'm really overweight, I have issues with my legs. It doesn't help that I've run out of Gabopenin and I can't get it filled until tomorrow. I'm not sure why I ran out early. I will eat well today and try to exercise.

I was expecting to be 181 but I was actually 177. I haven’t been counting calories but I know I’ve been eating a lot of fruit and grilled chicken and therefore haven’t been hungry for much else.

I found my other bottle of Gabopentin. My legs didn't hurt as much today. For some reason, I'm retaining a lot of water. I will eat healthy today and do a lot of housework.

My appetite has just been weird since getting off the Wellbutrin. I haven’t been hungry for a lot of unhealthy foods like candy and ice cream the way I had been before, but I still get hungry. I just choose healthier snacks. Today I ate a ton of pre sliced apples with a small cup of Jif To Go. I’ve been drinking soda like crazy though. I think I’m maintaining right around 180.

I am happy with the way I am eating now,I am not overeating at meal times and I haven't had chocolate bars or cake,it's good,healthier and like it should be on a daily basis.Hopefully the weight will start to fall off now!

176 today. 4 pounds in a week without trying. I’ve been feeling alright. Just slightly under the weather at times. I know I’ve been making healthier food choices too. I still haven’t been counting calories really. I’m still drinking a lot of soda and coffee. I’ve been getting full really fast though and not finishing meals. I haven’t been too hungry. I’ve been eating a lot of fruits and vegetables.

I had very little desire to eat today but I did manage to eat some. I ate some mixed berries for breakfast around 7. so I at least had some fruit. Then I had 6 boneless buffalo wings and a few fries for lunch around 1 or so. I’m skipping dinner.

I had right around 1200 calories give or take for the zucchini pie this morning. I put it at 320 which is what google said. I ate pretty healthy except for the couple sodas I had.

I garbage picked a decent sized mini trampoline in great condition this afternoon. I’m hoping it’s an exercise I’ll finally enjoy.

I have gained weight recently. So much so that my illnesses are worse. I'm hoping to eat well over the next few days and lose some weight. But basically I hate diets and I hate exercise. So I will just try to eat as well as I can and pray that the weight comes off. Not sure what else I'll do. Maybe I should have weight lose surgery. I can't do this on my own. I'm such a big failure.

I’ve gained about 15 lbs over a course of three months...three months of me taking steroid medications daily. Prior to gaining the 15 lbs I walked and hiked regularly. Now that the temperatures are very hot in my area it’s harder for me to walk or hike. Hot temperatures cause my multiple autoimmune diseases/rare diseases to flare up. Many of the fitness centers that had indoor walking trails and a track have had them removed.

Maybe it’s the increase in Geodon and getting off the Wellbutrin or maybe I really am sick. But I have had no trouble sticking to my diet these last couple weeks and I have had no desire to eat or drink anything unhealthy except the occasional soda or iced coffee. But candy and chips and other stuff I was eating a ton of just very suddenly turned off my stomach. I now can only eat vegetables and fruit and grilled chicken and other healthy stuff I’ve had no desire to eat before. It could also be a T thing. I am not sure what is happening though. I’m not really complaining but I am not exactly feeling great either.

Dewed, The same thing has happened to me. Being ill and or taking antibiotics - they say they mess with your gut flora - will change my cravings. One time at work they had a pizza party (because we were working so much overtime, so of course my diet was messed up), and the salad just tasted SOOOO good - i was like, oh this is not normal, i think i have not been eating enough greens! And this one skinny guy manager runner kinda gave me a stern look and said THATS RIGHT. Geez guy. Im just trying to keep up with my life.

I've ordered a bunch of unhealthy foods today. But I quit vaping and I feel I need food to help me cope. I think quitting vaping is more important right now. I couldn't breathe earlier. So I will eat all kinds of bad food. At least that's how I feel. But I will try to manage it and not go overboard. I mainly want cappuccino right now. Maybe some ice cream.

I woke Monday, August 10th feeling very fatigue. I ate a bowl of applesauce and took my immune supplements/vitamins/asthma medications. I received notifications regarding environmental toxins.
Mold was high yesterday and dust was extremely high. I walked three times, 15 minutes each time.
I was able to eat twice. It’s been hard to get myself to leave my residence to go run necessary errands. My car tags are a few days past due. I’m going to try to find the energy and motivation to go later today. I can’t get them online because I already withdrew the cash out last month. Overall my day started off rocky and turned decent.

After I ordered all my comfort food, I only ate one small cookie. The stuff is here. Doesn't mean I have to eat it. It won't go bad. If I have 1 item a day, I should be fine. But it feels good knowing I have it all and I don't have to listen to that stupid voice telling me, "You can't have that!"

It’s raining 🌧 again which I know rain is good/important. I just wish it did not cause me to have flare ups. I’ve been battling a fever since early this morning. I finally ate a bowl of cereal to take some Tylenol. I don’t have much of an appetite. Soup sounds good right about now.

I’ve had about 1,255 calories today. I had a bag of sliced apples and a protein bar and a grilled chicken breast. I also had an organic frozen pot pie. I had a glass of Starbucks iced coffee and a couple other low calorie drinks.

Last night I went through my pantry and the fridge and freezer and got rid of about 95% of my unhealthy foods. Which was a ton of stuff. The only things I kept were a few single serve containers of Mac and cheese and a few things of instant ramen. And my soda. But all the candy and ice cream and chips are completely gone. I am really trying to watch what I eat.

I had ice cream last night and a cookie today. I ate salads and vegetable the other times. But I gained weight. I don't care anymore. I have plenty of clothes that fit. I just feel like I have to relax about it. IDK. Maybe I will try Noom.

I ate really healthy today even though some of it was processed. But I had a lot of fruit and vegetables and then protein for dinner. Baby carrots are really good when i’m hungry. I’ve been working my way through a big bag for about a week. I was right around 1200 calories today. The only issue is that I have to go to the store every few days for fresh vegetables and fruit. I can only buy a few things at a time or else they will go bad.

I'm doing better. I threw out my hawaiian rolls and cookie dough. I'm just going to buy healthy stuff. I'm done with the ice cream as well. I'm stocking up on frozen vegetables and salads.

I’m trying really hard it’s just difficult when it takes me 2 weeks to lose 8 pounds but I literally gain it all back after just one cheat night. Not even just a day, but one night. Then it’s another 2 weeks of trying to lose it. Basically I’ve just been maintaining at 180. At least I don’t have anything unhealthy in the house anymore.

I feel good. I feel like I've lost the extra weight I've gained. My legs are doing better. I have more energy. I've been eating salads and vegetables. I have some frozen berries in the freezer. I want to try to have some of them today for a treat. I have sugar free cool whip to go with them. I'm doing work around my house for exercise. Things are going well.

I’ve been maintaining around 180-181 for awhile and then today I weighed myself and I was 175 which I haven’t been in about a month. I’m glad I’m just slightly confused as to how I got there. And kinda concerned since I have not been feeling the greatest.
