My poor husband Roll Call 144
By the time I got here the police were already here but the detectives and ME aren’t here yet. Apparently it will be an investigation because he was alone when he fell. Must have been a bad fall because he didnt even get a chance to hit his panic button.
He’s still here on the floor.
They are going to have to interview my daughter because she was the last one to see him alive.
So ****ing sad. The world has lost a great man.

I told her about telling my mom that I was depressed and how my mom said to get a gf and told her that I don't want a relationship that I'm bisexual I don't want a bf either and it could be the injection making me asexual. We argued about my psychiatrist lowering the injection but she said to talk to my family doctor about it as well. The fact that I like the delusions of grandeur at the end of the injection but she said that it should be stable medication and the end of the injection thoughts could be messing with my mind.

She said that it's like her bipolar patients saying that they love their hypomania but it's dangerous because they can go into full blown mania and spend all of their money etc..

I told her that I find sex disturbing because of what happened to me in the hospital

Possible trigger:

I told her about how traumatized I am etc.. I went to buy cigarettes after the session because it feels wrong for me to talk about traumatizing things.

She referred me to an addictions counselor and group therapy for addiction because of the alcohol and cigarettes and I told her about...

Possible trigger:

She laughed and said "Lol why????" and I told her that "It makes me not be my thoughts and rather look at my thoughts instead." She said that that stuff could be any chemicals and could kill me. She said to tell my doctor about it and how it could affect my prescription controlled substance use but I said it's fine because they don't provide the same state of mind..

I then went to the college to fill out my disability papers and now I work in an hour. I don't feel mentally well after talking about these things and talking about my problems. I'd rather keep it to myself but I'm a pretty open person like Newtus so w/e...
she is right Liam.. you really have no idea of the authenticity of these substances you buy online

sex is disturbing to me as well so I feel ya on that

Morning. Can’t sleep. Just keep picturing pops on the floor. ****
Guess we’ll be planning a funeral this weekend. It seems so cruel that you have to do so much so soon after your world stops turning.
I have to go shopping. Weirdly enough we do not have funeral wear. My husband does and my son just needs a jacket. But me and my daughter have nothing. I don’t even think I have black dress shoes anymore.

I went to CVS to pick up one of my meds and a couple things, while I was checking out I noticed someone like right in my face out of the side of my eye breathing on me, and while I was checking out he got next to me and started putting a bunch of crap on the counter standing extremely close to me, he was a lot older, probably in his 50's or 60's. I don't get offended easily but damn that was creepy and invading personal space. He's gonna do that to the wrong person sometime.

Yes, I've admired his work since I was young. I do have to say that medication is a difficult subject for me. I needed an ap and only thought so until my life was completely wrecked. But everyone has different opinions.

I've heard that if you can't sleep, you should lie quietly, and other people say if you can't sleep get up until you feel sleepy.

I feel like both work for different reasons. Lie quietly and you’ll never fall asleep but you’re physically rested. Get up and you’re more likely to get tired and sleep but you might only get a couple hours.....

Bluebird how is your screen usage? Have you tried reading a paper book for at least an hour before bed?
