Just finished a nice evening routine, a 26 minute long static stretching workout. Hopefully after a good night's rest my body will feel ready for work tomorrow. Off to do a meditation now!

Today I got over 14k steps. Feeling quite tired from work, lots of lifting and climbing ladders and all that fun stuff, so I will wait until tomorrow to do an actual workout.

Just finished the main workout of Day 17 of FBSweat - it was a routine comprised of a variety of weighted squats and deadlifts, very challenging and very sweat-inducing! 38 minutes total.

Hey everybody on this wonderful thread!

Melissa, you are an inspiration! I'd like to join in. Today as a workout I cleaned my apartment. There were people coming to see my place in order to buy it, so I had an extra motivation and just 2 hours (very sweaty 2 hours )

But I really hope to do some workout at least 3 times a week for health.

Cheers!

Woke up half an hour early because my lower body is quite sore from yesterday's workout and needed a good stretch! Just finished a 26 minute long static stretching routine, hopefully it helps me to not feel as stiff at work today.

Got well over 15k steps today, lots of walking done at work. I'm definitely happy for the weekend.

Just finished the main workout of Day 18 of FBSweat, which was an upper body routine with some lighter cardio moves thrown in there, 34 minutes total. I got a small sweat going but nothing major. My arms will probably be sore tomorrow though! (And my legs are still sore from my Day 17 routine).

Today was a planned rest day because my muscles are still quite sore. I just finished a stretching/pilates/yoga routine for tight muscles and it felt good. 32 minutes total.

Just finished the main workout of Day 19 of FBSweat, a combination of lower body focused HIIT and then lower body strength training with weights. I was sweating a LOT by the end, and I know my lower body will be sore again tomorrow. 33 minutes total.

Got over 14.5k steps today, mostly from work. Didn't do any other workout aside from that. Tomorrow I will do Day 20 of FBSweat, which is an optional stretching routine. It will pretty much be a rest day.

Just finished Day 20 of FBSweat, which was an optional fluid stretching routine, 31 minutes total. My body definitely feels a lot more stretched out and I feel more relaxed.

Tomorrow, Day 21, is supposed to be a rest day but I may throw in some light cardio or a stretching routine.

Yesterday was a rest day, although I got around 10k steps total.

I just finished the main workout of Day 22 of FBSweat, which was a lower body workout with various weighed exercises, and lots of jump squats. I was sweating a lot by the end, even though it was only 27 minutes total. Definitely an awesome and challenging 4/5 difficulty routine.

Yesterday I got over 12k steps total but didn't do any workouts.

Today, I just finished Day 23 of FBSweat which was a Cardio kickboxing/Upper body strength training routine with weights. I also did the extra credit routine, which was a 10 minute long abs workout. 43 minutes total, and I have a feeling my upper body will be sore tomorrow!

Yesterday was a complete rest day, very lazy Sunday

Today was a rough day, dealing with the reality of being dependent on ativan. My goal today was to make it through work, and I did! And got over 16k steps total today. I will resume exercise tomorrow.

Just finished Day 24 of FBSweat, which was a HIIT workout with no repeated moves, but it was very challenging regardless! I was sweating a lot by the end, definitely one of the tougher 4/5 difficulty workouts I have done. 34 minutes total including the warm up and cool down.

Yesterday was a rough day, I called in sick from work and didn't go out or do much at all. Definitely an unexpected rest day.

I just finished the main workout of Day 25 of FB Sweat, which was a 26 minute long low impact recovery workout I enjoy doing. There is also an optional stretch routine that I may or may not do today.

Day 26 is the last day of this program. Not sure which program I will choose next, but I do need to keep my overextended elbow in consideration.

I have worked 8 hour shifts the past 2 days, so I got some steps in. I got over 16k yesterday and over 14k today. No official working out, because of my overextended elbow. Unfortunately work has aggravated it a bit despite me trying to rest as best as possible.

Yesterday was a rest day.

Today I got over 12k steps, mostly from work. Tomorrow is a day off but I'd like to try a light routine in order to get some exercise in and not aggravate the overextended elbow. I will use FitnessBlender's Low Impact program as a guide and modify when necessary.

Just finished Day 2 of the Low Impact Workout program, which was a low impact cardio workout and I also did the extra credit workout which was a core routine. 37 minutes total. Got a good sweat going by focusing on each move and making sure every muscle worked. Feels good to be working out again!

Today I got over 17.5k steps and quite a bit of heavy lifting at work! No additional workouts today, going to work and moving nonstop was enough of a workout for me.

Just finished Day 3 of the FitnessBlender Low Impact program. Today was an upper body weight lifting routine, which was a solid workout, and I know I'll be feeling sore tomorrow! 25 minutes total.

On the 22nd, I got over 16k steps but didn't do an actual workout. I also re-injured my right arm, so the 23rd was a rest day. Today will likely be a rest day as well because I really want to let it heal completely before getting back into working out.

It has been a while since I posted! Between Christmas and letting my arm rest, I didn't do any workouts on the 25th, 26th or 27th.

Today I just finished a cardio and abs routine. It had 2 rounds of 7 groups of exercises, but I only did one round. It was more than enough to get me sweating, which in -40C weather is impressive. 28 minutes total including the warm up and cool down.

It feels great to be working out again, forgot how much it helped with my mood. I may do a light routine later today, depending on how I feel.

Yesterday was a rough day, took a rest day because I couldn't do much more than watch TV.

Today I just finished a cardio and abs workout, different from the one I did on the 28th. I like this one so much more, because there is not a second identical round. I broke a good sweat and felt awesome after, maybe like I had even more energy than when I started. 36 minutes total, and a 3/5 on the difficulty scale. I'll post it for anyone interested, no equipment needed either!

The 31st was a rest day. I've noticed on the days where my system has the least amount of ativan, I am more depressed. That makes sense as I wean off it. I cannot wait for it to be out of my system.

Today I just finished a 2 mile Leslie Sansone walk. I broke a small sweat and felt good doing it, but it wasn't much of a challenge for me. Next time I do this workout, I'll carry small hand weights like she does. That should boost the challenge! 33 minutes total. Might do a stretching routine tonight as well since I am feeling stiff.

Just finished a brisk 1 mile Leslie Sansone walk and a FitnessBlender stretching routine. During the walk I added in some jogging to try and make it more challenging. Didn't break a sweat, but my body got very warm! The stretching helped relieve some muscle stiffness. 28 minutes total.
