Yesterday I got around 12k steps. It was on the lower side because I was stocking lots of small things at work in the same area, so not as much walking to do.

Today has been an absolutely lazy Saturday.

Today I did a 2 mile walking workout with Leslie Sansone and a 20 minute pilates workout from FitnessBlender...including the cool down it was about 55 minutes of physical activity. I was sweaty and felt awesome when finished.

Today I got around 14k steps from being at work and walking home.

I also finished a very difficult 32 minute long HIIT workout from FitnessBlender. I had to take longer breaks and even replace an exercise or two with something simpler, but I got a very good sweat going and felt exhausted afterwards. I'll post the link to anyone interested, it requires no equipment but be warned it is difficult!

This morning I went bowling with my brother and his family. Not the most intense exercise but it does count as something.

I also took a short 15 minute walk home from the bus depot.

I also just finished a 37 minute cardio workout from FitnessBlender. It was definitely less intense than yesterday's HIIT workout, but I still sweated a lot and was sore in my lower body from the previous day's HIIT, which made things more difficult. Not sure if I've posted this workout before but I will again just in case.

Today was a full rest day. Should get a decent amount of steps at work tomorrow although it will be less than usual since I'll have rides to and from work. If I feel up to it, I'll do a workout after work.

Today I got almost 14k steps from work, more than I was expecting.

I also did a very low impact cardio routine for a recovery workout, from FitnessBlender. It was 26 minutes total including the warm up and cool down, and it's perfect for beginner exercisers, or those who want a nice recovery day workout. I'll post the link below.

I am not overweight but would like to tone up and get rid of some extra softness around the tummy area. Exercising has always helped me mentally as well, which is huge. It's a natural anti-depressant, so why not take advantage of it?

Today's workout was for more "front of the body" muscles like chest, shoulders, arms, quads and core. I was definitely sweating after (still am, recently finished it), but I also feel better mentally.

I'll be posting the workouts I do and how they went, to keep track of my progress. Feel free to post what you do for exercise as well, I could use some workout buddies!
Hi! If you don't mind I'd love to join you in this! If you prefer to keep doing this on your own let me know otherwise I'll start posting with you. I've always done some sort of exercise but lately I've started a more regular program. I'm quite skinny but I want to get more toned and build a bit of muscles. Today I did these 3 workouts including some stretches. And yes, it was quite hard to keep myself from laughing hehe.. But it's a good workout!

I absolutely welcome anyone to post here with the exercise they do, I would love the company!

Took a look at those videos, I can see what you mean by having to keep yourself from laughing but hey, what matters is that they work right?

Did a HIIT/Pilates workout by FitnessBlender with TheDragon today. I enjoyed the combination of cardio and pilates, and got a good sweat going. 40 minutes total, including the warm-up and cool down.

Today I got 13k steps.

I also did a total body superset workout and a short abs routine, 45 minutes total including the warm up and cool down. It feels good to move!

This morning I did a cardio kickboxing video from FitnessBlender, 28 minutes total including the warm up and cool down. I really enjoyed this workout, it felt challenging but not impossible, and I got a good sweat going.

I also did about 50 minutes of walking total outdoors today, to meet my siblings for coffee and to walk back home.

This evening I just finished a low impact cardio workout (for recovery days or beginners). I just had a craving for exercise and did this 27 minute long video. It's only a level 2 difficulty workout and it was easier than the cardio kickboxing, but I broke more of a sweat. It's a mystery to me.

So quite a bit of physical activity for a day off, but hey! I enjoy it and it improves my mood.
Thanks for this!

Oh wow, sounds crazy but good on you for doing all that! I've taken it a bit slow the last days, did a quick powerwalk and workout yesterday. Today I just had a walk in the forest. And tmrw I'm going on a vacation for a week so I'm guessing I won't be doing that much, except for walking around a lot in the city

Today I beat my record for step count, I walked over 20k steps today!

Needless to say my feet were feeling sore so I did an upper body workout this evening. 50 minutes total including the warm-up and cool down, various exercises with weights. It's not the most exciting workout but it gets the job done.
Thanks for this!

Today was an active rest day, meaning I didn't rest completely and got some light activity in.

This morning I did a light cardio workout from FitnessBlender that was 27 minutes long, then in the evening I did a light stretching routine from FitnessBlender that was 32 minutes long. The goal today was to rest and stretch those sore muscles.
Thanks for this!

Today I did the HIIT/Pilates workout from FitnessBlender once in the morning, and once in the evening. Including the warm ups and cool downs, I did about 80 minutes of rather intense physical activity. It feels good! I can already feel that this workout is starting to feel easier for me though, so unfortunately I'll have to search for more difficult level workouts. (This one says it's a level 4 but I think it deserves to be a level 3).

Today I got around 16k steps total, mostly from work.

I also just completed a FitnessBlender lower body workout for people who get bored - there were 24 exercises and none of them repeated which I quite liked. It was also challenging - made my face red and sweaty. The workout was 52 minutes long with warm up and cool down, I'll post the link in case anyone is interested in trying it.

Early this afternoon I did a 40 minute upper body workout from FitnessBlender. It definitely worked my muscles but because there was no cardio, I didn't break a sweat.

This evening I walked 2 miles with Leslie Sansone and did a 10 minute abs workout from FitnessBlender...45 minutes total with the cool down included. This time I broke a nice little sweat, although walking workouts are getting easier for me to do.

Today I got over 17k steps total, mostly from work.

This evening I just completed a HIIT workout from FitnessBlender, made for people who get bored easily. 40 exercises total, but you only have to do each for 20 seconds and then not have to repeat a single exercise. Sounds simple, but it was very challenging and had my face beet red at the end. It was a 25 minute workout but it goes by pretty fast. Definitely not for beginners but I will post the link in case anyone is interested:

Forgot to post what I did yesterday, oops! I did a 3 mile walk with Leslie Sansone and was literally DRIPPING with sweat, it was getting in my eyes and all that fun stuff. I think it was partially to do with the hot weather outdoors, and no A/C, but I still felt great after and like I got a good workout. It was 50 minutes total with a cool down added.

I'll post later what my step count from work is. It should be quite low actually, since I'll be getting rides to and from work. Depending on which department I work in, I might not even reach 10k steps!

Today I got over 15.5k steps, which was more than expected since I got a ride to and from work. I find my step count is higher when I stock items in the sports area.

I also did a light cardio workout from Fitnessblender that was 27 minutes long. I was feeling very anxious before doing this, but now I feel so much better and the anxiety is practically gone. It may have been low impact, but I got a good sweat going partially due to the warmer weather.
