I weigh 182 pounds. I ate 2100 calories. Part of the calories came from a slice of banana cream pie at Cocos. A slice of that pie amounts to 750 calories. After having dinner, I am very full.

I indulged and went over my points by a lot today - however that was only because I had a decent amount of weekly points left. AND I didn’t completely binge. I had a small cheeseburger and small fry from McDonald’s for lunch and scrambled eggs and hash browns and three slices of bacon from the diner for dinner. I still have ten weekly points left for tomorrow and Sunday plus my daily points. I should be good. Weigh in Monday.

Interesting to count points on a weekly basis. I will have to think about doing the same for me.

I started a new weight loss plan and I love it! I think it even helped me pull out of a mixed state that started this week. I’m eating healthy foods and my cravings for just have almost totally disappeared.

I had one too many brownies. I ate about 2350 calories today. I need to watch these desserts. When I am eating with others and there is dessert, I usually find myself having some with one extra trip to the dessert. This time I was suppose to eat the dessert that I ate earlier this day. However, I also ate two rich chocolate brownies later in the day after one slice of pizza. Otherwise, I would have been much closer to 2000 calories,

Bought a blender...now I can make smoothies in the morning! I don’t know how I’ll do once I go back to work but I don’t want to go back to protein shakes as they are 5 ww points each and that’s a lot for something so small. My smoothies are simple, just plain yogurt, fruit, unsweetened almond milk, and honey. I went over my points again today but I’m still under weekly points so I’m hoping if I do well tomorrow I’ll be at or under weekly points. I’m hoping for a one pound loss this week. I also didn’t drink this weekend. That helps because I don’t consume all the extra calories from alcohol and I don’t get the drunk munchies and binge. I did not binge ONCE this week!!!

Burr! 27 this morning....it will be cold all week.

The grass is all dead in the back yard. Going to have to plant new bermuda grass or sod in the spring then water like crazy. Big job! Will have help though, our yard guy said he could do that.

Weighed 173.7, lowest in 4 months. I had gained alot of weight from abilify and seroquel and drinking mostly.
Have lost almost 12 pounds in 2 months.
I am drinking mostly tea, coffee or water. Have been drinking a cup full of milk a couple of times in the morning because they say we should have some calories in the morning....I have never been a breakfast person. But love to eat breakfast type foods any time of the day.

Today is my first day off in 10 days. It was nice not having to set my alarm and getting up naturally at 8am.
I have been getting up at 7am with the alarm or earlier.

Got my hair done yesterday, it is nice still nicely high lighted blond and short, jawline length. I wear it straightly naturally.

My rosacea is finally under control so don't have to wear make up to cover the redness of my nose.

I am looking at buying a patio home one without much of a yard to take care of. Looking for newer construction. I would take out of my IRA to buy one. My girl friend Paula is helping me. She is an appraiser.
I had been looking for a 2 bedroom condo but they are all so depressing.

Jeff gave me some cinnamon bread and coffee.
Yum.

I see my therapist on the 22nd. I found an old journal from 10 years ago. I want to read it to her. I scheduled a 2 hour block of time to go over it.

I have laundry to do and we are taking down the christmas trees and decorations today.

Have a good day yall.

I was out of town for the weekend but still managed to track reasonably well. Oddly enough, the least accurate was yesterday because of what I ate at home; an inexact mix of ingredients. I probably erred on the side of caution and really didn't get to goal. I purposefully didn't quite make it because Saturday I was slightly over goal. My weight this morning was 174.6, which is about what I hoped for. Just slightly below the 175 I got Thursday after having dropped 4 pounds (almost certainly water weight after stopping saphris) in 4 days. I was hoping to see the loss return to dropping gradually at about a pound a week.

I have been drinking nothing but tea in the evenings.
Not even snacking.
I can't tell that I have lost weight really. It will take a significant amount of weight loss for me to really notice.
I have to say that I am very happy looking at the scale!!!!
With all of this tea that I am drinking. The weight loss must be real.
I drink tea with caffeine in the morning then herbal tea at night. I use stevia to sweeten the tea. It doesn't really taste that different then one brand over the other because I use toffee flavored stevia. So really I should just buy the cheapest brand. It is not expensive $2-$4 for 18 tea bags.
shoot that is nothing compared to the beers I was drinking at whole foods $6-7 a pint and 300 calories vs. none.
Not drinking is definitely contributing to my ability to lose this weight.

Have a great day yall!

Weigh in today...and I lost three pounds!!! I’m so happy. Weight watchers is working, at least for this week! I’m really encouraged now to keep going. This is what can be done if I stick to it and don’t binge! And I even had some treats. I went over my weekly points by two and still lost weight.

I don’t expect to lose three pounds every week but I’m glad I did this week.

So I lost weight last week when weighed in on Friday which felt good
But this weekend I haven’t really eaten much of anything. I had a salad yesterday and today just had a cup of soup. I haven’t felt up to food shoppong and just have been feeling too overwhelmed to make food or eat much of anything. Which is unhealthy, I know, starving myself and then eating 1 meal. I just don’t have it in me to plan and shop and cook. I feel like everything about me is just wrong. But I am going to really try to stick to eating bealyhier, right now it is the only think I seem to have any control over.

Yes! It is very encouraging. And I'm on 15 mg of Zyprexa a day. But I've managed to stick to my diet.

Hot damn. down to my first goal 275 lbs. Started out in october at 288. Most of the weight loss has been since 12/7. was 284 then. Have really kicked up the healthy eating since then because of the allergies.

Now on to my next goal of 250. I've lost 29 lbs since 11/2016. Gotta kick it up now. My goal is to lose 50 lbs while my husband is away. Got 11 months to do it, so it's doable.

I actually lost four pounds, not three. Did the math wrong. this is why I can’t be a math teacher. But that’s good! I’ve been having two smoothies a day. I’m usually hungry again by 8pm so I have another because they are filling and tasty like a dessert, but without all the added sugar. I made my points yesterday. Today I went to the grocery store hungry and came out with red velvet mini cupcakes they have five points per cupcake. Not bad but I have to sacrifice my evening snack for something like carrot sticks and hummus instead of baked crackers that I’ve been eating. I guess getting more veggies is a plus!

I’m truly amazed what decreasing the depakote has done for me appetite wise. I’m not interested in bingeing And my cravings for fatty foods like chips and French fries have gone way down, as have my sugar cravings (besides fruit). If I can stay stable on this combo of meds I have a chance at losing weight. I just hope I can stay stable when I go back to work.

NOthing but water and tea to drink today
shrimp and corn chowder and a side of smothered collard greens.yum!
With this ice storm the only place open was this italian restaurant. I had a chicken salad with olives and tomatoes and cheese, which I brought home half of it.
hubby had lasagna, he thought his was over cooked.
Even mcdonalds was closed!
I need to get out of these socks, my feet are cold and damp. I have been wearing them night and day because they are wool and are supposed to keep my feet warm.
sigh

Was a little under goal the last couple of days but not all that much. 174.2 this morning, a new 4 year low , that is .4 lower that two days ago. Supposedly snowed in today; so certain that schools and businesses closed, but haven't seen a flake yet. Looking at radar, it's coming but just getting here a little later than expected.
