This morning I did a 26 minute long low impact cardio routine from FitnessBlender, perfect for beginners and also for active rest days.

This evening I did a 3 mile walk with Leslie Sansone and a 13 minute stretching routine from FitnessBlender afterwards, 55 minutes total. I had two fans blowing on me the whole time but still managed to break a good sweat. Yay for hot weather.

I also got a bit of walking done today going out to the book store and viewing apartments.

Today was a complete rest day aside from a 32 minute stretching routine I just finished. It felt good to stretch the muscles and just move in some way. It always boosts my mood.

This morning I exercised before work because I knew I wouldn't do it after work due to the heat. Day 7 of the FitnessBlender Low Impact challenge was a very challenging 38 minute HIIT/Lower Body workout. There were modifications provided, thank goodness, and I still broke a big sweat.

Got around 11k steps today total from work. Less than usual because most of my stocking today was in just one aisle.

Completed Day 8 of the FitnessBlender Low Impact Challenge, today was a focus on the upper body but also included some core. There were exercises with weights and exercises without...overall it was a good workout for the upper body, 39 minutes total.

Going to do a 27 minute long stretching video before bed as well.

Forgot to post yesterday, oops. Yesterday I did Day 9 of the FitnessBlender Low Impact program, which was a 27 minute lower body pilates routine followed by a short but torturous video called the 100 squat challenge that really challenged me. Afterwards was a 10 minute cool down/yoga/pilates stretch.

Today I got around 13.5k steps from work, and did Day 10 of the Low Impact program before work so I wouldn't decide to skip it after work. Today's was a 28 minute upper body routine with weights and some light cardio, followed by a 14 minute stretch cooldown for the upper body that will hopefully make me less sore tomorrow.

Today I got around 12k steps, I got rides to and from work so my step count was a bit lower.

I also just finished Day 11 of the Low Impact program which was a 40 minute long lower body workout with weights. Hopefully my legs aren't too sore tomorrow because I have to work! According to the program, tomorrow is supposed to be an optional stretching day so it'll be a light activity day for sure.

Today I got around 11k steps, a bit on the lower side but still above the recommended daily amount.

Going to do Day 12 of the Low Impact Program before bed, which is a 27 minute stretching/pilates/yoga video from FitnessBlender that I enjoy. Tomorrow is a complete rest day.

This morning I got up early and finished Day 14 of the Low Impact Program, which was a 29 minute long HIIT/strength routine for the lower body, and an additional 9 minute pilates workout which was more challenging than I expected.

Also got 12k steps today done at work, and I think I'll do a nice stretching video before bed.

This morning I did Day 15 of the Low Impact Program, which was a 9 minute standing abs workout followed by a 27 minute upper body/abs workout with weights. It was a good workout and I got a bit of a sweat going.

This evening I did a 5k walk with Leslie Sansone (roughly 3.1 miles) that included 2 minute sets of cardio boosts, I sweated a lot during this one. Including the cooldown it was 50 minutes total. Although I was sweating a lot I still felt good!

This morning before work I did Day 16 of the Low Impact Program, which was a 33 minute cardio workout that was effective, but I didn't particularly enjoy it because it was very repetitive. Including the warm up and cool down it was 42 minutes total. I likely wouldn't do this workout again unless it showed up on a program schedule.

Today I've gotten around 12.5k steps total.

This evening I did a 3 mile walking routine with Leslie Sansone followed by a 13 minute cool down stretching video from Fitnessblender. Lots of movement today overall, and it noticeably helps my mood and energy levels!

Oops, forgot to post what I did yesterday. Yesterday I did Day 17 of the Low Impact Program, which was a 30 minute upper body/yoga routine followed by an 8 minute upper body HIIT workout that really made the arms burn after. I also went on a short walk with Dragon.

This morning I did Day 18 of the Low Impact program, before work because I know I'd be tempted to skip it after. It was a solid 27 minute lower body workout and I hope my legs aren't too sore tomorrow.

Still need to go to work and so I'll likely post again later today for my step count and may do an evening stretch routine. We shall see!

Got 11.2k steps in today, probably going to read and then go to sleep so no stretching tonight. Tomorrow on the program schedule is a very short, low impact workout and a stretch routine. I may end up doing a bit more, even just some light cardio.

I put a step counter on my phone and I'm consistently hitting over 11.5K steps a day. It didn't occur to me to do that until I read here, thanks!

This morning I did Day 19 of the Low Impact program and did a 26 minute low impact cardio workout, it was like a very active stretch with very light cardio.

It is now evening and I'll be doing the 27 minute stretching workout that I enjoy. Tomorrow will be a complete rest day although I may still stretch at some point.

Forgot to post what I did yesterday, oops!

I woke up early before work to do Day 21 of the Low Impact Program, which was a total body strength workout with weights. Including the warm up and cool down it was 34 minutes long. It definitely got a sweat going and my legs feel a bit sore today.

I also got over 15k steps yesterday, work was very busy and lots of walking happened.

Today on the schedule is a recovery cardio workout and a short abs routine.

This morning I did Day 22 of the Low Impact Program, which was a 27 minute long recovery cardio workout and a 10 minute abs routine.

I will also be doing a longer stretching routine before bed tonight. It helps me to relax and also eases sore muscles. I'll be waking up early tomorrow for Day 23 - this program is almost over and will be followed by another program afterwards. Still trying to decide between the 8 Week Long Program for Busy People, or the 4 week Long FBSweat program.

Thanks! My record is over 20k steps but I don't reach that number often. Congrats on your 11.9k steps, that is a good and healthy amount for the body!
Thanks for this!

This morning before work I did Day 23 of the Low Impact Program, which was a total body workout that combined active and static moves. I could definitely feel the burn on those static moves! It was about 30 minutes long including the warm up and cool down.

I also have 16.5k steps so far today. Might do a stretching routine tonight if I feel like my muscles need a good stretch.

Tomorrow will technically be the last day of the program and it's just a stretching routine. (I skipped days 1 and the last day because they are a fitness test that I decided not to do). So after tomorrow I'll decide which program I'd like to do and start again.

This morning I went outside and did around 30 minutes of walking in order to run an errand. Very light activity day for sure.

It is almost bedtime and I just completed the last day of the Low Impact Program, a 27 minute stretching routine that I enjoy. The Low Impact Program is great but it was just not quite enough of a challenge for my fitness level, so I hope this next program is a good challenge for me.

Tomorrow is my rest day and then I start another program on Saturday - FBSweat, where you decide whether to do a shorter routine (around 30 minutes) or choose to do extra credit workouts and get a routine closer to 50 minutes. I like the flexibility. Can't wait to start!

Today was a rest day, although I still ended up getting 11.2k steps at work. Starting the new program tomorrow. Once again I will be skipping the first day's fitness test, and starting from Day 2.

This morning I did Day 2 of the FBSweat Program. Today's workout was majorly focused on the upper body. The first routine was upper body with weights + light cardio and some leg work, and the second routine was upper body strength just using the body. I opted to take the closer to 50 minute option and it was 45 minutes total.

I'm going to end the day with FB's 27 minute stretching routine that I enjoy.

This morning I did Day 3 of the FBSweat Program. Today's workout was focused on HIIT and abs. The first workout was a combination of HIIT and abs and was quite challenging. I was very tired but still managed to do the extra credit workout, which was a 17 minute long abs routine. All together it was 49 minutes and a good workout. Tomorrow's workouts will focus more on the upper body.
