Strength training today. Next, I will walk to eat sushi and back. That will be about 45 minutes of walk. Not brisk, tho

My weight is going down consistently and its making me happy. I did my workout today without an issue. I did 500 reps with the ab roller, and 40 regular crunches but I could only do 30 oblique crunches. I've had 740 calories so far because I skipped dinner last night. So I hadn't eaten since like 3PM. I had a few Yasso bars and a couple Clio bars. They are great on my stomach. I also stopped buying those half gallon bottles of iced coffee which is helping a lot with my calorie intake.

I did another hundred reps with my ab roller and another 40 or so crunches. I got an acai bowl from Smoothie King. I ate about half of it and it was ok on my stomach. Although those goji berries make my breath smell bad.

I did pilates today, luckily this video wasn't so hard I was nearly falling over (got a good bruise on my outer bicep I think from sort rolling/falling on it my last pilates workout), but at one point today I felt like my arms were going to fall off if it we couldn't rest them ASAP! I made it through though and practiced the plank a couple of times. I still want to practice it a time or two this afternoon.

I did strength training followed by 30 minutes on the recumbent stationary bike at various levels of resistance, from 2 to 19. I feel so good after the recumbent bike. My quads are so pleasantly sore. Yum!

Good morning I went for my longer 7k this morning as I’ve got an overnight stay on Friday and won’t be running as usual on Saturday. It was another good one, I had good energy throughout and felt out of breath in a good way, I haven’t pushed myself enough to get out of breath in a while. I think those consistent plods have helped build my stamina.

I skipped my workout today. I've had a couple Yasso bars to eat and a can of nitro Pepsi so far.

7.2 mi power walk this morning, pretty good energy. Warm and very humid, definitely weather for shorts & a tank top. Near the end of my walk, a dense fog rolled in, and I was glad to get home. Did a couple of planks this morning, will try to do a couple more this afternoon.

45 minutes walk. Not brisk but not too slow, either.

I got my shorter 5k run in this morning but it was heavy frost so had to slow down and be careful. Felt cold for my breathing too. Roll on Spring.

Walking is great exercise no matter how fast you go. Excellent job @Tart Cherry Jam!

I did pilates again this morning, and I was able to do the entire plank series without having to rest or practically falling over during parts of it, so I think my plank exercise has been helping me out, which is quite gratifying!

I didn't workout again. I went down some more on the scale. I ate decently. Wheat Thins and Hummus and a Cup Noodles without the broth. I also had a bottle of electrolyte Gatorade.

Third run in a row felt heavy going, one of the kms was into solid wind and was draining too… but … glad I did it and looking upon it as building stamina.

My Woodsy Owl shirt fits again and so do my smaller jeans. I've lost 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks, but I've been working out since December so thats probably why my clothes fit better.

I did 150 reps with my ab roller before calling it quits. Breakfast was 483 calories.

I have read somewhere, possibly in the New York Times Well newsletter, that plank is the best core exercise, having long replaced sit-ups in both effectiveness and safety.

@Buffy01 Sorry about the scale. I often wish scales were never invented! Have you noticed any difference in your body, toning or looser clothes?

My morning power walk was a slog this morning. I was awake mentally, but physically my body was just exhausted today. I still did 7.2 miles, but probably should have stopped after 2 mi. Walking 2 miles takes me about 28 min, which is a good workout, but sometimes my OCD or ED behaviors just get in the way of listening to my body. I think hormones are the culprit of my fatigue as it is not uncommon for me to get so exhausted 2 weeks into my cycle. My lower back is hurting too in the way my back hurts related to period stuff.

I did the plank 1 min once today, still want to practice again but don't know if I can hold it for 1 min. I will try. I try to sing songs in my head to make the minute go by faster and distract myself. It's kind of crazy but after one minute of the plank, I will be pretty out of breath and very thirsty!

Oh my goodness, my washing machine flooded, water all over the place - the giant rugs we have in the garage (garage is used more as a spare room, not for our cars), the kitchen, dining room, and den. 1/4" of water standing on some of the rugs. It's pretty bad.

What a workout! I thought power walking this morning was hard! H and I were bent over sopping up water, lugging drenched towels outside to hang, repeating the process, etc. I ran out of towels and now have to watch the machine washing them to be sure it stops filling when it should, dry, sop up, wash. The carpets are still very wet. I have burned so many calories doing this, but this not exercise I'd recommend!

I didn't work out today. Yesterday I mostly just ate a bunch of frozen yogurt bars because I was sleeping most of the day. Today I've eaten decently.

I've eaten ok but my appretite is completely dead from my new vitamin. I'm not even taking the metformin anymore.

Hopefully you'll start feeling better soon MD. Best to rest and give your body time to heal than to overdo things.

Yesterday was a doozy. Between my power walk and the washing machine drama, I probably burned 1,000 calories, not kidding! That's on top of whatever I burned just normally throughout the day too. Whew!

This morning I was still tired from yesterday, so I did a gentle pilates video. Practiced the planks some too. I'm psyched that between everything my upper arms are really toning up, always good to see results

My weight was low today but I skipped dinner last night because I was sick. So I only had about 1,350 calories all day. But it was decent calories.

I did a walmart order that is coming in a bit. We're making homemade chicken noodle soup tonight which should be good.

I did pilates again this morning as I had a grocery pickup and the chemical plants nearby were releasing an awful sweet smell into the air. Honestly, it made me nauseous just unloading my groceries from the car this morning. I thought he smell would make me throw up. It often smells a bit in the air from the chemical plants, but some days it is especially bad. I don't know if my stomach would have been okay walking even once around the block this morning.

I did a beginner's pilates video, but yikes! This was the beginner's video that probably should be labeled "moderate to hard". There were no easy parts except the child's pose at the end! But I did a pretty tough bridge and then plank series in the video without having to rest or falling over.

Hopefully, tomorrow the air outside won't be so nauseating, and I can go for a walk.

It was actually homemade unsalted turkey soup and the broth was just turkey flavored water. It was pretty bland and most people probably would have stuck their noses up at it but my stomach thanked me for it and it was filling.

The scale is moving down pretty quickly but I think its just the changes to my diet and working out and nothing bad.
