Apologies if you are triggered. The majority of my weight loss is Wegovy. I’ve been eating lunch and dinner REGULARLY this week after discussions with other members. IVe been taking my own lunch to work. I simply don’t eat breakfast because I don’t wake up hungry. Period. Haven’t eaten breakfast since I was about 12 years old. Not eating breakfast is not because I want to restrict myself.

I stuck to my goal pretty good today. I was under by about 80 calories. My sodium was only at 1500mg.

Crazy Hitch is not restricting. Lots and lots of people routinely do not eat breakfast.

Her posts are not triggering. If you were triggered, the proper way to express it is to make an "I" statement. You do not speak for others. You should not make generalized statements and speak on behalf of others, nor tell Crazy Hitch what to write or what to do. This is especially weird coming from you after you repeatedly post your weigh-ins that are ounces apart, whereas everyone educated in the field knows that such small variations are normal and tracking them is meaningless and obsessive.

You have been a mental health patient for a long time - have you never gone to group therapy? It is a basic rule of group therapy that is introduced at the outset - make "I" statements and speak of your own experience.

"I feel triggered by your posts" and not "your posts are triggering". You own your experience and can speak confidently about such. Do not make generalizations. I do not find Crazy Hitch's posts triggering in the least and I have never authorized you to speak on my behalf

I think you mistook the 800g as calories she had eaten. What she had actually said is she weighed herself, and lost 800g. That is a little under 2 lbs on a metric scale. That is a sensible amount to lose in a week when you are trying to lose weight. There was no mention whatsoever of how much she had eaten.
Thanks for this!

The scale said half an hour ago 218.6. I'm guessing its mostly just water weight because I have been having severe issues the last 2 hours and I haven't tried drinking water in a few hours.

I did my long 7.2 mi walk this morning, didn't help me out, my sleep wasn't great last night, and pollen counts are high. It was cold outside, and even though I wore gloves the Raynaud's acted up, so that was a pain. Did practice my planks and pushups some and hope my allergies improve. Unforunately, if I take Claritin, it sends my anxiety through the roof.

I bombed on exercise this week, migraine then a back injury at work which had me worried but seems to be easing out.

Got a longer run in at 9.4 km this morning, nice easy pace, apart from a cross wind at one part I enjoyed it. However I had a little nerve pain twinge in my low back afterwards so need to take it easy.

I've been sleeping all day but I had a couple string cheese and some Halo Top when I was up. So my protein isn't bad.

Yin Yoga today. We had an unusually small class (few people showed up) and the teacher had us do exercises against the wall. With the legs up the wall, you know. The stretch felt amazing. She can only have us do those exercises when few students show up, as there is not enough space against the wall for a large group.

My weight this morning was 219.6. I just now had a protein drink.

I had 2 protein drinks for breakfast. So my protein is already at 60 grams. The cinnamon roll Premier Protein ones are the best.

I did pilates today. A bit easier on my body than long power walks though this beginners video was pretty challenging, especially at the end. I managed it though Between pilates, planks, and power walks, I'm pretty fit now Just need to do strength training, but ugh, not really my thing.

I had an acai bowl for lunch, and a happy meal for dinner. I did 480 reps with my ab roller. So it wasn't too bad. My calorie goal was fine. My protein was great.

Feeling guilty. I ate brioche French toast. With 1 scoop of icecream. I shouldn’t have exactly had that for brunch. In good news my mixed berry kombucha only has 5 calories per can! It is sugar free so that makes sense.

I avoided snacking tonight. Mainly I was just too lazy to get anything from the fridge.

I had to order new boxers tonight. I realized my old ones had dug into me so badly the skin on my upper right thigh was raw. No clue how long that was going on for but Old Navy had some good deals.

We're all on our own weight loss journey and doing the best we can.

It is very important to sometimes diverge from the perfect path. Otherwise, you will feel deprived. You are not eating brioches daily, and once in a while, it is perfectly OK.

I had a vestibular episode today that had me spend half a day in bed. No exercise today at all. But hopefully tomorrow I will be back in the saddle.

I did pilates this morning. Luckily, I had rotated back to the "Absolute Beginner" video which is very easy for me and nearly like taking a rest day except for doing stretches. I had a grocery curbside pickup, so bringing in all the groceries and putting them away was a bit of work. And then I have to say time with H burned a few calories

I did 350 push ups today. I drank a lot of my calories. But I ate decently though. I had some corn and 3 string cheese. I had one skittle. I had some Halo Top which may not be the best but honestly it was one of those days where I had to weigh my options between caffeine or fatigue.

I made this frozen apple pancake for dinner. But it wasn't that good. It was basically just an apple pie.

I had around 1800 calories. Sunday is my extra calorie day according to my weight loss app.

I found 2 Kit Kats in my room which I sleep ate a couple hours ago and my stomach hurts so badly now. They were just the regular 210 and 220 calorie ones. Not the huge ones. I feel like I need to detox with some Special K or something.

A little run this morning, 6.5 k, needed to post a birthday card through a friend’s door for tomorrow so did a slightly different route. I pushed myself a little on the home straight, felt good. My legs are feeling stronger.
