Thanks EVERYONE of you for understanding sleep issues! I was never a good sleeper (even as a baby/toddler/preschooler either my mom says! And that was before ptsd, depression/ED/panic disorder even started for me. I have never been a good sleeper my entire life.

Thanks for understanding no art from me lately.

Why is H even attempting a complicated computer code for work at the moment?! I understand he is the breadwinner of this house & has deadlines w/ school starting soon on top of everything, but really, a computer code w/ me even today? And I'm doing MUCH better than I was!

Wait? Why is even your grammar suffering now too? Wasn’t the internet just invented yesterday. Probably been there since 1978. Oh, don’t worry about that. I sure you weren’t born yesterday.

Really? Your sure? Sure I am no still a baby. Because I was born in 1978. Wait as there even internet in 1978?

Has the internet been up yesterday? Sorry. I don’t know. I’m still checking my grammar.

Please check your grammar again.

Ok, movin, on now.

Please check your grammar again.

Good. Moving on.

Check your grammar.
Now I'm somewhat me again, for those of you who don't realize. If you were born around 1978 and are around 47 yr. old like I am, you understand this.

I know what it's like to not be able to catch your breath. It is very scary esp. w/ mental health problems too. I do not have COPD or asthma. Panic disorder, sleep, bipolar issues too but at least no alcohol issues. I JUST live near a TON of chemical plants. I love walking/jogging outside, but sometimes they release too many chemicals in the air. Politics in TX & the US everyone Thanks for understanding GOD and faith as well. I'm very glad you posted this.

How are you feeling today? I hope you are having a better day and are able to ground yourself w/o a benzo. I know you try to use benzos sparingly b/c of their addiction stuff. Don't listen to the voices. Your meds are not poisoning you.

I am crawling towards stability I hope. I'm manic still forgetful (racing, racing thoughts). Maybe I can even drive a car next week. I hope so, I have a rheumatologist appt. then. I will reschedule if not. I will try to schedule a pdoc appt. that H can drive me to next week I hope, if H can't. He is extremely busy with work too. Hopefully our love is strong enough still; we had our 21st wedding anniversary just yesterday. It was my worst anniverary ever.

My period is starting too; well, I'm spotting. Last time I had a week of spotting THEN a week of a bleeding. Over a 2 week period. All the women here understand; terribly sorry to post this men!

I finally remembered to call the pdoc and I left 2 messages on voicemail. One with the office staff, the other on my pdoc's emergency mobile. I hope I get a callback ASAP at this point.

I know I need an appt. w/ the pdoc sooner than my next scheduled one. That appt. isn't until next month.

I am making these short posts to try to limit my typos, so everyone knows! I'm still extremely forgetful & manic, not just hypomania, fullblown mania. But no psychosis. We all struggle w/ long posts at times!
