I did my 7.2 mi power walk this morning. It was pretty warm, shorts & tank top weather. Near the end, there was a bit of a breeze, so that was nice. Practiced pushups & planks. Really hoping the walk will not kick my allergies up; pollen levels are high.

Walked outside for 50 mins early this morning (early by my standards).

Not a brisk walk. Just a walk.

I had about 1700 calories and I do admit I didn't eat that great. But I wasn't too hungry for anything legit.

Forgot to mention that I wore my 12 lb weighted vest while walking this morning

I woke up at 11 and I ate a small bag of peanut butter m&ms. I woke up a couple hours later with a migraine and bad nausea. I took some dramamine and ate a few handfuls of Kix cereal. It was just one small bag. Not sure why it did all that.

Pilates again this morning, a pretty good one that ends with a tough arm segment. But I guess if you're feeling it, you're building up strength! Practiced doing some pushups and the plank, hope to walking again tomorrow; it is starting to get pretty warm in the mornings again, warm and humid. It feels like we basically skip over spring and go straight to summer here, other than the higher pollen counts in the spring!

@Tart Cherry Jam - That's a good workout! Even walking 50 min without a vest would have been a great workout; I don't know how you do it with a vest. It is too hot here now to even contemplate wearing a vest walking, even in the early hours of the morning when it is still dark. Plus, some medication I'm on says to be careful of overheating, maybe it the Seroquel?

I’m off work on holiday so I took a nice walk in the sunshine this morning. However I felt weirdly fatigued, and achy - I came home and slept an hour in the sofa. Not sure what’s going on with me.

There’s a school of thought that says craving sugar and carbs is actually a sign of the blood sugar differences with an impending migraine, it seems like that happens to me too. Hope you feel better.

I’m itching to weigh in this morning but I’ve decided to wait until Friday my “official” weigh in day. Don’t need those daily fluctuations to throw me off…..

Yes, daily fluctuations can do a person in. It's better to stick to once a week. (Or in my case to run over the scale with a car!)

I lost 30lbs in one month walking 7 miles a day in 100 degree heat. That was a lot of work. I lost 38lbs earlier this year over a period of 3 months. I stopped eating the "white stuff". No rice, no potatoes, no pasta, no pizza, no seed oils, no fructose, no bread. Much easier than it sounds. You get hungry for your next meal based on what you ate for your last meal. So stop the blood sugar roller coaster by having a chicken breast and two vegetables for dinner, have a shot of apple cider vinegar topped with a tablespoon of metamucil in the morning, and you won't be hungry again until early afternoon. I currently can't do a lot of cardio as I am rehabbing a meniscus tear and a broken neck. I credit pull ups and chin ups with keeping me out of a wheel chair and off the ventilator.

This morning I wasn’t feeling it, yesterday’s fatigue and aches turned into a migraine, but I decided I’d benefit from a gentle run. Felt hard but glad I did it, my energy is low though. Going to walk to my mammogram appointment this afternoon- oh joy.

I did my 7.2 mile walk this morning. It was tough going at the beginning because I was having a lot of flashbacks and dissociation. Finally around 1.5 mi into the walk, things improved, and I could enjoy my walk. My seasonal allergies are also doing a lot better which has helped with my fatigue levels. A lot of oak trees in the area have dropped their pollen, and I'm wondering if that was flaring up my allergies.

My doctor said I didn't look bad. She said I looked really muscular and like I was working out. Which is why I only need to get down to 180. I look sick below that.

I'm eating apple slices for dinner. I think prilosec lowers your appetite. I know pantropaloze did. I did get a Jimmy Johns sandwhich while I waa out though.

Awesome workout @Tart Cherry Jam!

I had a bit of a hard time of it this morning. I didn't sleep well at all last night, but I decided I might as well do pilates. Even though parts of the video were challenging, I did better with it than I did last time. And the real plus of pilates and why I did it this morning even with poor sleep is that afterwards, my body feels so good from doing it, a very different feel from the power walk, just more like I've stretched out well and my muscles feel great afterwards.

I was just thinking about it last night, Blueberry: different workouts produce different states of joy. At least that is my observation. I like the overall joy in the body after a good cardio with an elevated heart rate and hopefully some sweat. I like when my muscles are sore in a good way the day after strength training. But the feeling of being well stretched, those body twists, those are supreme.

I got a lavender cream frappuchino and then I just had a couple handfuls of Kix cereal for lunch. My stomach is a bit off right now.

Did my weekly weigh in this morning.

Only lost 300g this week.

BMI now 29.3. Original starting BMI was 33.

Just injected myself with Wegovy but I know I need a higher dose but that doesn’t happen for another 2 weeks unfortunately.

I had a 7.2 mile walk this morning and have done planks and pushups.

I do have to wonder how realistic the bmi measure of health is. Probably most people would consider my current weight as a bit underweight, even I do. But at 5’4” I would have to weigh under 108 lb to be considered underweight by the BMI system. That’s crazy!
