I ate some watermelon popcorn in my sleep. Then I was struggling with waking up so I ate 6 oranges and cream Twizzlers. Lunch was 10oz of watermelon and some turkey on a piece of bread. I had some coffee too

I did 110 reps with my ab roller before I gave up for the day.

I haven’t checked my weight in a couple days. I’m waiting to check it next Sunday to see where I’m at and with my weight loss. Still doing good with eating healthy and exercising.

I walked/jogged this morning probably farther than I should have what with the heat & humidity. I'm lucky I didn't get sunburned! I have to dig out some sunscreen and be good about applying it before outdoor exercise now. Especially since lately I've been sleeping later so I get a later start on my walk. I'm kind of in shock at how far I can jog though. I take some small walking breaks but I probably jog around 0.75 mi of each mile I go, and I usually cover anywhere from 6-8 mi.

I will look it up.

2nd day. Not as hungry as usual for dinner but yeah i needed to eat. Lunch filled me up without going over. Ate a smaller breakfast. Ate dinner much much more slowly. Struggling to just get 4 glasses of water in, let alone 8!

What dose of ozempic are you on?

I had coffee and a protein drink for breakfast. Early lunch was an egg and cheese wake up wrap and hashbrowns and a light refresher. I also had another protein drink. Dinner will be leftover chicken from last night

I didn't work out today. I need a break physically from all those ab workouts.

I’m now on 1.5 of Wegovy but will drop back down to 1.0mg so my pharmacist can give me ozempic instead

Sunday is my day 3 on .25 of ozempic. I ordered gas-x and and some nausea smelling tubes on amazon, but so far so good re side effects. Still pooping, SOME questionable burps!

I rarely eat anything fried and only have lite mayo packets in the house, altho i do have some full fat salad dressing packets. So i am well prepared food-quality-wise - ive just always eaten too much or too many times a day. So far so good today - i had my usual coffee and cookies breakfast (i will expect that on my deathbed, please!), then had 2 peaches and some whole milk ricotta for lunch, 2 hb eggs and avocado ezekiel bread for snack, and for dinner

i plan on baby carrots dipped into refried black beans while i watch Grantchester and a new show, Patience, about an young autistic woman working with the cops, episode 2 tonight. .

I might do a premier protein shake now too.

That protein shake sounds wonderful. Yeah my appetite really isn’t there like it used to be. I eat half portions now especially at cafes. I’ve got leftover chicken salad for lunch today and leftover tofu curry for tomorrow that I couldn’t finish on Friday night. So I’m definitely having smaller portions!

Thats how i lost weight, like 40 lbs, in 2000-ish, half portions. My pdoc put me on Topamax and kept increasing the dose, and same thing, all of a sudden i was taking food home from restaurants. THAT never happened before! I kept it off for a few years, then started depression eating. Pretty sure it came back as more fat and less muscle, as i am way rounder now, and have shrunk an inch! Yet, eternally optimistic! What, me worry?

I got in a power walk this morning before curbside grocery pickup, just over 7 mi in this heat, sometimes I think I must be crazy. You can be sure I gulped a ton of water once I got inside. Yesterday, I routed my walk thru the park, that wasn't so bad since there was a water fountain there at the halfway point. The days have been mostly sunny, very little cloud cover once it gets light. I keep wishing for cloudy days, but it's just not happening!
