I've been mindful of what I eat. And I've been sleeping better at night, which helps me with my stress eating. I'm not able to move around that well because of a foot injury. So exercise is not possible at the moment. I will just continue watching what I eat.

I got on the scale this morning and I’ve lost weight since the last time I’ve weighed myself. Which is weird since my meds have been making me so hungry.

I managed to lose 24 lbs in about 2 months. I’m not sure how per se. But I bought a pumpkin roll last night so god help me.

I lost 5 more lbs for a total of 13 lost so far. I feel pretty excited and very motivated. I feel much better. And it's easier to get around. I'm under 300 lbs now. So I'm very grateful!

695 calories in so far. Dinner will be 490 calories making it just under 1200. I took an almost 2 mile walk this afternoon. 1.97 miles. Burned 204 calories. I am not in shape but it’s much much easier exercising now that I’ve had my surgery. I was not wiped out at all like I would have been before.

I’ve had just about 1200 calories. I didn’t do any exercise. My weight is about the same.

I cut out regular soda and coffee. You sure can eat a lot more when your not drinking a big 470 calorie coffee. My calories equaled to around 1200 today. I stopped taking my antidepressant because I didn’t like the hunger side effect.

I decided to try a plant-based diet. I'm gradually cutting meat out. I'll have some cheese and eggs. But mainly I will eat fruits, vegetables, grains and legumes. I'm hoping it helps me lose weight and get healthier. I will also make an effort to do chair aerobics every other day. I really want to do better.

I am still off 2 of my meds. Boy do they make a difference in my appetite. Lately I’ve just had English muffins, bran and corn muffins, apple butter, canned ham, Atkin products, and cereal. I haven’t gotten any fast food in about a week. Haven’t gotten coffee either. Just unsweetened iced teas with flavors and Splenda from Sonic. I also haven’t had any soda in 3 days.

I've been eating a lot of brown rice and vegetables. I did have some meat the other day in a breakfast sandwich. But I figured just that little bit should be fine. I've cut back a lot. I am hungrier. My stomach feels better. I have been busy doing chores around the house for exercise.

I did good today. My issue was the 2 meds my Pdoc prescribed that I took myself off. Once those were gone things have been fine with my hunger.

I have been making rice and veggie casseroles. I feel better physically cause I'm eating more vegetables. I'm also doing a lot of work on my house, so I'm staying active. I'm afraid to step on the scale. I just feel bloated. I ate a processed vegetable yesterday that had a lot of salt in it. I will stay away from that for now on.

Today I had a couple waffles, an Atkins bar, an Atkins shake, and a couple sodas. I have 1060 calories written down. I think I’m just going to go to bed. I’m not in the mood.

I have gained some weight with the holidays. I haven't been eating as well. I've had lots of carbs and sweets. I hope to get back on track today. Maybe tomorrow.

Today I had a 20oz Pepsi, a 45 calorie probiotic soda and an Atkins bar for lunch. Then an Atkins shake for lunch. For a snack I had a can of Campbell’s chicken noodle soup. For dinner I had 4 eggs and an English muffin. I also had 3 unsweetened peach teas with Splenda. 1,235 total calories.

I was getting really hungry for fast food around 3:30 but I just ate what I had planned for dinner and I was fine after that. I gained about 9 pounds during thanksgiving but I’ve lost about 10 pounds since. So I’m pretty sure it was just intense water weight.

I ate a lot better today. I was craving potato salad and made my own. I don't think it was that bad. I had plenty of fruits and vegetables. I did some work around the house as well. So that is my exercise. I have healthy meals planned for tomorrow.

Today I exercised with walking 45-60 minutes, but snacked on chocolate, a cookie, and more chocolate after dinner. Need to work on eating healthier snacks. For breakfast ate Ezekiel toasted with peanut butter and drank chai tea. For lunch ate vegan lentil soup, 6-8 saltines, 1 slice cheese, and chocolate. In the afternoon while working at the computer ate chocolate, a cookie and drank water and some diet Dr Pepper. For dinner ate 1/2 roast beef wrap sandwich, baked bbq chips, some chocolate with salted almonds and 1/2 red grapefruit.

I started tracking my food in a new online app I found. I like it cause so many foods are available to select and it shows nutrients for what you've eaten. It also makes suggestions if you're low on some nutrient. I had a 400 calorie deficit yesterday. I really need a 500 deficit. But I guess I didn't do too bad considering that I was stress eating again. I have to learn to reach for something healthier. I had an atkins bar. An apple would have been better.

Yesterday I had a couple Atkin bars, a can of chicken noodle soup, a little bag of Skinny Pop popcorn and then 2 fried eggs on an English muffin. I had a coke and an iced coffee too. I can see myself getting smaller but could just be gaining muscle and swelling on my chest going down,

I’m seeing legit weight loss progress thanks to being off the meds which people still think I’m on, and the Atkins and Slim Fast stuff that people are not aware I’m using. Today I am pretty low in calories but I am not hungry and when I force myself to eat even if I should eat I feel very sick. So far my calories are about 1,145 but I had a coke at midnight which I counted. So probably more like 1055 for today.

I did some stress eating last night but it wasn't too bad. I had a bowl of cheerios. And then later I had an apple. I still have a calorie deficit. I wish I didn't stress eat. It's the worst in the middle of the night. I've read if you're not sleeping well, your cortisol levels go up and that makes you eat. Maybe I will try to get visteral from my pnurse again. That med helps me sleep.

I had a couple iced coffees a slim fast and some goldfish crackers. I don’t feel good and I am not going to try to eat if I can’t. But I have a can of soup and a couple eggs and an English muffin planned for today if I can.
